Not with $15lb - the ribs had a beautiful red color and a little pullback from the bone. Unfortunately they tasted like bitter smoke and were not edible as they were probably 4 hours away from being cooked to proper rendered edible. - the sausage had great flavor! No juice inside from being poked or cooked too fast, but it was still a decent sausage. - the turkey was moist and we enjoyed that the most. - beans were good, but under cooked for my liking. I don't like Aldente beans. - the macaroni and cheese was full of sauce, had a good but interesting flavor as it was on the sweet side. A little salt made it much better. No I will not stop here again, but I do wish them the best! A better pit master could fix these issues easily and the BBQ would be up to par.
