Great food every time I go to Oklahoma I stopped several times on the way up and several times in the way back love that food

When traveling across country it's always trying to find food in rural areas. We pulled up and there was a line but we placed a mobile order. If they manage to get your order right, it's typical Wendy's food. Unfortunately, they get my order wrong more often than they get it right. If I wasn't paying extra for items/ingredients that aren't actually received, it wouldn't be such an issue. But I would expect to get all the items I pay for. I think it's hilarious to read the comments on people's FAST FOOD experiences. First of all it's a fast food chain, not a half star crap restaurant like Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden, or Applebees. If you want service go to a three star restaurant and then your complaints are worthy. This restaurant was terrible. There was no seasoning on the burger. The burger was cold and the fries where not only cold but tasted days old. We sat in line for 30 minutes after waiting 10 minutes to be told the ordering stalls aren't taking orders. Now I understand if you're low man however the quality of food should not change and I feel like my double bacon cheeseburger was one of the worst sonic burger I've ever had. read more

Save yourself some pain & don't stop here while you're traveling. There are a couple more in the area that have better service. The lady who took our order couldn't have been more rude and when I asked for a packet of ketchup I thought the lady working the window was going to have an aneurysm. By far, the most inconsistent/inconsiderate fast-food establishment in Gallup, NM. Poor service, poor quality, and every order is guaranteed to come with a mistake. Wendy's North side of Gallup NM... Descent place to eat, place was packed and food was fresh, even fries were just made. Stop in at 12 noon so place was busy for lunch, wait was less than 10 mins for our food during the rush. Chili bowl was great, fries hit the spot. Workers and the manager were all polite and friendly. Manager asked if meal was good, and we were satisfied. This place sucks. Dave Thomas would be rolling over in his grave if he knew how this place was operating. We had been traveling all day and wanted something familiar. We saw the Wendy's sign from the highway and pulled off. There happened to be about 12 people in front of us in line. When they take your order, they put your tray on the counter. Then they take another order. Now there is two trays. There is not room for three trays. So she just stands there. She will not take another order until one of the trays are gone. Really? It took forever to get our food. And then what I assume was a manager was just goofing around laughing with all these fat hogs working behind the counter, not caring that we're not only were waiting for our food, but waiting just to order. It didn't look like any of them ever had to wait for a meal. I should have left and went across the street to Sonic. Oh yeah, I took a piss and there was no soap or anyway to dry my hands. read more

Ok. I ordered and paid for a full size pecan Apple chicken salad. What I got was a salad with no pecans and they had ran out of pomegranate dressing so she threw in ranch dressing. NOT OK!! What a goofy young girl she stood there giggling as I told her, you should let customers know if you don't have what supposed to come with the salad. I should have asked for a refund then and there. I went to Safeway and got me something similar to it, drove home, 30 minutes away. When I got home and ate, noticed no pecans. Grrrrr! If that wasn't enough, I bit into something that tasted moldy. Seriously, I'm not sure if it's a Gallup issue or if this is quite possibly the filthiest Wendy's I've ever been to. I stopped to wash my hands and have seen cleaner bathrooms in a Mexican prison. The stench was so bad I couldn't wash up. Then the trash can in the lobby was filthy. Honestly it was so bad I felt that the food was going to be as unclean. Horrible Service!! I haven't eaten Wendy's in months & the one time I decide to order from here the service is horrible!! On our receipt it says "Inez" was our Host. .well she is the rudest person ever!! She was impatient & rude while I ordered through the drive through. I asked for extra sour cream & she says "no. .because it's one per person." I understood that but I wanted to buy more & she refuses me again!!
