On to the cheese: she said she thought they had dairy free cheese and flipped through every page of the binder, but it is so new, it wasn't in there. I asked if she knew the brand, and she went in the back and brought out the bag! Who does that?!? Apparently Hannah V. does that! It was Daiya, which is 100% vegan. We ordered the veggie delight which had mushrooms, black olives, onions, tomatoes, bell pepper and onions. Left off the bell peppers and onions and asked to sub artichokes instead which she obliged. The pizza was very tasty, even with Daiya cheese (if you're vegan you get me, it's not a top choice) and it was a welcome meal after a long drive from Phoenix, through Flagstaff where they'd just gotten 30 inches of snow (ie stressful driving); where we'd just gotten stuck in a five mile backup due to several (15!) jack knifed tractor trailers.
