Not impressed at all. I rate the pizza 5.5 out of ten. Definitely won't be back. Thick doughy crust, no crisp. Sauce was forgettable. Was recommended by some people at work. So we ordered pizza over the phone for pick up. Then we decided to just eat at the store how ever the cashier indicated we can't change our order and we have to take it to go. I asked but we are going to eat it here and order drinks. But she insisted we can't change the order because its already in the oven. I mean the location was not busy. This place has a chuckle cheese feel except not as big and the pizza was 100 times better. I recommend the deep dish. The crust here is amazing. Cheese breadsticks were really good. While you wait you can purchase some tokens for the kids to play all sort or arcade games for tickets that can then be cashed in for little prizes. The kids really enjoyed this place. read more

Very bad service. Paced an order for delivery. Pizza arrived only to be informed I had to provide my ID along with the card I was utilizing to pay for my order. Why was I not informed of this in house policy prior to placing this order? I have my card, however not my ID. No way to receive my order. Customer service was pretty horrible! The young lady who took our order just seemed unhappy to take our order and was giving some bad attitude. I wasn't saying anything because I wasn't paying for dinner, my sister was. She wanted pizza so bad so we stayed and ate the pizza. I must say that I wasn't too impressed by Big Cheese... I'm not a fan of chains and my roommate and I wanted to try something new, so here's where we ended up on our pizza adventure. The location is a bit weird and the food itself takes a bit for the palate to get used to.The prices are decent with all things considered, but the taste just wasn't worth it to me. The crust of the pizza tasted like compressed stale crackers. The sauce lacked a tomato-like flavor and the topping (cheese) didn't stick too well to the rest of the pizza. While I don't regret my decision to try this place, I don't think I will be coming back if my pizza cravings require superior quality. The food was great...we we're invited to a birthday party and the employees were super rude. I understand we had over the max capacity of invites but they ordered more and more food, not knowing so many people would show with additional guests. We all put money in to have our kids he fun, but the employees kept bothering the guests telling them to move to the only assigned party area. They yelled and said "you only said 17 guests, 25 is max" we need to make room for the other people needing to dine.....which, might I add....nobody was waiting and their was 6 other tables available. Some guests left the party, right after they ate...instead of enjoying the party because the employees were continously being rude. I'd rate a zero if I could!!! read more

This rating is not for the food, but the unfortunate terrible service we received. The staff were rude and unkind in explaining covid precautions. This is without a doubt one of the best pizzas that have been delivered to me! I'm not local so I wasn't sure what to expect but the pizza game and it looked good in the delivery person was really nice and brought everything that was needed I also ordered a side salad they made sure I had to fork napkins salt pepper croutons bacon bits and sunflower seeds. And also he gave me a little package with the pizza that included napkins crushed red peppers and Parmesan cheese they really have their act together most places can't even deliver the pizza right. this place is top-notch hope they keep up the good work! read more

It was OK. The pizza was OK and the salad bar was OK. We asked if they had garlic bread and they said yes. After we ordered it they said we can only get it if we order the spaghetti. Why, that is stupid, you can't sell me a few slices of bread. We also had some problems with a video game and we were told that they don't control the games. What ever!! read more

This is the best place to get all types of pizza. My boys love the different crusts, hot wings, and salad is delicious. Although there are not a plethora of choices in the salad bar, the basics available are enough to satisfy. There are game available but we are never here to play games. read more

Customer service was horrible from Danielle. Rarely we have my nieces and nephew, so we decided to take them here for some fun. Most of the games they attempted to play didn't work, so we reported this to Danielle. As we waited for her to assist us, we continued to attempt other games that didn't work. I let her know. Her attitude was no help though, very snippy and unfriendly. Unfortunate for a environment that welcomes children and families. I did speak with her manager regarding her rudeness. I happen to walk by as her manager was talking to her and she gave this weird, immature smirk-very weird.
