Pizza and entertainment shop inside a strip mall. On the vegan Happy Cow app it said they have vegan options and that the gluten free crust was also vegan. Decided to find out since Happy Cow seems to only be accurate about half the time. Asked the requisite 20 questions of the person taking our order who was soooo nice (shout out to Hannah V for exceptional customer service!) She pulled out their nutrition/allergen binder and showed me the gluten free crust ingredients: score, the gluten free crust is also vegan! On to the cheese: she said she thought they had dairy free cheese and flipped through every page of the binder, but it is so new, it wasn't in there. I asked if she knew the brand, and she went in the back and brought out the bag! Who does that?!? Apparently Hannah V. does that! It was Daiya, which is 100% vegan. We ordered the veggie delight which had mushrooms, black olives, onions, tomatoes, bell pepper and onions. Left off the bell peppers and onions and asked to sub artichokes instead which she obliged. The pizza was very tasty, even with Daiya cheese (if you're vegan you get me, it's not a top choice) and it was a welcome meal after a long drive from Phoenix, through Flagstaff where they'd just gotten 30 inches of snow (ie stressful driving); where we'd just gotten stuck in a five mile backup due to several (15!) jack knifed tractor trailers. We appreciate the options. If Gallup, New Mexico can do it....so can anywhere! read more

Pizza 9 - Not a bad price for vegan AND gluten free pizza (12 inch). - Pizza Near Me - Gallup, New Mexico

Miscommunication about seating. Chef salad had a spoiled egg on it. Wings with hot sauce weren't made with buffalo sauce. Sauce wasn't spicy or very good. The service was slow. The decor was fun. Lots of activity. read more

Pizza was good. They charge $0.99 for their red pepper shakers. No free red pepper pouches.$12 Bbq chicken wings were not fully cooked. There was blood next to the bone and it was just warm. I took my wings order back to the register and told them it was not done. And they gave me back the same wings just baked like 5 minutes longer. Don't order wings. Just order the pizza. We waited 1 hour before we got our small pizza and wings. No waiters came to ask if everything is okay. So we sat there waiting when we were getting our food. This should take 45 min max. read more

Pizza 9 is literally the best pizza in Gallup New Mexico !!! and the ranch there is SOOOOO good

Don't burn the pizza! Pizza tasted similar to a frozen pizza from the grocery store! You might get better pizza at a gas station! read more

Pizza 9 - Thin crust pizza! - Pizza Near Me - Gallup, New Mexico

Place is dirty all the time, pizza is never done when it says it will. They take walk in orders before online orders. Says 20mins to be ready & they haven't even started the order. read more

Food was good but it could be better. First couple of years Pizza 9 was open the food was delicious, now food has changed and tastes bland. This place charges to get red peppers with your order, charges for everything that is supposed to be complimentary to costumers. I would rather go to Pizza Edge, is way better. read more

Food was awful. Delivery took 1:15 when quoted 45 mins. Delivery person was super short and unapologetic for the long wait. Don't do it.

The pizza at Pizza 9 is always good. I usually order take-out but if you have time, it is a nice place for family fun.

You may be confuse when you first approach the establishment. It's nested off inside a shopping mall. It will kinda remind you of Chucky Cheese Pizza outside but once inside it's totally different. A very family oriented place, your greeted once you enter the establishment. Floors are clean from debris and trash. Restrooms are clean and decent for use. The cashier will take your order when dining inside and your entrees will be brought to the table. There's TVs inside but you won't be able to really hear them. Overall I scored them best on my experience. #Must-Try! read more

Pizza 9 - Checking off the road for a quick bit to eat - Pizza Near Me - Gallup, New Mexico

I'm updating my review to a 5 star family friendly Gallups popular restaurant. The owner will definitely make sure his customers are taken care of, supports his community and has the best pizza in town. My favorite for sure! read more

Ordered delivery last night in Gallup and everything we got was excellent. The loaded bread sticks were cooked perfectly - good crisp outside and soft inside, and the cheese was nicely distributed so we didn't end up with a lot of plain bread like some places. The Italian beef sub satisfied on all levels - good, soft, fresh bread and plenty of meat and vegetables. The au jus is delicious enough to drink! The hot giardiniera is definitely hot, and I loved the crunch of the jalapenos in it. For dessert, we got tiramisu, and having traveled all over the country for work I have had some truly awful, sad excuses for tiramisu - but not last night! I was full from the bread sticks and sandwich and still polished off dessert and could have eaten a whole tray of that stuff. It's that good! Thanks Gallup Pizza 9! Awesome meal. read more

Oh my goodness after 9 hours on the road this was a great pizza to end the day with...Sauce was the perfect blend of tangy and sweet that we love...the thin crust was crunchy without being cardboard and had a great flavor...we had it delivered and it wasn't hot when we got it but it wasn't cold either...the young lady that delivered was awesome...the cheese pizza was great but the sausage made it totally worth it....you can not go wrong with this pizza place... read more

The pizza is Delicious!! the customer service is the worst!!! The staff don't even look up from the monitors to see what's going on around them. Ordered by telephone today, went to pick up my pizza. I stood in line like everyone else. One of the cashiers became available while still looking at her register she says "I can help the next one in line". This female who was not even in line walks up to that register. I said "excuse me I am next"! The cashier and the female just over looked me and she proceeded to assist this lady who cut in line. So I said a little louder "hello, I was in line next". By then another register opened up and that cashier just waved me in that direction. I go to that register and the cashier at that register was plain rude for no reason. My issues was not even with her. They didn't even apologize for what had happened, I was told that I was making and scene and rude to them. horrible!! my advice look up look around!! Who goes back forth with a customer when clearly your staff was in the wrong! I don't think I was rude I just wanted them to do what was right assist the next customet line!! Poor poor customer service!!! read more

We stopped in Gallup N.M. On our way back from Arizona. Because of Covid we were limited on what we could get for dinner. We chose Pizza 9 mainly because they delivered. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our pizza. We divided the pizza. I am a lover of green chili but my husband is not. The green chili was fabulous! My husband loved his too. Outstanding pizza! read more

I'm a low-carber, I mostly eat meat, but when I want a treat I try and find pizza with gluten free crust wherever I travel, and the quality can be hit and miss. I use California Pizza Kitchens gluten free crust as the gold standard, and this place here met the standard. The crust was very thin as I like it, the pizza was very tasty and overall the experience was very good, I will order again. read more

Hands down the best gluten free pizza I've had in a long time. I ate the entire pizza ( not in one sitting) including the crust. The ambience is cute and in the mall. Service was great. Thank you for making my day! Yummzies!! read more

Our family's go-to place for great pizza! Every pizza order is consistently good for both dine in and take out.

Tried the thin crust. Toppings were underneath the cheese, which would have been ok, except there was no more than 6 pepperoni on the entire pie. Cardboard crust, not enough cheese or toppings, steep delivery charge. Should have done my research before ordering. Wouldn't recommend. read more

pizza 9 is the best!! i love there pizza very good pizza was delicious and yummy and then i love the game room just wish they wipe down the tables and chairs and buttons and i hope they have thin crust pizza but overall great pizza and restrooms were clean and nice and then the faucets were clean and nicely designed great workers besides starbucks! read more

Love coming here to pick up food for delivery Door Dash or Uber Eats. Staff are always welcoming and very helpful. Store Manager or owner nice guy will even offer to help pack up to go order or carry it out. On a separate occasion after I placed an online order the store manager or owner fixed the prices as if I walked in and gave me discount specials pricing for my order. Gave me complimentary salad and drinks. Way better environment than that joke of a Pizza place Big Cheese Pizza across the street. read more

My favorite Pizza. I phone order and pick up. Saves me a lot of time. Counter Associates are great and friendly. Love, love, love the Meat lovers. My folks are all about the thin and crispy. Pepperoni and jalapeño. read more

A wonderful pizza place with great employees. We were traveling and ordered delivery. Pizza was great and delivery guy was great. Threw in a free dessert. Traveling back thru a week later and decided to order again. read more

This is by far the best pizza place here in Gallup NM. Everything here is near perfect. You can taste the freshness of the dough, toppings and the cheese. Wings are ok, but wings here in Gallup is still not as good as Buffalo Wild Wings. Everything else on menu is worth trying. Price is a little more but they do have specials that they have. Pizza 9 is located inside Rio West Mall and it's good with space. They also have small arcade area along with a black light mini golf. Mini golf is not that bad but small when a lot of people are all playing at once. This place is a total recommend!! read more

The pizzas themselves are not to my taste. Too few toppings, mushy crust, less than great sauce. I have not found any good pizza in Gallop. Last week I decided to give Pizza9 a try for variety sake. I bought an all meat and a veggie pizza. I ate them separately over the next few days. Simply put, the veggie was passable but the meat gave me diahrrea the next day each time I ate it. One day veggie, the next day fine. One day meat lover's, the next day diahhrea. Never again. read more

Do not ask for Delivery... They think an excuse for being 2 hours late on an order & making up with a "free" dessert... I'll stick with carry out honestly if it's a Delivery business, then they DO NOT HAVE a good impression on getting orders to your home unless you like your food cold read more

good pizza. not one of the big chains. i got a small thin and crispy pepperoni after eating beef jerky all day so my stomach was a bit antsy. their small pizza was good for one person. i got thin and crispy because i'm on a vague diet. it was ok hotel pizza. read more

I don't hand out 5 stars usually, but the pizza is amazing. Next time I'm passing through Gallup I'd go out of my way for this. Ordered double crust all meat. Thick bottom crust, topping on the bottom, and covered with cherese with sauce on the top. Yum! Wife ordered pepperoni rolls, more like a small calzone. It was great. We also had loaded breadsticks with fresh green chile and cheese. WOW! We had a canolli for desert. It was fresh and probably the best i've had. The canolli was her favorite. Some reviews said delivery was slow, but it's worth it. read more

This was the worst pizza I've ever had it was like having a thin layer of cheese on a cracker. The crust was so cooked it was almost burnt the price you pay for this pizza you would expect that event at least have enough cheese on it to be able to taste sauce wasn't that great either won't be buying pizza here again read more

Waited almost 2 hours for delivery, then it's super cold..stay away. They need some Competition badly.

Outstanding Pizza! The crust is homemade daily and is soft and buttery and airy with a little crunch... just perfect!! Hope this company makes it out to California... it's really something special!! Always size up-- your going to want leftovers!! read more

Huge disappointment.... This was my second chance for Pizza 9 and they blew it. First time the pizza took 2 hour for delivery, it could have been good, but I do not know because it was so cold. This time I ordered the Itailian beef and sausage combo with fries. The fries were under cooked, chewy and greasy, not edible. Plus, no ketchup or utensils were included although the driver said they were. The sandwich had very little sliced beef, maybe 2 ounces and it was dry. The itailian sausage was way too dry and spicy, it over powered the the sandwich so I ate less than half of it. The Au Jus is below average. Over all, a HUGE disappointment for a $16.00 sandwich and fries. I wish I had gone to Dennys. Maybe it is better if you dine in, but I will NEVER order delivery again. In fact, I will Never order from them again. read more

My first visit consisted of rude and incompetent servers. Our "girly" order of personal pizzas and a salad was being delivered to a group of men the next table over 3 times. When we brought this obvious mistake up to the employees, they disregarded it with no apology. Maybe it got better, maybe worse. Your decision. read more

Gluten free pizza was absolute garbage! Wings were of the same caliber, soggy and unflavorful! Ordered blue cheese with wings got buttermilk ranch, was told 15min for to go order, after 30 I asked if the food was almost ready and realized it was sitting behind cashier on a shelf for who knows how long! To top it off we were greeted by a couple drunk locals sitting in a bush trying to bum money... hard pass on this place! read more

The pizza was ok but the people are rude and mean We get there with my family halfway through our meal an employee ask if we can move tables because it was reserved and a birthday party was going to take place when we got there was no sign that said so my mom asks to speak to the manager and she said the same thing how do you ask people to move halfway through their meals we left it was so rude read more

I luv the Hawaiian pizza and salad! My sister and I enjoy eating here. She prefers the deluxe pizza though

We've always had a great experience at Pizza 9. The pizza is really good! You could tell it's made fresh, the pizza is nice and fluffy with plenty of cheese and a nice and crunchy crust. I would venture to say it's the best pizza place in Gallup. During today's visit they even gave us free wings for "having to wait" even though we didn't really wait that long. I've read other reviews from the past where people talk about bad service but they must have cleaned house and fired the bad apples because every time we've been there everyone was really nice, polite and attentive. That being said, I have been here on the weekend when it's really busy with several birthday parties going and a packed house and I could see how service issues could arise. But if you know anything about Gallup you should know how chaotic it could be on a Saturday afternoon during the 1st of the month especially if you are anywhere near Walmart. read more
