We waited 1 hour before we got our small pizza and wings. No waiters came to ask if everything is okay. So we sat there waiting when we were getting our food. This should take 45 min max. read more

Food was good but it could be better. First couple of years Pizza 9 was open the food was delicious, now food has changed and tastes bland. This place charges to get red peppers with your order, charges for everything that is supposed to be complimentary to costumers. I would rather go to Pizza Edge, is way better. read more

Pizza and entertainment shop inside a strip mall. On the vegan Happy Cow app it said they have vegan options and that the gluten free crust was also vegan. Decided to find out since Happy Cow seems to only be accurate about half the time. Asked the requisite 20 questions of the person taking our order who was soooo nice (shout out to Hannah V for exceptional customer service!) She pulled out their nutrition/allergen binder and showed me the gluten free crust ingredients: score, the gluten free crust is also vegan! On to the cheese: she said she thought they had dairy free cheese and flipped through every page of the binder, but it is so new, it wasn't in there. I asked if she knew the brand, and she went in the back and brought out the bag! Who does that?!? Apparently Hannah V. does that! It was Daiya, which is 100% vegan. We ordered the veggie delight which had mushrooms, black olives, onions, tomatoes, bell pepper and onions. Left off the bell peppers and onions and asked to sub artichokes instead which she obliged. The pizza was very tasty, even with Daiya cheese (if you're vegan you get me, it's not a top choice) and it was a welcome meal after a long drive from Phoenix, through Flagstaff where they'd just gotten 30 inches of snow (ie stressful driving); where we'd just gotten stuck in a five mile backup due to several (15!) jack knifed tractor trailers. The pizza at Pizza 9 is always good. I usually order take-out but if you have time, it is a nice place for family fun.

You may be confuse when you first approach the establishment. It's nested off inside a shopping mall. It will kinda remind you of Chucky Cheese Pizza outside but once inside it's totally different. A very family oriented place, your greeted once you enter the establishment. Floors are clean from debris and trash. Restrooms are clean and decent for use. The cashier will take your order when dining inside and your entrees will be brought to the table. There's TVs inside but you won't be able to really hear them. The pizza is Delicious!! the customer service is the worst!!! The staff don't even look up from the monitors to see what's going on around them. Ordered by telephone today, went to pick up my pizza. I stood in line like everyone else. One of the cashiers became available while still looking at her register she says "I can help the next one in line". This female who was not even in line walks up to that register. I said "excuse me I am next"! The cashier and the female just over looked me and she proceeded to assist this lady who cut in line. So I said a little louder "hello, I was in line next". By then another register opened up and that cashier just waved me in that direction. I go to that register and the cashier at that register was plain rude for no reason. My issues was not even with her. They didn't even apologize for what had happened, I was told that I was making and scene and rude to them. horrible!! my advice look up look around!! Who goes back forth with a customer when clearly your staff was in the wrong! I don't think I was rude I just wanted them to do what was right assist the next customet line!! Ordered delivery last night in Gallup and everything we got was excellent. The loaded bread sticks were cooked perfectly - good crisp outside and soft inside, and the cheese was nicely distributed so we didn't end up with a lot of plain bread like some places. The Italian beef sub satisfied on all levels - good, soft, fresh bread and plenty of meat and vegetables. The au jus is delicious enough to drink! The hot giardiniera is definitely hot, and I loved the crunch of the jalapenos in it. For dessert, we got tiramisu, and having traveled all over the country for work I have had some truly awful, sad excuses for tiramisu - but not last night! I was full from the bread sticks and sandwich and still polished off dessert and could have eaten a whole tray of that stuff. It's that good! Thanks Gallup Pizza 9! Awesome meal. read more

I use California Pizza Kitchens gluten free crust as the gold standard, and this place here met the standard. Love coming here to pick up food for delivery Door Dash or Uber Eats. Staff are always welcoming and very helpful. Store Manager or owner nice guy will even offer to help pack up to go order or carry it out. On a separate occasion after I placed an online order the store manager or owner fixed the prices as if I walked in and gave me discount specials pricing for my order. This is by far the best pizza place here in Gallup NM. Everything here is near perfect. You can taste the freshness of the dough, toppings and the cheese. Wings are ok, but wings here in Gallup is still not as good as Buffalo Wild Wings. Everything else on menu is worth trying. Price is a little more but they do have specials that they have. Pizza 9 is located inside Rio West Mall and it's good with space. They also have small arcade area along with a black light mini golf. Huge disappointment.... This was my second chance for Pizza 9 and they blew it. First time the pizza took 2 hour for delivery, it could have been good, but I do not know because it was so cold. This time I ordered the Itailian beef and sausage combo with fries. The fries were under cooked, chewy and greasy, not edible. Plus, no ketchup or utensils were included although the driver said they were. The sandwich had very little sliced beef, maybe 2 ounces and it was dry. The itailian sausage was way too dry and spicy, it over powered the the sandwich so I ate less than half of it. The Au Jus is below average. Over all, a HUGE disappointment for a $16.00 sandwich and fries. I wish I had gone to Dennys. Maybe it is better if you dine in, but I will NEVER order delivery again. We've always had a great experience at Pizza 9. The pizza is really good! You could tell it's made fresh, the pizza is nice and fluffy with plenty of cheese and a nice and crunchy crust. I would venture to say it's the best pizza place in Gallup. During today's visit they even gave us free wings for "having to wait" even though we didn't really wait that long. I've read other reviews from the past where people talk about bad service but they must have cleaned house and fired the bad apples because every time we've been there everyone was really nice, polite and attentive. That being said, I have been here on the weekend when it's really busy with several birthday parties going and a packed house and I could see how service issues could arise. But if you know anything about Gallup you should know how chaotic it could be on a Saturday afternoon during the 1st of the month especially if you are anywhere near Walmart. read more
