As a pizza fanatic, my standards of what a good 'pie' should taste like is quite high. I enjoy adventurous toppings and add-ons, but i'd be lying if I said I didn't have a "go-to" creation that I enjoyed most. Pizza hut has never been my immediate choice for quality pizza. However, their new premium ingredients and crust flavors have completely changed my mind. I most recently ordered a creamy garlic sauce, chicken and mushroom pizza with an Italian herb crust... Everything tasted so flavorful and delicious that I've definitely converted from other pizza chains like Dominos or Papa Johns. Also, the carryout deal I opted for was super cost efficient, at a whopping $8.65 for a large 2 topping pizza. The customer service here is average, and the location isn't ideal, but the food is good, so I can't really complain. On any given day however, take into account wether you wish to dine in or carry out, because the place is almost always PACKED. ALSO! My best suggestion to you to avoid incorrect orders, swarms of kids running around, and overall headaches, is to order online and pick up in store. It is quick, easy, and you can pay upon arriving for your order. It doesn't get much better than that. read more

Today we ordered a pizza dinner box at 4:56 PM. We paid cash and picked up the order. The cashier was male. At 4:24 PM the "Store Manager" called me, she demanded I pay the $33 or she's calling the cops. Never have I ever had any fast food company call me and just harshly and rudely demand payment. She did not try to apologize about any confusion or really try to explain. So we still had the pizza.. it's been an hour and 30mins and we have not touch the pizza, because we were too busy trying to look for the receipt. My mother was the one who paid and picked up the pizza. She is an honest women and elderly. She has no reason to lie or steal pizza. If there was a mistake made, I don't see how or why it's the customer's fault. And for the Store Manager to call the customer and demand them to pay or else., that is insane. There was a better way to go about this. As far as I'm concerned all the employees there including the store manager need to be trained better for the positions they hold. They way she spoke to me was inappropriate and not professional at all. I am so deeply disturb that a pizza restaurant could threaten their customers this way. I am truly disappointed, because this is the closest pizza hut to my home. I'm not sure if I will be a repeating customer. Hopefully the issue gets resolved. I had the nicest person take my order and the nicest delivery guy. She was so patient with me over the phone and my pizza came in 30 minutes. It's Pizza Hut, so it's the food you'd expect. We usually eat here every now and then. Found a manager sitting at the table eating pinons. She was putting her broken shells on the bare table and staring at the door the whole time. Soon she was done she put here shells in a empty basket for breadsticks and never bothered to wipe her table down. Pizza was good, breadsticks were hard and dry. Could tell they were sitting for awhile since they came within a min or so after we ordered. Not a perfect place to eat, but ok for what it is. Just order and take home, avoid this place. read more

We were traveling and used a map feature on our phone to find food as we had been in the Indian Reservation for the past 4 hours and were hungry. The girl answering the phone was impatient and borderline rude. She was not helpful as we were trying to figure out what to order and what were the specials. She told us they were open until 10:00 and we were just minutes away at 9:20 so we knew we would have no issue. We gassed up the car at a local place and then head over to pick-up our $30 pizza order to go to find the doors locked at 9:40PM. She came to open the door after she insisted they were closed. She had our order ready but I had to ask for forks/plates/napkins as they had the restaurant in clean-up mode. Music was BLARING so you could hear it in the parking lot and she could NOT hear me asking for condiments. I finally asked for Ranch dressing to go with my order (as if I had eaten in we could get it from the salad bar) and she said that would be $.85 cents a piece extra. I said I ordered $30 worth of pizza and she said it would be $.85 cents a piece extra. This place could have gotten a better rating from me if they had decent customer service but it was TERRIBLE. I lost my appetite for the pizza but the kids enjoyed it. Stopped in off a long road trip and to-be-honest, I wasn't expecting much and I was surprised! The food was good, we were served quickly, and everyone was nice and attentive. I would make this my regular pizza spot if I was a local. If you're on I-40 and want to stop in and sit down to decent pizza and good service I suggest you stop in. read more

Ordered from here as we were staying the night. A little cautious from previous reviews, but I had a GREAT experience. Ordered ahead of time for a set time and the driver arrived right at the specified time and the food was correct. They even included plates, forks, and wraps that included napkins and cheese/peppers. Don't eat here unless you want your order to messed up all the time!! Especially if you're ordering online! The first time I ordered pizza and hot wings bone out that were supposed to be medium hot. They gave me honey barbecue. Not to mention the hard time they gave me when I wanted the right thing I had ordered! The second time I ordered online from this store yesterday I ordered the ten dollars box. The pizza was ok but the breadsticks were plain!! Nothing on them at all no seasoning whatsoever. Ugh and they didn't put in the marinara sauce in it as well. Yes I could've called and asked for marinara but who knows what they would've done to it. Never eating here again! I don't even know why one star is an option..I'd I've them 0 for effort and rudeness. They said my pizza be ready in 20 minutes but it's been 10 over due the spanish looking dude working there couldnt even look me in the eye, ignored my presence and gave me an attitude about how busy they get, when the staff there aren't doing anything. Was going to go in for lunch here today but upon sitting down we realized the whole restaurant smelled. Like a weird combination of chocolate and sewage. Pizza was good, but cold...they forgot the breadsticks had to wait another 25 min. Also they called me to tell me they didn't have the sodas I picked, but the person was "already on they're way" ? After delivering the breadsticks the delivery person was with out 1 apology. How rude! Does anybody there double check and have been taught to apologize for their mistakes. Nastiest Pizza Hut EVER!! Prepare for the longest rant ever!! I never eat here anymore because I use to find hair in my food every time I use to order. I ate here just yesterday with my husbands family. .not my choice by the way! We were ushered to a dirty table by a hostess who looked like she would rather not be there. .i felt the same way. She slams the menu down on the table and walks away. Great experience so far. .NOT! The table is sticky and crumbs are everywhere. Our waitress was very unkempt & the Pizza Hut t-shirt was very dirty. She at least got our order right. . .which almost made up for our food taking 45mins to get to us. When we went to pay she kept my father-in-laws credit card for over 10mins. I saw her swipe his card. .then she sticks it in her apron & starts talking to other employees. They started yelling and singing. .very unprofessional. My father-in-law is a very patient man and he was beginning to get irritated. While we're waiting some of our party went to the restroom & talk about nasty!! Paper towels everywhere and sticky floors. .blah! The toilet in the men's room wasn't working & that's a health issue just from the smell as I walked by to get to the exit. I would have to say this restaraunt is one of the worst in all of Gallup. Service sucked. Waited an hour and a half to get pizza delivered. Called to speak with the manager even her service sucked! Then the delivery driver shows up with half my order! I live in the Gallup Area.. Have ordered from North side as well as East Side Pizza Huts and have had a constant issue of "no, you can't order we have a borderline that we can't cross, call the other location" I thought, oh this time I sure hope they got the issue resolved. NOPE. I called the East side location and they were sorry to inform me but couldn't full fill my order and happily gave me the number to the North side location. Which I did call. Called and they guy that answered the phone told me, "rudely" no you can not order from this location call the other one and no response of phone number and I tried to explain to him that I have ordered from both locations and this seemed to be the problem and was hoping it was fixed at this point, I went on to ask him if I could order and just pickup myself and he hung up.. so I called back and asked to talk to the Mgr., come to find out Nick the Mgr was the person that originally answered the phone and hung up on me.. so that sucks!!. The girl that answered the phone on the East side location was very appoligetic and gave me a # to call in hopes of getting my order placed.. Dang it!! And all I wanted was Pizza for lunch, its now 1:59pm and been trying to order lunch since 12:30pm. I GIVE UP!!! I called back the East side in one last attempt to place an order or get some assistance. The lady that answered was named Tony, she was sorry for all the issues and asked if she could take my order and deliver anyway, she had great customer service.. She acted as a manager and probably should be given the position she was the only one that answered and tried to assist.. I explained to her that I am not in any way the type of person to tollerate being treated bad for wanting to give Pizza Hut business, its sad because I really like the food...
