I asked if she knew the brand, and she went in the back and brought out the bag! Who does that?!? Apparently Hannah V. does that! It was Daiya, which is 100% vegan. We ordered the veggie delight which had mushrooms, black olives, onions, tomatoes, bell pepper and onions. Left off the bell peppers and onions and asked to sub artichokes instead which she obliged. The pizza was very tasty, even with Daiya cheese (if you're vegan you get me, it's not a top choice) and it was a welcome meal after a long drive from Phoenix, through Flagstaff where they'd just gotten 30 inches of snow (ie stressful driving); where we'd just gotten stuck in a five mile backup due to several (15!) jack knifed tractor trailers. We really enjoyed the following pizzas and recommend trying: *Hot Honey Pizza with plum tomatoes, pepperoni, Kalamata olives and their sweet and spicy 305 hot honey glaze. *Pepperoni cheese pizza (be sure to drizzle their 305 hot honey glaze). We had excellent customer service by our waitress Naomi. Jenny the owner, came over to check on our table and was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is only open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. There's indoor and outdoor seating. We really enjoyed sitting outside next to their fish pond and listening to the live music.
