Walk in and a song that said "Restrooms Closed for Cleaning" we waited until they were opened. Cashier was on the phone the whole time even had a customer waiting for her to finish up the call. Another two families walked in to use the restroom and my husband at that time asked if the restroom were opened and cashier said No. you can't tell me you're going to work all Christmas Eve night and not use the restroom. Cashier was simply rude and had a nasty attitude and poor customer service.

Omg!!! Today? She didn't have to come to the drive thru JUST TO TELL ME, "we will be right with you ma'am" ugh!!!! she didn't have to do that! She was sooooo nice!!! I waited patiently and she just had that two seconds to acknowledge me! I appreciated that. This wasn't the first encounter with her. I had to go to Walgreens every week, maybe twice a week, just for my medication, so every time I noticed her working I knew I was going to get that GOOD GOOD SERVICE! Other times? Nope. I'm sorry Walgreens but you're going to have a hard time trying to beat that kind of professionalism from anyone else. Especially in Gallup! That right there? That's "I love my job" kind of work!
