We searched the area in the morning, finding A-J Tires, and saw they had good reviews so we decided to take a chance. We only needed one tire and Yolonda and Mario worked with us to pick the right one and have it installed to continue our journey. They not only gave us a great deal due to our plight, they didn't try and upsell us on a complete set since the other 3 were still in great shape. I listened to them deal with other customers and they treated everyone with the same respect and caring they treated us. Mario also let me know of a program the State of New Mexico has to reimburse for destroyed tires and damage! I am going through the process now and it looks like we'll get the tire and hotel costs reimbursed. We never would have known of the program otherwise. I cannot say enough good things about A-J Tires, I wish they were closer as they'd get all my business. They are top-notch people with very fast service. More businesses could learn from them.

The folks at Goodyear were kind and understanding and sent a tow-truck to pick up my car. They had the starter replaced within a few hours. Then last week I had a very flat rear tire. I called Goodyear and was told to bring it in, which I did. I mentioned that I've recently had foot surgery and couldn't walk all the way home so a team-member drove me home (I live very close) and picked me up when my car was ready. Everyone at Goodyear was so helpful and nice; I'll take my car there for everything it needs. Thank you so much Goodyear! You have a customer for life!

We came in saturday and the service agent tried to send us away saying they didn't have any more slots for the rest of the day. We were driving through and had a flat tire. We tried to get our tire ordered ASAP since they didn't have our tire size in stock. We were forced to stay at the hotel next door. We were under the impression that they would install it when it got it, and yet again we had to wait till the next day. Next day arrives and they said it won't be done till 6 pm. We've been stuck in Gallup and had to stay 4 nights here already since pep boys won't help us in a timely manner. We have been dealing with them since Saturday and it is now Wednesday.
