Amazing people! I pulled in 15 min before closing on Sat needing 2 new trailer tires and a rim after a blowout on the highway. They were so apologetic that they could not take care of it as even their warehouse closed in 15 min. But, they let me know they could get the good 12 ply heavy duty tires I wanted, just not until Monday. They gave me leads on campgrounds and we hung out until Monday AM. I was there when they opened and they mounted the 2 new tires and were able to repair the rim and remount the spare. Good hard working people here providing high quality products! read more

While visiting our family in Gallup, we visited Delta Tire to have our tires looked at before we departed back home to Waco, Texas (800+ miles). Not only did they square up our tire pressures, they put our Toyota Sienna van on one of their service lifts to inspect our tires for any nails, etc. And, they did this for no charge. Went to Delta to get an alignment on my wife's vehicle, got the alignment done didn't seem like much changed. Vehicle was still pulling into the right couple days later. The service electronic stability control light came on the dash did some research and it says it's due to misalignment . Took it to the dealer and the light went off and the alignment is perfect. Do not recommend pay the extra cash and take it to the dealer. read more

Colby and Sergio saved my trip. It's always stressful to have a tire warning light go on during day three of a cross-country trip when you're starting to get tired and have precious (PUPPY) cargo. We were so surprised to pull off the exit and discover a big city- style state-of-the-art tire center a mile down the road. It was just before closing but Colby wanted to thoroughly check out the car for me and dunk the tires. Sergio inspected them on the rack with great attention to detail. Hit some debris when I pulled off the highway to refill on my roadtrip from Tulsa to Los Angeles. I just wanted to get home and couldn't believe my tire got side punctured and went totally flat within just enough time for me to pull into a gas station. They came and checked it out and sent their guy Reyes to take off the flat and bring it back to the shop for a replacement. It was quick and I was back on the road in no time. read more

Great customer service when entering. However, when doing a wheel alignment for my 2023 RAV4, the alignment wasn't fully completed because it had to be done by the manufacturer or they could order the part, but seeing that my vehicle is new, this wasn't an option. There was no disclosure that when getting a wheel alignment it would partially be completed and this is a hit or miss with some of the vehicles. Also, I asked twice how much an oil change would cost and the response from the manager was "we don't have that oil in stock and my car took a special oil." Understanding this, I still didn't get the quote. When my service was completed they gave me the papers, but didn't go over any of the service that was provided. I do take partial responsibility because when I left I didn't realize they didn't complete the wheel alignment until looking at the papers, so I had to go back. Instead the manager stated "they did the best they could." The owner did apologize for not going over any of the service as this is what they should have done. The manager did agree that I was only given the papers and not talk about the service. Understanding the circumstances I was beyond disappointed and that there was no disclosure or talks about why my wheel alignment wasn't up to par and there was nothing they could do about it. Calling to grants delta tire, one of the technicians had went over my services with me. When traveling from gallup to grants my car was still a bit shaky. However, delta tires in GRANTS! was able to fix this problem. They also went over my service papers and gave me more information about my service and had the oil in stock for my oil change. If you get service in gallup, make sure look over the service details!! However, I would suggest to go to GRANTS delta tires. Their service is AMAZING and quality is their upmost priority. I would recommend giving them a call and getting your service from them! read more

If you find yourself in need of a flat fix or new tires in Gallup, NM, I highly recommend this place!!!!!!!! I picked up a screw on the I-40 after driving 700+ miles from Wichita KS. My tire was COMPLETELY flat, and I still had 4 hrs to go to get home. AAA inflated my tire and I asked the driver which local tire shop he would recommend, He immediately recommended Delta and I gave them a call. On the phone they were 100% more helpful and accommodating than Firestone (Firestone was not helpful at all) and cheaper too! Their price was also half as much as another local shop I had called. They got my car in immediately when I arrived and had my tire repaired and me out the door and on my way in 20 minutes. The shop was clean and modern, the staff respectful and efficient and cheerful. While traveling through Arizona and then New Mexico today heading to the Midwest, we developed a low air pressure tire, and after adding air to it once we realized we had a slow leak. We stopped at a truck stop in Gallup and were informed they only worked on large tires, but suggested we try Delta Tire. We were absolutely amazed at the speed and courteousness with which they tore our tire apart and fixed it. My car with UHaul trailer broke down on my way to Virginia from Las Vegas on a Friday afternoon. I was able to pull into Delta Tire where they disconnected the trailer to drive the car to recreate the trouble I was having. It was on a car lift moments later and they were able to pinpoint the problem. Unfortunately, the repair part had to come from Albuquerque early the next morning. Delta Tire got me to and from my motel. The car was quickly repaired the next morning and after reconnecting my trailer, I was on the road before noon. The staff were friendly and very professional. The cost was more than reasonable. I was very much in need and was treated like someone that had done business there my whole life. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you, fellows.
