I have a 21 f250, not a work truck that WAS in perfect condition. My last visit I got it back with several 1-2" paint chips on the hood. I went back, not angry and attempted to come up with a solution to the problem. It took over a week to finally get the owner to call me back. He said it must have been previous damage, that their pressure washers weren't capable of chipping paint etc. I just so happened to have a picture of my truck the day prior to the wash, he denied app responsibility. I am very dissapointed, I used to recommend them to my friends and family, now I have over $1000 in damage and was told they not only were not responsible but that it did not happen there. With great expectations, I called to make sure they could take our vehicle in this morning for a transmission fluid check in a '04 Ford/Mercury 4.6L V8. It's starting to slip gears, no codes, and no dipstick. A seemingly pleasant woman answered the phone. She asked standard questions about make model and year. Then she said we can't check your transmission fluid level because it doesn't have a dipstick. I said yes, I know, it just requires a lift and to check the drain/fill plug. I even have the refill tool. She said "no, it's a sealed system and must be taken to the dealer. It doesn't have a dipstick. If you provide parts, no guarantee the parts or labor. And the labor goes up to $125/hr." Well, this discourages any work for people with custom parts. I understand that there's no guarantee on parts if they don't provide them but they can't guarantee their own labor at a higher price? Since I am disabled and no garage at the moment, I can't do this myself. I'll have my Jeep checked here. I missed an appointment on July 5th due to health issues. They said they could do a diagnostic and tune-up but I couldn't bring it in for another 8 days because they were short on technicians. Hopefully the next opportunity for the shop to help us out will go better. I'll update after their diagnoses of the Jeep.

I…read morehad to stop in Gallup and was fortunate enough to find Atelier since there were no Dodge dealerships in town that I could go to. They did a system check and found some errors that caused me to have to stay overnight. I probably wasn't the most pleasant and they could see my frustration, but they handled it extremely well. The lady at the front desk offered to drive me to a hotel and pick me up the next day while they got my van figured out. Then, they took the time to go through every possible scenario of what could happen with the DEF system with me and gave me estimates on what it would cost to have it fixed. They said they could fix it but were honest about price and how it would take probably a week as they would have to order parts. I couldn't afford to stay there a week and get it fixed, so I decided to fly home and make plans to have my van shipped back. The nearest airport is in Albuquerque and the owner offered to drive me the FULL 2 HOURS to drop me off in Albuquerque so I could catch a flight the next morning. They spent so much time on me even though I paid only about $300 for the check, flush, and reset of the DEF system. This was some of the best customer service I've ever received and they deserve all the business and success they can get! Thank you so much!
