The food quality is awful. I mean really awful. There are many other places to grab a quick bite. Breakfast is the worse I've ever experienced. They make the breakfast sandwiches early,Before 6am, and when an order is placed they microwave it to make it look like they just made it but the sandwich has actually been sitting around. My bacon egg and cheese biscuit on more than one occasion has been served to me moist, almost wet and not very palatable. Nasty is the proper term. Just don't do it. Look for someplace else to eat. So while I was in the area, my son wanted to go to McDonald's. In an area with plenty of better eateries, including a Burger King and a Wendy's within blocks, my son wanted to come here. I braced my stomach and mentally apologized to my digestive system. Once inside, they seem to be guiding people to the self order kiosks. If I wanted a register, I'd have to maneuver around the ropes - but luckily I didn't need to. We ordered, took a number, and sat down. All the tables looked like they weren't cleaned in the last few hours, so we picked the cleanest looking out of the available options. The 'food' was out fairly quickly. The one who dropped the tray off was friendly. The 'food' was what it was. Those of you who know the menu for McDonalds already know what to expect - and no, they still didn't look like the pictures or the commercials. The only thing redeeming here was fries as always. You have to pour your own drinks, as they only give you the empty cups. I still can't grasp why places allow customers to do it - 99% of the times, the drink areas are a sticky, disgusting mess. Most customers simply can't be trusted to maintain the areas or clean up after themselves. This was no exception - stickiness, discarded litter, you name it. At the very least, someone should be cleaning up the area every 30 minutes. I get it, someone out of touch in the corporation thought it was a brilliant idea to let the customers get their own drinks - but it's a fail most of the time. It's a fail because customers are typically uncaring messes and employees barely maintain the area. Anyway, we finished the 'food' and left. The parking lot is decent and sizable. Overall it's McDonalds and all that comes with it. In an area with plenty of other eating options (including McDonalds' competitors), you could do better than here. read more

It's been a long time since I visited a McD. Ordered a Big, got the buy one, get another for 20¢. One Big Mac cost $5.49. Sheesh, that's more than what I remembered for a meal. A Big Mac meal now cost almost $11 and can't believe how small the sandwich is. Anyway, tasted good and fresh. That's what is important. Service was cordial and very polite. I've been coming to this McDonalds since I was in grade school (I remember when they BUILT this location- it's been a LONG time) and they used to be great. Enter Covid. Things go drastically down hill. Orders are cold, wrong, missing. Things haven't gotten better. EVERT. SINGLE. TIME. Something is wrong. Today I ordered 2 combo meals. A 2c and a 5. I got ONE order of fries. So, my wife and I split and order of fries. "Oh! You can just call us and we'll give you what was missing!" That's great. I never thought I'd say I love a McDonald's, but I love this one! I drive an extra 10 minutes to go to this one instead of my "local" McDonald's. The restaurant is always super clean and the employees are all very nice and helpful. But for me the best part is the new play place area for kids. The play area is decent on the off hours and I bring my kindergartener daughter in to play, while we eat a fast bite. I normally will visit the drive thru when I do eat here. The lady MJ who is typically working the first window, is nice professional and friendly. The teens and young adults you get at the second window is as crapshoot. Some are awesome some not so much. I ordered a lemon aid, and when I went to pick it up, it was a frozen strawberry lemon drink. I asked what is that? I got well we don't have lemon aid and this is what ya get. I have mixed feelings about this Mc Donald's. One day it can be prefect everything's good, they got the order right. Then you can go in the next day and the fries will be cold. My son was at a party tonight with a bunch of his friends and asked if I'd bring him to get McDonald's... I said sure and asked if anyone else wanted anything... needless to say, I walked in with 8 separate and large orders and Eric, my cashier was AMAZING!!! He helped me keep track of each order, and even gave me small bags so I could separate each guys change. Paige, the manager was also super helpful and very professional and patient. Nothing was left out, not 1 nugget or 1 sauce!!! McDonald's was my first job in 1995 when I was 16 and I HIGHLY doubt that I had even the slightest percentage of the work ethic that everyone I encountered tonight has. It also should be mentioned that this particular location is not only super updated but INCREDIBLY CLEAN!!! I have nothing but the utmost respect for not only the team there but also for the owner Brian who when I called at 10pm to compliment his staff answered his personal phone and was genuinely lovely to speak to. If everyone cared as much about not only their customers but just human interaction as Eric, Paige, Nick, Kyle and Brian clearly do.. this world would be a MUCH happier place. read more

I don't mind McDonald's I'm not expecting luxury food when I go to fast food and I'm not gonna complain about the food. I was polite to the employees and respectful the manager has some attitude there and shouldn't have a job as a manager. If she wants to scare away customers she's doing a great job. I got at this place at 10 to 11:00 , I am Handicapped and first I check if the doors where open they were and nobody said anything and it was the manager standing there. So got my wife out of the truck it was now 10:55 now they are telling me I can only get to go orders I explained what there sign read and we were in the time limit and reluctantly the manager said ok we can stay . The Disrespectful cook starts laughing and head in hands gestured he was not happy and the laughter from him, so I said load for him to hear - enough to my wife let's go I will not be laughed at so if he wasn't laughing it was at that point he should have be man enough to explain I'm sorry I wasn't laughing at you . The fact he didn't say he was and was glad we were leaving. I ate there at least once a month sometimes with 6 or eight Grandchildren!!! The food is fine but the play place is absolutely appalling. Dear parents, don't worry about your little ones taking their shoes off YOU NEED A HAZMAT! No joke my little niece who is two years old wanted to play on the slide. We went in there with her and I've never smelled something so repulsive like a diaper pale. I was immensely concerned of not only her's but all of the children's health. I hope you really take this into consideration and hire someone to clean the entire play place every day after closing.
