The service was absolutely amazing. I'd give a 7 star review. If I could the food was delicious and the whole vibe of the place was beautiful all the workers were so nice and intently. I got almost exactly what I ordered, an extra cheese, double meat, no pepper, light onion and a drizzle of Diablo sauce. . . pizza. Never mind the bathroom walls are too thin. After 50 mins, one guy comes and asks about the order. Comes back, saying we couldn't find your order; can't help it. Showed him the order via the app and he said initially can't do anything. I stood there, asked him if it's taco bell app and money's taken then please give my order. As he could see, I wasn't moving; he went and came back after 5 mins and said that he will take the order. And then had to wait another 15 mins to get the order. Further update - they gave us incomplete order. Chicken missing in bowl. Jalapeno sauce missing in Quesadillas. Not only are the workers incompetent on filling complete orders but I was told I was a liar for saying something was missing (not saying everyone, but definitely the older blonde lady with poor dental hygiene). If anyone is planning on making a big order, I suggest checking everything before you leave regardless if bags are sealed or not. If you leave and come back for something missing, you are an instant liar. Person making the food wasn't wearing a mask. When I asked why, the kid behind the counter looked at me blankly. I said I'd like to talk to a manager. The woman making the food without a mask turned and said what do you want me to do, it fell down. But when we pulled up she didn't have a mask on and I watched her for 5 minutes making our food with no mask. I then told her well I don't want the food, I would like a refund. She took my receipt, closed the window and started yelling. I couldn't hear her. She came back with a cash refund and said here don't come back. I said are you the manager, she said yes. I asked her her name she said "Lisa, call all you want, I'll tell them you were rude and make sure you don't come back here". Her attitude was uncalled for and very upsetting to my 3 year old who really wanted taco bell and doesn't understand why we were told not to come back. This taco bell had nice staff however it was the worse fast-food restaurant. Fast-food is meant to be fast, however we ended up waiting 35-40 minutes for two crunch wrap tacos!! This was at 7pm on a Sunday nights They did try to make up for it, and offered a free combo meal- this is the only reason why I gave it 2 stars. What's even worse, our friends ahead of us received another free meal voucher, but when we received our meal, which was approx. 10 minutes later, we did not receive the extra voucher. Regarding the food, the crunch wrap was not at all crunchy. It was stale, and my beans (swapped from the meat) was burnt. The Mexican pizza (from the free voucher) was also stale. Normally I am really patient when it comes to waiting but this place takes so long even if you are the only customer. We didn't go back because we would have just waited another 20 minutes for it. Also, went inside to dine once and a lot of the tables are lopsided so if one person leans on the table the other person's drink goes flying. We had to clean our own table as well because every single table was dirty. This would be understandable if they were under staffed but there were 4 people behind the counter, one taking orders, one making the food and the other 2 standing around. Had to literally wet a paper towel at the drinks and wipe the table down because it must have been awhile since someone cleaned it off... The food is typical Taco Bell food, everything you would expect it to be, cheap prices, good deals. My good friend Kayla and I went to this restaurant's drive through expecting a slightly better than mediocre dining experience. What we got instead? Arrested. We ordered a vegetarian option that we SPECIFICALLY requested (and yes, we double checked it was on our receipt) . Once my vegetarian friend took a bite, she was mortified to get a mouthful of chicken. As many of you know, vegetarians are granted superpower abilities by the FDA approved Vegetarian/vegan police. They came to the parking lot, sirens blazing, and took away my best friend and roommate. Girl inside said she also waited that long when there wasn't even a line inside. At the end of it though they did give me a $2 discount. This place is about 15 years in the making. Sussex County's first Taco Bell. This place has been packed daily since its opening this week. It is on par with every other taco bell I've grown to love. This is a long time coming and they don't disappoint. The thing that makes this Taco Bell great is the location. Absolutely thrilled I dont have to drive 45 mins anymore. Since this place opened, I've experienced numerous of issues and difficulties. Most recent. The order as wrong last week, They didn't have all the ingredients to make the food. Today, waited 5 mins for service, missing ingredients, wrap wans't cut in half, no hot=sauce condiments at all, got home, the crunchy taco was Ali Over the bag. I called the store, I'm sorry. This is all i ever get each time, without any resolution of fixing the issue. I've notified corporate, they don't seem to care, along with the franchise doesn't care, so neither take any action, yet this place functions and nothing is done of how unfairly the customer is denied service, And/or food preparation, and even service, quality of professionalism. Shut the doors, have new management, or corporation come in and run the place until adequately trained personnel can be found to properly run a Taco Bell. Was out shopping with a friend and had a late lunch at the Franklin location today. Because I was gabbing with my friend, I didn't realize I walked out of the restaurant without my purse loaded with credit cards and cash...I was 3 towns away when I realized my dumb ass mistake. I called the store and to my surprise the cashier had found it. She placed it behind the counter until I was able to return. This event could have been disastrous but due to that kind soul I can sleep tonight. Tonight was a disaster. An order that was on the counter went out to the wrong customer and it was downhill from there. The cashier was out of singles so I got back $3 in quarters. The correction of the outside order triggered the manager, which looked like a troll, to bitch and moan about how she hates her job and should've left earlier. This was expressed in many f bombs and plenty of unintelligible words. Meanwhile, I'm waiting with others for 10 min. I realize that the cashier got my order wrong on the receipt, which needed to be corrected. They eventually got the order in front of me and now it on to my order. I corrected my order to no tomatoes. The cashier did not correct the order and they made them with tomatoes, btw, I'm allergic to tomatoes. Once corrected, the troll making them was totally angry to the fact that they were needed to be redone. Meanwhile the cashier was running back and forth for god knows what. He was helping nobody. I tried going tonight because I was desperate coming home from work and I was waiting 10 minutes to order before I backed my truck back out of the drive through.
