Went to Bubb's tonight and even with it being swamped they still took fast care of us. Place is clean and the food is great. They work like a team and do a great job. I do have to say that only being there a few times since moving up here the manager remembered us and our order from last time. This place is bomb! I eat delivery for this restaurant every single weekend it feels like. I love there nachos the works with extra steak it is insane. If you are looking for a quick delivery or take out you are at the right spot. The inside is really that nice for a fancy nice family dinner but is a good overall option for Mexican food like nachos burritos, bowls, and even quesadillas. Overall 5 Stars! read more

Just walked of the store in Sparta. I saw one staff member not changing gloves when using a filthy rag to wipe a counter and then serving rice and and other not changing gloves when serving shredded cheese and using the register Absolutely appalling. I've eaten there once and won't again because of the fact that nobody changes gloves and touches everything and anything in between, nobody wears hair nets and the body piercings are not considered hygienic when preparing food. While this location isn't offering delivery as of yet, they have partnered with doordash to offer delivery, which we took advantage of today. Our food was delicious, accurate, and the portions were huge! We were pleasantly surprised, especially with how busy they have been since opening a few days ago. Occasionally my food is good but that is only during the day. If I order past 3 o'clock my food is absolutely disgusting. I just ordered a bunch of food my burrito came pretty much as a bowl because there was so much crap stuffed into it that it could not even hold it all together. So I complained on door dash got my money back for the burrito ordered it for the second time that night and had to wait an additional 50 minutes. Praying the entire time that I was going to get what I actually ordered only to get the exact same thing and throw it in the garbage for the second time that night. read more

They were taking orders as fast as they could, and then encouraging the customers to move forward and crowd in front of the prep area...no distancing at all. I've tried eating here 3 times and I'm giving up. I ordered online the first two times. More than half of the ingredients my girlfriend and I put on were either missing, or in such small quantities you got half a bite of them at the very end of the burrito. I ordered in house once so I could watch them make it and all of the ingredients were at least there this time. There were super small amounts of the important ingredients that made it barely worth eating, but they were all there. Their ingredient portions and up charges are big problems. On top of that, they actually used to have a few steak selections that were actually decent. Their steak seasoning was their best attribute. But recently they have gotten rid of all good options, only keeping "hibachi steak" which was by far their worst option. My advice? Go to qdoba. They have better ingredient portions, higher quality ingredients and lower prices. A burrito is $10 no matter what toppings you choose. Save your stomach and your money. read more

Definitely not as good as other Bubbakoo's locations. The shredded beef was dry and the tortilla was barely heated up. Also, they do not use tongs to serve the ingredients. The attendant was wearing gloves, but she dipped her hands into all the different containers. There is mass of cross-contamination of ingredients. I was also surprised that only 30 minutes after opening, there was already a lot of food on the floor in their kitchen. The staff seems young and inexperienced. It's nice to have a Bubbakoo's in Sparta, but they definitely need more training! I would definitely not recommend this location if you have an allergy. read more

Terrible experience. Ordered online and food was suppose to be ready 20 minutes later. We get inside to pick it up and our food wasn't ready and they said they were working on it. The place had no line at the time and a few customers walked in after us and were able to order and receive their food before us. Ten minutes go by and another employee asks if we needed help, we told him we were waiting for our online order. He proceeded to tell us you're right it was suppose to be ready. He quickly prepares our order and gives us our food. We took our food home to realize they forgot to add chicken to our burrito bowl. Since we didn't want to waste more time we were stuck eating a meatless burrito bowl that we paid full price for. Tried bubbakoos for the first and LAST time. We ordered thru Uber Eats - I ordered a shrimp and steak bowl w queso. There was no steak and no queso. I called right away and the manager was super rude and hung up on me. I tried calling back a few times and they didn't pick up.
