Went here for some lunch a few days ago and got the smash burger, let me tell you, it's a low price, and man is it one of the best burgers I've ever had. Shout out to the chefs. We were sat by the bar and it was during March madness so quite a few people were there and the restaurant is by no means luxury dining but trust me when moneys tight chillis will be there for you. This is a nice enough place to not feel bad for eating here. The service could be more attentive but hey what can you do maybe a bad day at work. Overall i would recommend this particular chillis thank you for the great burger I look forward to my return. read more

The young girl there ripped my daughter off charged her 15 dollars extra off a $8 kids meal, ridiculous. Manger gave my daughter who's a *Minor* attitude when the cashier was the one who got the order wrong. They didn't give clear instructions on when she will get the money back, or how long it would take until my daughter asked . Went last night to try the New Expresso Martini. It was fantastic! Best I've tried. So 10/10 there. However, my husband orderedA Whiskey Sour and it came with an eaten orange slice in the drink. So repulsive! The fact that the food was good and the martini was fantastic, we left feeling horrible that we both tried that drink with that slice in it before we saw it. So very GROSS. The menu doesn't offer a huge selection of items but the are definitely choices. Their appetizers are really good, especially the mozzarella sticks and southwestern eggrolls. However, the chicken tenders are very tough and chewy so I definitely wouldn't recommend them. The chips and salsa are always a favorite. The salsa is very good. I do think that this restaurant has improved over the years and is definitely a place I enjoy going to for a casual meal. The servers are very nice and accommodating. read more

Food is okay. Service is non-existent. Ambiance is Chili's. Be aware there are rats all over the property and you can see the traps everywhere outside. We have had to bus our own tables we have had to go find bartenders/severs to get service. But they are just kids so what can you really expect. read more

This location was definitely a let down compared to the standards of other Chili's I've been too. Got the chips and salsa to start, chips were ice cold. Got the fajitas for my dinner normally comes out sizzling on a hot skillet; came out with no sizzle and everything was like warm at best. My dad got the combo mix ribs. Ribs weren't fall off the bone like they normally were and was a struggle to even eat cause they were so dried out. Only reason for 2 star was that the bartender was on point and came out super fast. The service was great. The waiters were kind and friendly and introduced excellent choices for us to try. The drinks were delicious and so was the food. The steak and chicken were cooked perfectly and everything was seasoned just right. The broccoli was tasty with just the right flavors and tender to the touch. I had the chicken pasta and it was like an explosion of flavor in my mouth. The ribs were more meat than bone (thank god) and tender. I've been here a couple of times. Normally, it's pretty good. It's not as crowded at lunchtime but the lunch specials are only good M-F. They currently have a $10.99 deal that includes an appetizer, drink, and burger with fries which fills you up pretty good. It's been clean the last two times but caution with their little tablets at the tables. My wife and I played a stupid game for less than a minute and I failed to read the small print and they dinged our bill for a couple bucks for playing the game. That was annoying. The service has been pretty good and wait times are very reasonable. It's a bit depressing outside next to the vacant restaurant next door (used to be Macaroni Grill) and there some major potholes in the driveway. Outdoor maintenance is definitely lagging. read more

I've been to other Chili's locations before and my experience has been excellent. This is the first time I ordered from the Flanders location and the experience was horrible! I ordered the Ancho Salmon and the Cajun Chicken Pasta. Both were messed up in every way it could have been. The salmon was in no way blackened and seared like it is supposed to be, it had no sauce on it but a small bit of queso fresco, and worse was the salmon was undercooked! The asparagus I ordered with it was so hard it seemed like they didn't even cook it but rather heated it up. The Cajun chicken pasta seemed under portioned and the toppings that come on the pasta was barely even there so it didn't have much flavor to it, the pasta was undercooked as well. And unfortunately the garlic toast that comes with it was not even toasted, it was soft. I'm extremely disappointed in my experience with this location, I hope no one else has to deal with this because I don't think they did one thing right with this order. This is officially the last time I order out from Chili's. I normally love their food - when you can eat in. But delivery and carry out is awful. The past 3 take out orders have been wrong. Once, Uber Eats has an entirely different order, which isn't their fault when the label is written as my name. Nothing I wanted was in the order and UE was able to give me a receipt. They don't pay attention to the requests. Sauces are always wrong or missing completely. More than once I've had undercooked or just poor quality chicken. The flavor of the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers is amazing. The chicken is always stringy and has the strangest texture. The chicken in our quesadilla was not cooked and we had squishy pieces. In addition, the entire order was wrong. Sauce was added we specifically asked not to have, no sour cream or jalapeños when we requested extra. And instead, two sides of Cajun sauce - which we specified we did not want. Also got buffalo chicken sandwich and it was brown on the inside. I miss eating in. I love this Chilis! It's my go to restraint and have been coming here since it opened! The food is very very tasty and everything is clean! I love their chicken and my favorite thing is their pasta. The tortillas, black beans, rice and beef strips topped with pico de gallo was delicious. Highly recommend grabbing onto this luncheon special asap! Presentation was excellent and my burger was cooked as I ordered it. The right side of the restaurant was a bar area and the left side was the dining room. Ordered my MIL dinner for mother's day @4:30 pm. @7 pm she called and said her food had not arrived. We thought door dash made some mistake. After almost on hour of trying to get a human being on the phone at this location and being put on hold each time and then ultimately disconnected, we called doordash. They said chilis cancelled the order. I checked my bank acct and saw i was charged for the cancelled order. It is absolutely appalling the unprofessional way this location is operated. To take people's money, not answer phones and not notify a customer that you cancelled their 75 year old mother in law's dinner order on mother's day. Clearly you don't want BUSINESS. The dining area smells like dried beer and spilled grease. The ladies bathroom was filthy and when reported we were told since there was no females on staff at the time, it would have to remain that way until a female employee arrived. So I read poor Yelp reviews but thought it can't be that bad, WRONG! The waiter never came until we were all ready to order, we ordered Southwest Egg-rolls, they tasted good but were a little gummy instead of crispy. I ordered a well done Alex's Santa Fe Burger which comes with Avocado, pepper Jack, red onion, jalapeños, tomato, pickles, cilantro and spicy Santa Fe sauce. It came with two tiny slices of avocado, didn't even cover a 1/4 of the burger, no pepper Jack, no jalapeños and no sauce, and the burger was pink!!! I waited and waited for the waiter to check on us so I could return the burger...meanwhile hubby was eating his fajitas. So when we were finally able to get our waiter's attention, I told him to bring me whole new plate, since the fries were ice cold too (we think it was left out waiting for hubby's order to be done) then I caught him before order came out to make it to-go...didn't want hubby to have to sit and watch me eat like I had just done.
