Great place. Love the food and service. I highly recommended this place in the past…read more My family love the steak fajitas over ordered : of them plus drinks. We don't like guacamole nor sour cream. But we do want the cheese and rice. They were very good as well as the drinks. However, when I received the bill. It was $12 for cheese and another $4 for rice. I assumed this automatically came with fajitas even since I removed other items. When I questioned the manager, she said no that the cheese and rice is not included with fajitas. Everywhere I went to get fajitas at other Mexican restaurants. Cheese and rice was included. While everything was good. This certainly rubbed me the wrong way. It's not about the money. Just the point. Customers beware of the hidden fees.

Finally went in today to get some chicken chaufa and can happily say it was awesome. Not only was it reasonably priced but the portion was enough to feed two or three people and it was delicious. Sure, it's basically a deli with only two tables for dining but for some yummy Peruvian food to grab and take home it's definitely worth stopping by. The staff seem nice and friendly too and it's right on Main Street Bloomingdale next to the car wash. Easy to find! Just be aware they do keep deli hours. Will most certainly be back to try some of the other dishes on the menu!

Take-out is great too, but compared to what they can fit in takeout container, it seems the dine-in platters are just nicer and more appealing. Burritos were big, and they come two to an order, so you will have lunch the next day. I'm still trying to get the weekend tamales, but I never get there early enough before they run out!

I recently tried the Pancho Villa Platter -- one of their premium-priced dishes ($46) -- and it was fantastic. It comes with incredibly generous portions of both steak and sausage as well as sides of rice and beans and pico de gallo salad. What really sets them apart, though, is the personal touch. The owner/hostess always remembers my dietary restrictions without me having to make a fuss, and she personally ensures the chef (who happens to be her husband) accommodates them. Having a place where you know the hospitality is genuine and you can eat stress-free makes all the difference. Still highly recommended!

For starters, the chicken is flavorful, fresh and always on point. The rice and beans as well, but french fries are always a miss - stale and floppy - but the chicharron makes up for it! The only downside here: if you don't speak Spanish, you're screwed with both placing the order and picking up primarily due to it being a family owned establishment in a heavily populated Latin/Hispanic community. I've tried calling in a handful of times and have been put on hold for a while or hung up on after a few tries. It's pretty tough to have a conversation with them primarily due to the loud background noise and distant tone picked up by their touch less headsets the employees wear. It can get a bit frustrating if you're not able to speak moderate Spanish, but the alternative is just order Uber Eats or DoorDash, honestly lol it's still so worth it though!
