Went through at 6:30 on a Saturday and they were not even open yet for breakfast - there was an older couple knocking on the door - ended up going to Whataburger. I walked in a week ago for coffee, and the girl up front was so rude and had no business being up front with customers. Not going back. read more

Service horrible, confused apparently new employees and trainees and management getting aggravated and moving them out of the way because to slow. No condiments out. I Ordered double cheese burger combo. Bread stale burger cold. Fries were hot and fresh. It is close and convient to office and with each visit I say its my last, but keep going back so it's all on me. I see a ton of turn over in management and employees. every time I have come to this specific McDonald's I have had the WORST experience. The service is always rude. But today, took it over the top. I was born with no eyebrow hair & have never had any,so I draw them on everyday. I am EXTREMELY insecure about them. Today, July 7th at 11:15 am, when I pulled to the window the woman gave me the most awful look & proceeded to LOUDLY tell her friend 'to go look at the bitches eyebrows at the window' which she proceeded to do & give me an ugly look. They both processed to then laugh about how 'fake' my eyebrows are. Yes, I know you can tell there fake. No, I do not care. Yes, it hurts my feelings when you laugh at them. I live very close to this McDonald's so it's convenient when I have to work late. But to be honest I've had more bad experiences here than good. The last bad visit was in August 2016. This visit included bad customer service, really bad. It also included old food and a very long wait (I went inside to get it). I told my family that we would not be returning to this McDonalds location and we haven't. The only reason that I gave it two stars is because I completed the survey and was contacted by upper management asking if I would allow them to redo my order, of course I'm not going to do that. read more

The soda tastes like a combo of all flavors, and has for literally years. Clearly no cleaning of those parts.. And I've never been to a McDonald's with consistently stale bread more then this one location. I have never had a burger here which doesn't include stale buns. I don't even know how that's possible, yet they've found a way. We drive down to the one across from Ridgewood on Lakeland when the Big Mac mood strikes, because this location just has never gotten it right. read more

The service needs ALOT OF WORK! Last night, I went there after a long day at work and just wanted a fresh meal. When I pulled up, it seems as if the girl had an attitude and it was super loud in the background. I guess they was playing or joking or whatever. I told the girl my order THREE times and she couldn't hear anything I was saying because IT WAS SO LOUD FROM THEM PLAYING AND JOKING. I went to this McDonalds to get breakfast and my tab came to 9.56 ,paid with a 20 and cashier gave me back 44 cents manager called police because I refused to leave without my correct change. Cash drawer was off on count but she still refused. Even police said it's worst McDonalds around. read more

Worst service and the laziest people in the work force. Me and my wife work late so that means fast food for dinner. We ate there I asked for chicken nuggets french fries and I asked for all the food to be cooked fresh I would be glad to wait, so I waited and all of the food was cold it was nasty and old. Nobody was in the restaurant, one car ahead of me in the drive through. Go somewhere else and eat like backyard burger right next door, they have NEVER messed up an order and McDonald's has messed up my last 3. Starve before going here! I ordered a double quarter pounder and it had sooo much grease my bun was dripping like a wet sponge! I don't know about you guys but I like my burgers cooked not raw! And to top it all off she handed me a ripped bag and got mad at me asking if I wanted another bag.. Went in late and just ordered from the McPick 2 menu. I paid with a $5 bill and only recieved $0.82 from the $2.82 I was supposed to get back in change. I went back up realizing the change I was given didn't add up. I asked about the $2 and the employee straight up lied saying he gave it to me. I insisted and he continued to lie about it. I already hated the service and lack of decency from the employees, but stealing from me was the last straw. Not eating here again. read more

If it wasn't for the Dogwood mall this place probably would've closed by now, absolutely bad service. I'm used to the bad service at fast food spots but this is the absolute worst. They are always running out of things and I even heard a employee curse a customer on my last visit. I have not been here since. Got there at 1045pm on Friday night, the drive they had the automated recording saying they were closed, isn't that a little bit early? I thought it is sorta crazy that they close that early! Absolutely terrible. I gave it one star because the website would not accept less. We arrived at the drive through speaker five actual minutes before closing time only to have the light turned out on us. They said they were closed. I tried to call the location to inform a manager of the incident. They hung up on me seven times. I will never go to this location again. I will inform everyone I know of the experience and strongly suggest they do not support this location in any way. read more

Morning manager, the last 2 visits have been bad. I went in the first time and was going to pay for one cup of tea to fill my cup up, 44 onces that is all. He told me I had to pay for 2 cups. I said well aren't refills free. He replied your just an outside customer that doesn't apply to you. I waved it off and got the 2. Got to my work and took a sip and god knows it was sour tea. I called and he answered and said, well you can come back up here. Keep in mind I work 10 minutes away and it was only 1 hour after I started. There was no way to get back there from my job, I work for a living. Went up there that afternoon and was told by another manager, we can not allow you to get a refill for free. Second visit this morning went up there got 1 tea and my son got another. Lol, both sour I had to throw them away. I am very disappointed and upset and can only keep trying but I will prob go to sonic next time but 2.50$ is a lot for a drink. I guess it will have to do and please if you read this take the advice of the previous person go to the macdonalds at the jackson lakeland dr location at least there if I got bad tea they replaced it . read more

Poor service. No towels in men's bathroom. Employee on break sitting with arm around another employee. Order of sausage and biscuit and coffee took longer than other orders after me. I got my coffee, then, promptly left without my breakfast. Will never return. Poor / No management. The coffee, however, was hot and satisfying. read more
