Oh my gosh. I won't eat here again. Wasted my money as we ended up throwing the food away. Had one sip of my sprite and tossed it out, as I was walking out another gentlemen was saying his Fanta didn't taste right either. The service was great! I had a sweet girl take my order and she was very patient with me. The crew seemed to all have a grate attitude making and very ambiance atmosphere. It's Mickey D's, so there's no way I'm giving it more than 3 stars. But, with that being said, I don't understand the 1 star reviews either. We've always had good service here. The place is also decorated in a fun/cool kinda way. There have only been a couple of occasions when we ate inside the restaurant. When we did, everything was clean, including the restrooms. The employees manning the cash registers were nice and we got our food quickly. The employees weren't tripping over themselves to be friendly, but they were not rude, nor did they say or do anything to make me think anything negative. I've been through the drive-thru here countless times. Good service, hot food. No complaints whatsoever. There was one (as in singular) instance when a McMuffin was missing from my order. I caught it before I even pulled away from the window, I informed the person, they went and grabbed me one, problem solved (with a smile and an apology, I might add). I don't normally write reviews for McDonald's. C'mon, it's a McDonald's, people. But, when I saw the two 1 star reviews, I just had to throw in my .02 cents. So there you have it! =) read more

This is my local Mickey D's and I have two daughters, so regardless of the content of this review I will be there at least once a week. I have never been greeted with a smile. Honestly, how much trouble is it to smile when you deliver the canned greeting, "hello welcome to McDonald's how may I serve you?" Then again I am impressed that you can turn that whole sentence into one single unintelligible syllable. Oddly though with the number of times I have gone there they have a pretty good record getting my orders right. They have forgotten my daughters kids meal toys more times than is reasonable (if you have kids it's only once). The milkshakes are always on point now that they have the McCafe thing going on. Still no contact or refund from reaching out to corporate and mobile app customer service could not offer a refund even though it was on the app. Second time I have had an issue with this location. Last time they pulled me forward and never brought out my food. I called the restaurant three times on 4-22-2021 in order to preorder 24 biscuits for my daughter's class so that I could have them at the school at 7.00 am. However, no one answered either call. When I got to the first window to pay, the lady tried to advise me to call ahead next time; she wasn't rude though. I told her that I had attempted to call three times, but no one answered.
