Why does this Starbucks always have to be dirty. Tables sticky, floor trashy, counter is always filthy. Coffee hardly ever made correctly.

I stood in line for 15 minutes to pick up one cup of English breakfast tea. at 11:00 am. I Jumped on the road to reach my destination in Meridian. 15 minutes out I took a sip of tea and they had put green tea instead of English breakfast tea in my cup. How hard is it to put the correct tea into boiling water? The label on the cup read English breakfast tea. The order read English breakfast tea. And then I got attitude when she gave it to me. Very disappointed in the customer service I experienced while going through the drive-through. The girl did not greet us upon taking our card or acknowledge us. While waiting to receive our drink, she was leaning with her elbows on the counter, facing the opposite direction, playing on her phone. She gave us our drinks and card back without saying a word. There service in the drive through is rather slow and always have a line backed up for close to 30 minutes or more, but I've never had an issue with a drink order, and they also have a nice lobby area and lounge seating outside. read more

The Starbucks started so promising the first two visits. However, the last 4-5 visits have not been great. The location is out of items every time (sandwiches and/or coffee). Today they made a caramel frap without caramel, not sure how you forget that. The car in front of us was charged for the wrong order. Cafe is permanently closed, hours reduced til 4pm every day and only the Drive thru is open. We're in a pandemic but when you've had the Third booster and use a mask always, the risk inside is greatly minimized. But apparently folks don't want to work? Even for $15/hr?! either?!!!! I have been here multiple times and every time I go, there's always some ingredient missing. Today, I asked for the sugar cookie frappuccino and the employee said they didn't have the stuff to make any frappuccino. I did have a backup plan for the very berry hibiscus refresher and tried ordering that but they were out of strawberries. Slowest Starbucks in the United States. I travel a lot and have been to many Starbucks, the service at this location is terrible. 20 minutes regularly to get through the drive thru. Couple times went through only to get to the front window to find out that they were only accepting cash. Lucky me, I happened to be carrying cash. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! Today will be the first and last time that I buy coffee at this Starbucks locations. They are highly unorganized and lack good customer service! I asked for a blueberry scone and they were out I then asked for a blueberry muffin and of course they were out of that too. I've visited this Starbucks before. And the service was good and staff was also nice. But today, I was greeted as I came in the door with a great hello, and asking me how my day was. After I made my order the barista inquired about how my day was going and what I was doing today "Are you just out running errands? I appreciated the fact that they're taking a personal interest in the customers walking in the door and spending a good bit of money every day for a little bit of enjoyment. This place is decent and I'm happy to have Starbucks in Flowood BUT, employees are louder than customers. They talk a lot, sing, dance, chew gum, talk to their friends outside of the store and etc. They barely get the orders right. One time they put whipped cream and it filled half of my drink. I went on the first weekend they were opened, last Sunday morning. I went through the drive thru and had my two drinks and two sandwiches within 5 minutes of pulling up (there was no line). Service was quick and employees were friendly and seemed well trained. It doesn't look like it's possible to order through the app for pick up yet, hopefully that'll be up and running soon. This was the worst experience that I've ever had my brother and I were the only two people in the entire store there were five people behind the counter and no one greeted us until we stood there for like three minutes, after placing our order she had to ask again was that we needed and she forgot my brothers scone I asked for a caramel macchiato with almond milk, she was about to put whole milk in my drink this was the worst experience ever I will not be coming back to this Starbucks, however Siri did warn us on our way here that it was horrible and that they had a 2.5 Yelp score. Visiting Flowood for a family visit and shopping, we stopped by this Starbucks only to find the inside was open, however all the tables were pilled in the corner, the entire inside roped off for take out only: Not an appealing atmosphere when paying $7-$8 bucks each for coffees. There is limited seating outside and raining sideways. We politely voiced our disappointment and our expectations to have limited seating available inside and the staff seemed unsympathetic and outright cold. You see, we like to drink our hot coffee inside rather than outside. It's hot and muggy outside, and when the inside is properly airconditioned we like our coffee hot and our air cold. We don't like wearing hoodies, but since would could not enjoy our coffee inside, we politely left without purchase. I would not recommend visiting this expensive coffee shop until they change their position and reopen some seating inside and be more polite about customer requests and concerns.
