Worthless typical McDonalds service. Cold hash browns, no pancakes, no napkins. Big breakfast is too difficult for These idiots. read more

Sloppily made food. Typical for mcds. Too bad there is not more pride here at our Florence location. read more

McDonald's - Quarter pounder Quarter Pounder® with Cheese - Fast Food Near Me - Florence, Oregon

Usual remotely adequate lunch. So many superior burgers to enjoy in town. My favorite food item at McDonald's is their breakfast sausage.

1st...I could not dee the menu has it had no changed from the person before me. I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin & hashbrown. I was shocked it was almost $8.00. There was an employee walking around inside the area you can see from the drive thru window, with baggy pants walking like a nerdy gangster....the lady who took my money & handed me my food did not say a word, had a sour look on her face and rolled her eyes at me. The food.... the hash browns was not done & stone cold. The McMuffin..the egg was almost black around the yolk and tasted horrible. The sausage was just ok. The muffin itself was cold & rubbery. I should have spend a few bucks less & got an egg sausage cheddar sandwich from Starbucks across the street..atleast they heat their precooked food all the way & the way. I will not return to this McDonalds, mostly based on employee conduct & then the poor quality of the over priced food. read more

as far as dining in it's colder inside than outside.. maybe 1 out of 10 orders are done right.. cashier dont no how to figure out coin change kinda ridiculous.. but what do you expect for bio engineered garbage truly a look in to the future. prices are ridiculous.. read more

The service was quick and super friendly!! Everyone had a smile. I ordered a fish sandwich, 6 pieces of chicken nuggets and one steaming black coffee! read more

This is the only location that charges extra money for small sodas. They scam you out of money on every order. Switching to somewhere else. read more

Never ceases to amaze me how this place stays alive. Ordered with the app about thirty minutes before getting through the drive-through. STILL bumbling around. Probably wouldn't be so critical if the prices were back before they became inflated and the sandwiches became deflated. read more

Slow food. Go with extreme time in the morning so they don't make you late. A few more thoughts.

The ppl are nice and it's always clean but sometimes they just need to slow down cause more times then not they get my order wrong.but the food does taste good and it'd hot but they need to double check the food before it goes out. read more

Had to review this McDonalds with 5 Stars! The staff were great. The whole place, including the rest rooms were so clean and tidy, everyone was happy, the manager sounded caring to his staff. The food was hot and arrived in a timely manner, all the tables were clean. The kids play area looked fun too! read more

The burger I received had sat unclaimed under a heat lamp for 1 hour & 30 minutes, based on the grill slip delivered with the order, which did not match my actual order read more

The staff are some of the nicest people I've ever met. The manager is an example to all.

We are traveling and appreciated the PlayPlace for all the kids. I do want to say that I read the reviews on the service here and our experience was superb! The employee, Noah, was at the dining room register and he did a perfect job taking our orders. We order pretty specifically and he didn't look at us weird or anything. We love to just do beef patties or grilled chicken a la cart. He got our order done perfectly. Thank you Noah! I made sure to let your shift manager (Rae) know how great you did! read more

McDonald's - the inside of a mcdonald's restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - Florence, Oregon

0905, ordered told to go to slot #2. 0915, employee comes out to hand another customer his order. When I asked where's my order, I was told they were short handed and their working on it and walks off. Six cars have now came and went. 0920, my food arrives, steak bagels are so cold, I wonder if they have even been cooked, hash browns and pies the same. tossed it in the trash. Keep your garbage McDonald', I'll keep my 27.00 and I wont be back, to any of your stores! read more

Nastiest mcdonalds ive ever been too. Every square inch was covered in muck & filth. I have never physically been itchy from a restaurant before. No idea how this place is up and running. PLEASE train your employees on sweeping, mopping & wiping things down. read more

I ordered a cheeseburger with no onions, they gave me 2 buns a Pickle and cheeese.. NO patty what so ever.

The worst McDonald's we have ever been to. 10:30 am and they just changed over to the lunch menu so know one could get breakfast they were asking for . 20 minutes in the drive through cold food and it tasted like it was left over from the day before . So if they just turned to the lunch menu why on earth was everything cold and not fresh. Will never visit that McDonald's again 0 stars if I could. read more

Recently went through drive-thru after 9pm. Was told it will take extra time since everything needed to be made to order. I got my hopes up. What a disappointment! The fries tasted like they were cooked in motor oil and were barely warm and the Filet-o-Fish's bun had not been steamed (this has been happening consistently). There has been a problem with the filet itself for almost a year. Instead of a homogeneous piece of fish as a filet should be it's now a congealed mass of fish parts that has a lumpy and god-awful texture. They've also started using less tartar sauce and charge 35 cents for extra. To add insult to injury, a Filet-o-Fish now costs $5! read more

Brought our middle school track team to eat after the district track meet. The restaurant was short handed and the lobby was packed. Our experience could have gone very differently but the staff was very courteous and worked diligently to complete our orders. Kaleb, especially, showed a level of caring that is uncommon today. He dug into his own wallet to make change during the busiest part of the rush. read more

I don't know if the drive through speakers are not working right or what but the last few times I went through I didn't get what I had asked for in my meal and it wasn't even on the receipt what I had asked for. read more

After the disappointment of trying to get into another restaurant in town with inaccurate hours information, and lazy employees who refused to serve anyone because they wanted to close early, I went to this McDonald's as a last resort. I am not usually a McDonald's customer, but I must say that the food was very good and the service was very good and fast. I would definitely come here again. read more

Didn't put the egg in the sausage egg McMuffin. Didn't give me syrup for the pancakes. The other sandwich was slapped together. Coffee was not even filled all the way up and lukewarm. I know it's McDonald's and all, but this was really disappointing passing through on vacation. Should have waited to find a breakfast restaurant. Lesson learned. read more

This is the only McDonald's in town. I'm surprised a competing franchisee hasn't snapped up the opportunity to capitalize on this poorly managed location by building a store at the north edge of town. For RV patrons skip pulling off the road as there is no parking in the lot, and getting to the adjoining parking at a discount grocer and theater is a test of whits and navigational skill. read more

If you want to be overcharged and only receive maybe half the food you order, you should eat here!! seriously. Some of the employees are so rude I actually feel sorry for them. Always forgetting something which makes you pay double for what you actually get. And if you ask them about it they're so rude and inconsiderate it's not even worth your time. I hope all the extra money I spent goes to their probably pathetic paychecks. read more

I have been going to this McDonald's for a few months, because there are only so many fast food places in town. And this is the worst! My food is almost always cold, the food is always wrong or missing. The lady in the drive thru did not even say anything to me, just opened the window and held out my bag. When I noticed my food was wrong I sat there for a couple minutes and no one even bothered to come back to the window! And it is so expensive! I get that it is a small town so I expect prices to be a little higher but getting 3 people breakfast with no drinks should not be $27! read more

This McDonalds has improved a lot in the last 8 months! Even with only the drive through open they have gotten much faster and more accurate. read more

McDonalds is like a crap shoot. You'll find a good one and bad ones. This location in Florence is not up to par period. My wife ordered salad with grilled chicken and it definitely did not look like the picture on menu. She ate a few bites and discarded the remainder. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and it was not up to speed neither. The ordering was a bit confusing and interior felt dirty tables not wiped/cleaned off in timely manner. I would recommend one of many other eateries in Florence.. read more

I love our McDonald's its FRIENDLY fast service good food I go at least 2 times a month

Went through the drive-thru in Florence last week, when they had $3.00 big mac on their dollars' menu. Went through today for same - and it's no longer available - now $4.79. Their dollars' menu to me seems more like a bait and switch scam. Only things on their dollars' menu were breakfast items and I already know they are tiny and tasteless. read more

I found a burger in my McDonald's order and I was very disappointed and highly disgusted, I was in utter shock. Highly unreccomended place to visit unless you want a burger read more

So I'd never thought I would review a McDonalds but after today I had to. I had the best customer service at a McDonald's today due to the employee (Afton?) she gave me great service, smiling, cheerful, and even brought my meal to me. She genuinely seem happy to serve us. I've never seen a McDonald's employee ever give great customer service until today. read more

The people working lunch shift are just rude, more then half the time I get food they mess up on my order l

If you're in the need of self-abuse, this should be your first choice. I went there a year ago at 11:00 a.m. as I waited for a haircut across the street. When I asked the counter person what they served that didn't have meat, I might as well have been speaking Albanian, given the blank, confused stare I got. It appeared that the only meatless dish was the pancakes, so I chose them, instead of wisely leaving. That was a mistake. They're frozen and came in a too-big black non-recyclable plastic boat with clear plastic lid, accompanied by syrup and butter in small plastic packages to go with the plastic dinnerware that was indistinguishable from the food. Extremely loud and trite country music was playing. I noticed a fellow diner wearing earphones, which was a good move for him. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. You would have a tough time in Florence trying to find a worse place to eat. The only good point was there is plenty of parking available, but you can't eat parking. read more

For the most part, McDonald's is fine for a quick meal when you do not have the time to cook at home. One of my favorites are the chicken tenders. But, it is a crap shoot as to whether or not you are getting fresh, or not. Today was an 'or not' day. I have had some right out of the fryer, but often, including today, while they were hot enough, it was obvious they had been sitting around under the heat lamps. The life was drained out of them. The texture is poor, they leave a lot to be desired. I am never sure what is the best time to go for them to insure they are fresh, I have been before 5 or right after, trying to be there on time for fresh. Its still a crap shoot. And finally I am not sure they are worth the disappointment of getting old nuggets. So, avoid then, unless you know the magic time to go there. read more

Numbering was off and it was a little crowded for the amount of people but service was friendly and

Chicken inside the quarter pounder box, no ice in drink, and then told us they were out.......kid at the window was clueless

Waited in the long drive thru line just for a Diet Coke. Finally made it to the window, and waited and waited, while the woman kept filling paper bags with food. Thought they had messed up our order, but then the woman came to the window and gave us a soda cup that had been sitting there all along. Why make us wait while other orders are being filled? read more

I'm kind of torn here. You can get any size coffee for a buck and I think it's decent coffee. That's great. But I would stay away from the breakfast sausage burrito. It's about 2 1/2 inches long and tasteless. read more
