Fast and friendly service at this Dutch Bros. This facility has two drive thru windows in a small parking lot which helps with the speed of service. This was my first time at a DB in the state it originated, Oregon. The consistency across stores and quality control is evident. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - 2 Drive Thru windows - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Florence, Oregon

See all

I drove up to a car at the window and I was the only other car on my side. I wasn't sure what was taking so long until I got up to the window and ordered my drink. There was only 1 barista making the drinks for 2 lines of customers. The guy that took my order didn't help her and the girl that came and talked to me didn't help her either, with the exception of putting the green tea back into the refrigerator. They were both friendly however. The outside of the shop was clean. They had a sign that advertised their donuts and chipotle nuts and two drinks. I'd never seen this at any other Dutch Bros, so I thought I'd give the donut holes a try. To me, they were nothing special. I think they we're supposed to be glazed, original donut holes, but they were soggy. If you like a long wait because there's only one barista(whom I felt really bad for) making drinks, then stop here. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Less is more - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Florence, Oregon

We paid $12 for two hot drinks; a chai and a kicker. The chai was luke warm at best and the kicker was extremely watered down tasting. So disappointing. read more

I don't normally like Dutch Bros coffee but when your on the Oregon Coast your options for quick drive through coffee are limited and desperate times call for desperate measures. So ordered my vanilla latte and was surprised at how good it was. The staff of course was super friendly, I don't think I've been to a DB that didn't have friendly staff. This one is easy to get in and out of from the highway. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Florence, Oregon

This is seriously my favorite coffee stop! the coffee never upsets my stomach, I've only encountered the nicest, positive individuals working here and they have a decent variety of dairy alternatives! read more

What can you say about Dutch Brothers Coffee that the world doesn't already know? The shops are small little drive thru joints....but the barista inside most likely has the music up loud and she is building your drink...they are quick, the drinks are spot on, the prices are typical....they understand and practice customer service...!!! read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Florence, Oregon

I love dutch bros. We don't have them near me. This one is always busy being off the 101. But the staff is prepared and they move fast to get customers their drinks. I come here as much as I can when in town. Well worth the wait! read more

Good cold brew, they have. Big fan of service, Yoda is. Very cute, Florence is, move here, Yoda wants. Very cool, it is.

This Dutch Bros is the worst that I have been to so far.. the employees seem to be depressed and unenthusiastic about being there which is the opposite of what Dutch Bros is supposed to be, not only that but they even took a tip from my card without even asking me about it! I always tip in cash and to see the extra $1 charge on my card after I left was the last time I ever tipped this specific DB. Sure, it's only a dollar but I had also given $3 cash tip for my $7 drink. The cash in my wallet is only for giving tips, I don't like paying tips through my card because I base my tip not only as a % of the order but by the experience aswell. It's expected that drinks get mixed up and made wrong every now and then, there is a lot to remember and when it's busy it's easy to make a mistake. I don't hold that against anyone but the same guy has made the same mistake both of the times I have been there and served by him. I always get my drink Blended and my Fiancée gets hers Iced and he made them both Hot both times. I doesn't smile and really just acts like he doesn't even care at all. read more

Great service! Our first time visiting a Dutch Bros and they did not disappoint. Staff was super friendly and explained things very well. The even had a treat for our doggo. Awesome job! read more

Fantastic service. Great coffee. Good price. Just as good if not better than Starbucks. read more

I ordered a blended raspberry mocha. It was horrible, bitter. I didn't finish it. I haven't tried their regular coffee drinks. Perhaps those are great. But I won't get a blended coffee here again. read more

First time in to Dutch Bros. We are huge coffee drinkers and we're excited to try a local business. The customer service was spot on. A gentleman met us at our car, as we were second in line. He offered our dog a treat when he arrives to the window. When we got to the window, the woman explained every drink under the sun. She was so sweet, and helpful. Once our drinks were orderes, and we were waiting she asked us about our day, trip and talked to us about the area, and the local life. I couldn't have asked for better service, so personable. The coffee was great as well! Superb service guys! read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Salted Carmel ice coffee with a splash of milk! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Florence, Oregon

This is one of my favorite Dutch bros ever ever been to and I'm so glad that they're my neighborhood one! They are always so friendly and doesn't make a ton of small talk. They always ask how I'm doing what I got going on for the day. My drinks are ALWAYS done right and they're quick... that's all that matters :) I just moved here a few months ago and there is on guy who was working today (11/9/18 at 12pm) who always wears a hat... he's my favorite. He was outside taking orders in line wearing a dark shirt. He made me feel right at home when i first moved here and told me all the cool spots in town. We had a good solid 5 minute conversation. Wish I remembered his name! I literally only have ONE complaint. There is a guy who works quite a bit at this location who was working the window today at 12:05pm. Whenever I get to the window and he's there, I almost want to turn around. He's never nice. He practically ignores you. Never says have a nice day. He literally yelled loudly at someone across the lot right in front of my face and took a good solid 20 seconds because even acknowledging me and then all he said was "what do you want?" Told me the price. Yelled outside more and laughed with the coworkers. Ignored me. And literally handed me the drink. No "here you go"... no "have a nice day" etc... and this has happened every time I've had him at the window, which has been at least a dozen times. Please train him more to be friendly to customers or just get him off the window! He's literally the only negative I have about this place! Other than that specific guy, this place is amazing and great!! I don't let one bad employee stop me from coming :) thanks for being THE coffee place in town! You da best! read more

Great friendly staff, yummy coffee, and speedy service. We got the whole family coffee for under $20 and there wasn't a complaint from anyone! My daughter loved the seasonal pumpkin drink. I really enjoyed my americano and my boyfriend got his white on white (some places don't make that). read more

Recently graduated college and back in Flovilla for the summer; so stopping here was a risk since my regular shops in Eugene/Springfield do such epic work. That said? While it was my first stop since being back I pray for many more returns while on break! An Americano, two cream, two sugar, and two carmel sounds easy; but my old Dutch stops got it wrong at least once before they knew me by name. The best part? This Dutch nailed it the first time; rock on girls read more

My daughter likes their smoothies. I like their mocha's. I liked their holiday special the candy cane mocha. It was so yummy. My Hubby likes the white chocolate mocha. Our favorite coffee place to stop at when we are in OR since where we live in Cali there isn't one close. We always have very friendly service, that's what keeps us coming back. read more

Amazing service, very friendly staff, and prompt service. I wish we had one of these back in Southern California.

During this entire road trip to Oregon, Dutch Bros was our go to coffee spot. I love their customer service, as in every other location of Dutch Bros. The staff here was very friendly. The drink I got - Caramelizer with whipped cream, was amazing. read more

Very very slow drive through. 10 minutes in someone parked, walked inside and then came back outside to her car with 4 drinks. I'm assuming she works there, but it seemed to slow down the line considerably. Also during the 20 minute wait another employee crookedly parked their car in the 1 handicap spot and went inside to do some sort of training session. Would not recommend. read more

Came here twice while visiting family in the area and paid about $2 for a cup of good black coffee - not over roasted, tasted fresh and delicious in both morning and afternoon. I appreciated that they were happy to let me hand them my own travel mug to fill up to help reduce waste (since most coffee cups are not recyclable). read more

Not like what you get at the Grants Pass Dutch Bros. Got an iced Honey Breve, which is what I normally get. It was not as flavorful and they don't have bottles of honey but rather packets that don't taste as rich. There was something else off about the texture and the flavor but I can't pinpoint what it was. When I asked for drizzle they put caramel and chocolate drizzle on it instead of honey which is what I wanted and that didn't mix well. A little disappointed. Service was okay. Where I am from they are always so poppy and bubbly, these two weren't and kept to themselves. Didn't converse much. Definitely not what I am use to when it comes to Dutch Bros service. read more

We stayed at a local camp ground and this was our "Go-To" morning stop. The staff was all VERY friendly and helpful every time we visited and our family LOVED how their crew had music playing, were dancing and even singing and just made it an all out enjoyable experience just to get coffee and some smoothies. The drinks were great, the smoothies are pretty delicious! Loved the variety of different coffee drinks also! read more

Based on the reviews maybe I need to give them another chance. The service was quick and friendly but the latte was bland and tasteless. It had virtually no coffee flavor and I would not recommend them. read more

I literally made a yelp account and got the app to right this review. My boyfriend and I went to Dutch bros like an hour ago and got our usual drink. I asked the male employee who was working about the Dutch soda, and he explained it to me very well and asked me if I wanted to try it. He even gave me the paper with all the flavor options on it so my boyfriend and I could both see it. We decided to try the drink, and he offered to add cream and whipped cream which ended up being the right decision. He gave us the drink on the house just for trying something new! Dutch has always given amazing customer service but that was top notch. I've never had a disappointing experience there and I'm really happy we have one in this town. I am pretty new here and had heard amazing things about it, and to be honest I had my doubts. But they went above and beyond everything everyone told me and have made me a returning customer. I'll definitely be making it a part of my routine read more
