I love this spot. I moved here in April and I've come (don't judge me) easily 15 times to this location alone. The location is awkwardly placed but that's the only negative and they can't control that. Everyone is so kind, helpful and quick to get your order and get your drink out. They also have dog bones too, which my pup loves. They've never messed up a drink either which I appreciate. I'm very grateful for this spot after moving from Portland, they were everywhere and I was scared I wouldn't have any of my favorite spots out here. read more

Such slow service! It took 20+ minutes to make it through the line with terrible traffic management by the employees taking orders in the line (not instructing cars to pull up). I understand being busy but we frequent Dutch Bros and this was an exceptionally slow staff. read more

Ordered online ahead of time as we were headed home from camping with a truck & trailer. Obviously, this drive thru is very small & can not accommodate a truck & trailer. We park on a side street, I walk up to grab our drinks that were stated in the app as ready, only to be told by an employee that there is no pick up window or pick up option, that I must wait in line, on foot, behind several cars on foot to receive my already done drinks that have already been paid for. I waited for over 15 mins & when I received our 3 drinks, the freezes were no longer freezes but melted & our kiddos hot chocolate not hot or even warm & all the whipped cream melted/gone from sitting so long. So after my drinks sat for 20+ mins, even while I was there they refused to hand me the 3 drinks because I needed to wait in line for over 9 cars before any of the 5+ employees to literally just hand me 3 already made & finished melting drinks just sitting there. A young man even came up to me with his order tablet & I told him I already had an online order ready & paid for... he said, "Oh ok, let me check on that for you." A few mins later, I see him out of uniform & leaving the parking lot entirely. He couldn't have been bothered to hand me the drinks I just asked for as well. I understand waiting in line for your turn, but what is the point of ordering ahead of time(which also means it's already paid for) if they refuse to set up a pick up station/area or have someone designated, any of the 5-6 people working to just hand out already made, sitting, melting drinks? read more

Wow tonight was free merchandise with purchase of a drink. These lines are always long as everyone wants their merchandise. Huge shout out to the Dutch crew working tonight they rocked it and handle it smoothly the line moved quickly and the staff still upheld Dutch valves took time with customers and had smiles. I've always enjoyed the service here, but lately, I've noticed a change in the barista's. They seem, well, embarrassed by the coffee prices. And they should be. I just bought a small, 8 ounce, coffee drink and it cost me $4.65. That was before they flipped the screen around asking me for a tip. For those of you without a calculator on you, that's about 20 times the price of gas per ounce. Do these guys know that they're eventually gonna put themselves out of business? read more

Alright. I promised the barista boys I'd leave them a good review. I don't know their names, but they deserve five stars for their performance tonight. What started out as a joke (my sister and I told them we'd give them a five dollar tip for a $5 drink order if they danced for us). Our joke turned into reality as they turned the steamer wands on for a smoke effect and started twerking their hearts out. Bottom line: they definitely earned the $5 for a stunning dance performance and two delicious beverages. Thanks for the entertainment guys! read more

Love the friendly service at this location!!! :) The location itself leaves much to be desired as for one with a big rig. I stopped at this drive thru coffee stand after one of my relatives informed me this is the "place to go" in Oregon, while I'm here visiting my parents for the week. The employees were very friendly, but not Stepford Wives friendly, which was nice. I got an iced soy chai latte. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't my favorite. My daughter got a blended Carmelizer, and she really liked it. I would probably go again if I was in a hurry and too lazy to get out of my car, since the drive thru is convenient and the kids working there are nice. read more

The baristas have the best service, I always get greeted with a smile and asked what I'm up to for the day. They are super quick, accurate and all around pleasant. This is hands down my favorite place to go for coffee, and i love the fact they have a reward system with card punches. Great drive thru coffee company! read more

This shack rocks! Drive thru just off the highway. We drove by a few coffee joints in town that were closed on a Sunday AM. Try the chocolate chip muffin top to pair with the best double latte. Loved the staff energy & enthusiasm. read more

I'm honestly disappointed in this specific Dutch Bros. I go there to buy a large blue raspberry rebel, every time I ask for light ice. The past two times I've gone I've asked for the drink I want and they asked me if I want a medium with light ice instead because "that's basically the same thing as a large". So I was like "okay". Assuming they were going to charge me for a medium. They didn't, I was charged for a large. Second time I went I asked for the same drink, instead I stood my ground on a large blue raspberry rebel with Light Ice. They told me " since the large doesn't use any more redbull then the others" they would have to charge me more to have the cup all the way full. At the end of the transaction because I ordered another coffee I had a free card to get a free drink. My bill was 10$ for a large blue raspberry rebel ! They didn't even use my free card with it. I'm beyond frustrated. Why am I paying for a so called medium rebel in a large cup for 3$ more ? read more
