Smoothies are good and staff is very friendly. Most of their produce is Organic which is amazing! And their pricing is really inexpensive compared to other smoothie shops. We got the Green Dream and a build your own smoothie (Strawberry Pina Colada). They also have a wide selection of non-dairy milks. This place deserves 0 stars. Absolutely horrible. Gross environment, they say "juice". It's not. It's blended. They come up with some juice base in the back and blend stuff into it. You're drinking warm slush. Wheatgrass tasted old. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. We walked out and my husband said "this is going in the garbage". We just threw away $20. Not impressed, yelpers. All smoothies have a sorbet or nonfat fro yo base. All sugar. Soups sounded good, but the veggie qui-NO-uh (she pronounced it like this, lol) tasted blah with bitter notes of dried herbs. It's pronounced keen-wah, FYI. No organic ingredients. Very dirty shop. Defunct fro yo machines clutter the lobby, and they're dusty and with dried drips down the fronts and underneath. Empty snack showcases, cluttered counter top. Chipped and peeling paint everywhere. Lack of attention to detail where customers can see makes me wary as to what goes on behind the scenes. I won't stop here again. I wish I had packed my lunch. I knew better. Dang it. read more

Drinks we ordered tasted very good. I was a little nervous to dink them. The women preparing the drinks was only rinsing the blender parts with the hose faucet. No soap or sanitizer Ect. I was also a little thrown off by the conversations that were going on between the the gentleman working the register and the women making the drinks. The good: The food and juice quality. Met my expectations :-) Decent hospitality, but not the best (mediocre). They do ask for a tip when you make your purchase right off the bat. Food and juice weren't overpriced compared to what I'm used to paying in Asheville, NC for similar purchase. The poor: Longer than expected wait time for food to be ready. The juice was ready pretty fast, so no complaints in that department! But, being the only customer in the store, I had waited 18 minutes for a couple of sandwiches (from order time to ready). Maybe I shouldn't have tipped when I made my purchase. It kind of made me a bit irritated. Also, no bag was provided for my food (it definitely had the potential to be messy) when requested. I understand there are bag rules in Oregon, but this definitely needed a bag as the sandwiches themselves had wet condiments on them soaking through the bread. Maybe they could have wrapped it in double layer of sandwich paper? I also couldn't find the napkins or cutlery. (Maybe this was my fault for not asking, but clerk should have taken the initiative to let me know where I could find napkins since she knew I had requested a bag to prevent it from getting messy - not a big complaint, though, just odd, or my expectations were too high). As far as environment goes, it seems like it is a converted Jamba Juice (same colors and everything). They also have frozen yogurt machines on the counter space - which I don't think work (if I'm correct). Counter space could be used better. Smells kind of funny in the store (like a sour smell) and saw some small bugs on the drink refrigerators. This place has a lot of potential if the interior gets a makeover. It's not inviting. However, the products are VERY wonderful (very healthy and real). I'd say, if you have time to wait, then it's worth it. (Don't go on your 30-minute lunch break). And, don't plan on bringing your laptop in here to work. While there are a few small tables/chairs, there's not comfortable chairs or anything like that. If I were to rate it on the food quality, I'd give it 5 stars. But, the experience was just 3 stars. read more

While on an after-dinner quest for frozen yogurt, my husband found this Jamba Juice-esque smoothie place. The difference, however, is that Jamba Juice does not offer nearly as many food choices! We just had a kiddie-sized smoothie each, so that's all I'm basing my "stars" on. I had a Canadian Colada (pineapple juice, coconut, peaches, bananas (I requested no bananas), and non-fat vanilla yogurt) and the hub had a Mango Tango. Both were pretty good. My pineapple coconut concoction was a bit on the sweet side, but pretty tasty. I would recommend keeping your sizes small, but they do offer much larger cups. Place was clean enough, the two staff members were very nice and made some suggestions. I felt the cost was a bit high for the smaller sizes ($3+ for our kids' sized smoothies), but of course got better as you sized up. Consistency of the product was nice, very smooth for mine (no banana, though). What a great find for this quaint little town! read more

Came here after a long hike and needed to make a pitstop. It was this or Orange Julius and I am glad this was what my friends agreed to! I love how they have SO many options here -smoothies, drinks, kombucha, snacks, bars, etc. The options seemed limitless almost. Really used to love this place but it has gone down hill and needs cleaning and revamping. I went in and got a smoothie the other day before work. The front counter girl is always so wonderful. However the blending containers are extremely stained and dirty looking. Can't tell if it's clean or not. The counters had smoothie and garbage all over on the back prep table from what looked like the night before. It was a huge turn off as I was worried about cleanliness and preferred not to risk getting ill. I was driving to Medford from Portland and stopped here for a snack. I WAS SO HAPPY WITH THE HEALTHY SNACK OPTIONS. They had so many snacks on the counters to choose from. I told the guy I didn't want sorbet (sugar) or dairy which to me looked like it was everything on the menu... But he gave me a ton of choices.
