I came in and waited a bit then walked back out to the car for my reusable cup. No one seemed to notice but the woman at the counter did greet me my second time in. I asked if the bubble teas could be in my reusable cup-No or in a glass-No. So, I wouldn't order one because I'm so unhappy seeing the amount of plastic trash generated by drinks. If we reused to buy them, they might change to something else. Even Starbucks is using reusable cups in their drive-thru now. Businesses have to have a reason to change. I asked how large the teriyaki chicken was and was shown the appropriate dimensions and that it depends how hungry you are. That I knew. I decided to order just one teriyaki chicken bowl at $12.75. It was more than enough for two people for almost two lunches. The chicken wasn't grilled but the sauce was good. There was a lot of rice under the chicken and some vegetables around it. Nice chewy texture that is representative of fresh boba. We got the Tiger Love again and today I tried the pineapple slushie with boba and pomegranate pearls, it was a recommendation by the owner. This is the best boba place I've been too!!! The owner is very nice, and she is patient. If you are looking through the reviews and see those fake reviews, they are all false, this place has the best service and she has never once been rude to me and I'm a returning customer. The shop is usually quiet (except for the blenders) and it smells pleasant. The younger boy who sometimes works as cashier is also very nice and is patient as well!! I love their slushy drinks as it doesn't clump together and the liquid doesn't get sucked out of the ice either, it's very good. The popping pearls are of great quality, and the jelly is also very good, the crystal boba is very nice as it's not too chewy like some places. BEST BOBA IN SOUTHERN OREGON! I'm so glad this place opened up. I recently moved from a very Asian community in southern California where boba places were everywhere to southern Oregon where there were none. When I heard that this place just opened up in Roseburg, I prayed to the boba gods that it would serve good drinks. Prayers were answered. Their drinks here are REALLY good. I love their regular black milk tea, taro milk tea, and coconut slush drinks with boba. To add to the great tasting drinks, their prices are VERY reasonable. Edit: One of the first questions I asked when I arrived was if y'all had non dairy options to which I was returned with a chuckle and a quick "No". Also that photo was taken 10 minutes AFTER I had bought the drink in an air conditioned car. And yes it might just be my taste buds but for the poor quality of your service and poor product the $6 I spent was too much. And regardless of the "Pomegranite" drink I ordered the boba was chewy on the outside and the inside was tough, a telltale sign y'all undercooked boba meaning y'all don't even know how to cook the boba correctly. I normally always pay 20% tip regardless of service but y'all were once again the exception. The signs didn't bother me but made me wonder why they were up in the first place. You guys must get a lot of unsatisfied customers. Original review: As a food service worker who's also worked at a boba shop I did not enjoy this place. When I tried to look over the menu the staff stared at me the entire time asking me multiple times what I wanted and wouldn't leave alone to think about my order. They also don't have a single non dairy option. But the real kicker is the big blaring "NO REFUNDS" "WE REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE" "SALES ARE FINAL" signs in big neon colors when you walk in. Edit: this person below is lying. I never asked her any sort of question. My wife is a frequent customer and I was with her on her lunch break at work. She ordered me a caramel-y drink once before and I didn't like the boba. Hence why I asked for the pomegranate strawberry tea without anything in it. I never once asked if the drinks were safe for consumption as that was never a concern. I wouldn't have ordered a drink in the first place if safety was a concern. I simply asked for it to be made without the addition of the bubbles and was treated like an idiot for it. All the while I never once acted disrespectfully or racist in any way whatsoever, even admitting that I had never actually ordered for myself before. This is a very morally low and shameful attempt to discredit an honest review. To the owner: your behavior in person, and the even more nasty behavior online, as evidenced here, won't bring you the success that you are looking for with your business. I hope you can figure out how to operate with more tact and professionalism in the future. Until then I'll be staying away, and recommending others do so as well. Delicious Teriyaki Chicken! You definitely get a good portion. Never had bubble tea before this and I have to say that I'm a fan! I would recommend the coconut smoothie with the boba balls. It's soooo refreshing during a hot day. The lady that usually helps customers (and may be the owner) is always super sweet and friendly. I really enjoy their ordering system as well, you fill out a little sheet with your order, including what kind of base drink you would like, flavors you would like added, and I'd you would prefer boba, popping pearls, or the jelly.
