I'm bummed that I ate lunch before finding this lovely place. The chicken teriyaki looks amazing. It just gives me a reason to go back, right? I ordered the pomegranate smoothie with strawberry popping pearls. Very flavorful. Loved the combination with a pop of strawberry. Service was quick and non conversational. No complaints. Will definitely stop by my next trip to Roseburg. read more

Love this place for my morning coffee. Very nice staff, even remember my name and how I like my coffee.

I came in and waited a bit then walked back out to the car for my reusable cup. No one seemed to notice but the woman at the counter did greet me my second time in. I asked if the bubble teas could be in my reusable cup-No or in a glass-No. So, I wouldn't order one because I'm so unhappy seeing the amount of plastic trash generated by drinks. If we reused to buy them, they might change to something else. Even Starbucks is using reusable cups in their drive-thru now. Businesses have to have a reason to change. BE THE CHANGE you want to see. It's a small place with some tables around the outside. The ambiance of an ice cream parlor. I asked how large the teriyaki chicken was and was shown the appropriate dimensions and that it depends how hungry you are. That I knew. I decided to order just one teriyaki chicken bowl at $12.75. It was more than enough for two people for almost two lunches. The chicken wasn't grilled but the sauce was good. There was a lot of rice under the chicken and some vegetables around it. Food and Service was just ok. Ambiance was meh. It's not enough to bring me back again. They should have e a 2 for the plastic. read more

Adding to my review, came back the next day because we wanted some boba tea. In my last review, the boba must have been a fluke because today they are perfect. Nice chewy texture that is representative of fresh boba. We got the Tiger Love again and today I tried the pineapple slushie with boba and pomegranate pearls, it was a recommendation by the owner. Absolutely delicious. Is it possible to give more than 5 stars? This place deserves it! read more

Great service! The family here is so sweet and funny. Drinks were amazing and the food is great too!! They are pretty involved with the community which is great. Everyone knows them and they know everyone. Will be coming back before heading back to California :( read more

Surprisingly good tasting boba drinks. This became our stop during road trips to/from CA.

This is the best boba place I've been too!!! The owner is very nice, and she is patient. If you are looking through the reviews and see those fake reviews, they are all false, this place has the best service and she has never once been rude to me and I'm a returning customer. The shop is usually quiet (except for the blenders) and it smells pleasant. The younger boy who sometimes works as cashier is also very nice and is patient as well!! I love their slushy drinks as it doesn't clump together and the liquid doesn't get sucked out of the ice either, it's very good. The popping pearls are of great quality, and the jelly is also very good, the crystal boba is very nice as it's not too chewy like some places. I'll forever be going to this place :) I hope this shop never shuts down!!!! read more

BEST BOBA IN SOUTHERN OREGON! I'm so glad this place opened up. I recently moved from a very Asian community in southern California where boba places were everywhere to southern Oregon where there were none. When I heard that this place just opened up in Roseburg, I prayed to the boba gods that it would serve good drinks. Prayers were answered. Their drinks here are REALLY good. I love their regular black milk tea, taro milk tea, and coconut slush drinks with boba. To add to the great tasting drinks, their prices are VERY reasonable. Places in Eugene charge almost double their prices and I cringe every time. SO HAPPY this place opened up for us southern Oregoners. read more

Bubble Tea House - Regular black milk tea with boba. Delicious! - Bubble Tea Near Me - Roseburg, Oregon

The bubble tea is consistent of a stale powder and the boba itself is chewy and dry. Would not recommend at all, if we could give a negative star we would. Go anywhere else besides here for your bubble tea. Not sure what the owners reply is about?? read more

Bubble House in Roseburg is awesome! The Teriyaki chicken is the best and their boba smoothies are the best that I have ever had. The service is outstanding. This family makes everyone feel welcome and the seating is great and very clean as well. read more

The teriyaki chicken is yummy. The service is why I give it a 2. Last time we were in the woman was rude af to a little boy who asked for a empty cup so he could share his drink with his brother. She scowled at him and told him no very rudely. They are not friendly at all and I'm done going there anymore. Every time we have come in we have always felt unwanted except for the young lady that's occasionally there. She is very kind and friendly. read more

Bubble Tea House - two drinks on a table - Bubble Tea Near Me - Roseburg, Oregon

They have great boba tea, teriyaki chicken, and the service is awesome! Plus their seating is open again!

Edit: One of the first questions I asked when I arrived was if y'all had non dairy options to which I was returned with a chuckle and a quick "No". Also that photo was taken 10 minutes AFTER I had bought the drink in an air conditioned car. And yes it might just be my taste buds but for the poor quality of your service and poor product the $6 I spent was too much. And regardless of the "Pomegranite" drink I ordered the boba was chewy on the outside and the inside was tough, a telltale sign y'all undercooked boba meaning y'all don't even know how to cook the boba correctly. I normally always pay 20% tip regardless of service but y'all were once again the exception. The signs didn't bother me but made me wonder why they were up in the first place. You guys must get a lot of unsatisfied customers. Original review: As a food service worker who's also worked at a boba shop I did not enjoy this place. When I tried to look over the menu the staff stared at me the entire time asking me multiple times what I wanted and wouldn't leave alone to think about my order. They also don't have a single non dairy option. But the real kicker is the big blaring "NO REFUNDS" "WE REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE" "SALES ARE FINAL" signs in big neon colors when you walk in. Not really the most inviting signs to see but also makes you wonder why they're up in the first place. It's really hard to mess up boba, but somehow they did. I tried their Pomegranite and it in no way tasted like the drink. Plus there was this weird aftertaste of what I can only explain as expired milk. I didn't even finish the drink. Tossed it out after 2 sips. To the owner who will inevitably reply don't look at the customer. Look at your staff. I rarely ever regret spending money on boba but y'all are the exception. I didn't even bother to get a different drink or get it remade. read more

Bubble Tea House - Ew - Bubble Tea Near Me - Roseburg, Oregon

Their chicken teriyaki is excellent though the price seemed high until I got my huge order. With extra meat it will serve 2 or even 2 plus a child. With just the regular order it will be enough for 2 lunches. I had their boba tea only once some time ago but it was excellent though not inexpensive. They even have durian for a flavor- which can be hard to find. read more

Bubble Tea House - Bubble Tea Near Me - Roseburg, Oregon

Worst experience I've had there in awhile, mostly been really good. But since covid they have become quite rude and brash about politics and policies and even suggested I leave instead of order when attempting to order. With a mask on. Then demanded 2 dollars as a cc fee which is unheard of. Said it is all a part of society and I should get used to it. Kind of an odd way to talk to a customer. read more

Don't get me wrong great food. Wasn't to happy when we walked In and did not have any masks but we're told they didn't have any to provide but we needed them to order. I had a mask boyfriend did not. Edit: this person below is lying. I never asked her any sort of question. My wife is a frequent customer and I was with her on her lunch break at work. She ordered me a caramel-y drink once before and I didn't like the boba. Hence why I asked for the pomegranate strawberry tea without anything in it. I never once asked if the drinks were safe for consumption as that was never a concern. I wouldn't have ordered a drink in the first place if safety was a concern. I simply asked for it to be made without the addition of the bubbles and was treated like an idiot for it. All the while I never once acted disrespectfully or racist in any way whatsoever, even admitting that I had never actually ordered for myself before. This is a very morally low and shameful attempt to discredit an honest review. To the owner: your behavior in person, and the even more nasty behavior online, as evidenced here, won't bring you the success that you are looking for with your business. I hope you can figure out how to operate with more tact and professionalism in the future. Until then I'll be staying away, and recommending others do so as well. Original review: It's good to know I'm not the only person who has found the owner to be incredibly rude. I've never been so disrespected by a business. Ordered a drink and told the cashier that I didn't want anything in it. She insisted that I had to pick two things. I said I didn't know I had to order something in the drink and that I'd prefer nothing. She then looked at my wife, gestured towards me with one hand, rolling her eyes while shaking her head before putting the menu in front of me and again insisting I had to pick two things, so I did. At this point I should have refused to order anything and left, but since my wife was waiting for her order I didn't think to do so. We paid almost $20 for 3 drinks. Having to subject myself to disrespect just to order something I didn't want is enough of a reason for me to avoid this place. I will not be going back and I'll be making sure everyone I know who would go, knows how rude they can be. read more

Delicious Teriyaki Chicken! You definitely get a good portion. Never had bubble tea before this and I have to say that I'm a fan! I would recommend the coconut smoothie with the boba balls. It's soooo refreshing during a hot day. The lady that usually helps customers (and may be the owner) is always super sweet and friendly. I really enjoy their ordering system as well, you fill out a little sheet with your order, including what kind of base drink you would like, flavors you would like added, and I'd you would prefer boba, popping pearls, or the jelly. I work down the street and really hope this place is able to stay open! Every time I've been in there it's been busy, but you always get your food and drink in a matter on minutes! read more
