Stopped by here for a quick coffee on a road trip. The gal working was so nice and helped us select our drinks. She even offered our dog a free treat! I usually go to Starbucks or Dutch but the line was long so decided to try this place I'm glad that I did. I ordered the white chocolate mocha like I order from Starbucks it ended up tasting way better than any one that I have ever had from any other coffee shop. We stopped here on a whim after traveling north from Ashland. That was almost a week ago, and I haven't stopped thinking about how delicious our coffee was. I even contemplated driving 1.5 hours down to Sutherlin just to get more coffee. Service was super friendly and they gave my two big dogs GIANT dog treats. I got the Trail Mix Mocha and my hubby got the Black Forest. Both of these were so yummy - we kept taking sips out of each other's drinks. I'm seriously so sad we are so far. Ruff Day is such a lovely and convenient place! They make pretty good straight-up coffee. For chai, they use Oregon Chai concentrate just like Dutch Bros does, but if you ask to add some cinnamon and nutmeg, it tastes better than Dutch Bros! We got a medium coffee and medium chai with oat milk for $5.50. Very easy to get here from the I-5 and back on again, or highway 138. It's right across the street from a gas station too. It's simply just not worth it. The people seem nice, maybe I got the wrong type of drink that day, but if you have the word latte in your name... and serve an extremely subpar latte... maybe something needs to be addressed here. I ordered a lavender latte as I was just stopping off the highway on a long road trip, wanted to support a small business, not upset about my decision, just about the quality of the drink I received. The espresso tasted burnt, milk was over-steamed, and it just didn't end up being worth it. I didn't finish my drink and unfortunately ended up throwing it out later. I wish them the best and hope I caught them on an off day. read more

The owner is very nice and definitely doesn't skimp on the products. Very good coffee, but also a little on the sweet side.

Nice local place, several low carb/keto options. Nice people. Really good sugar free frozen caramel chocolate Rough Day Latte.

We have been long time customers of Ruff Day Lattes!!! We love all of the drinks from the fresh hot house coffee to the ice tea (black or green). They have every flavor of syrups you can imagine and in sugar free as well. They use quality coffee, quality ingredients (real Hershey chocolate, real caramel, real white chocolate, real fruit and real peanut butter). The owner and her staff are super friendly, amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. My wife is always trying something new and is never disappointed! They are better than the large chains and cheaper than the large chains. Hmmmm... Keeping my business with the small local shops!!! read more

Bitter, burnt taste is the predominant flavor, and over-scalded milk served way too hot. Used to make a point of stopping here when it was cowgirl coffee... was always a good, drinkable latte. Not so this trip. read more

Glad we stopped here! I had an iced coffee with dairy free milk and hazel nut. I don't remember the dairy free options, but there was at least 2, with almond milk as an option. The lady, I'm guessing the owner, was nice and personable. We'll be back on our way out of Oregon. read more
