Subway dont do it your way...they do it the Rude way! The food was... .Just ok...I passed on several vegies as they did nit look fresh. Lettuce should not be pink! The service... the person taking my order was extremely rude. I ordered my ssteak sandwich and wanted it toasted with bell peppers in-between the meat & cheese. The person taking my order very rudely said "we cant do that we aren't supposed to do that." I have an onion allergy & she grabbed giant handful of onions & just before she would have dropped them on my food, rolled her eyes and said "oh peppers". When she was done with our order she loudly yelled " I will get to it when I get to it" to the line of people. The other lady working, was doing her best to keep everyone happy & be timely. Came in place was very stuffy, then employee opened the bread oven . Steam poured out . I turned around and went back to the door cause I had seen a doorstop next to the door So I prop open the door .( It was sunny and no wind ) So me and my asthma could get some relief. this has been the best Subway in this area and fortunately the ordering on line has been working great for awhile. Unfortunately my last order on the 25th was not so great. I ordered 4 sandwiches and 1 was perfectly made. My guess is the person making the sandwiches got bombarded and kinda through the other 3 sandwiches together the best she could. My tuna sandwich and the BMT were just terrible. and the other sandwich which was a simple Club sandwich was incomplete. Not sure where all the proteins were but I did see a strip of bacon and a bit of turkey. When I picked up the sandwiches she was alone and realized that must've been why the sandwiches seemed like they were hurriedly put together. Get it together SUBWAY. All locations need at least 2 people to make things work smoothly. 1 person shouldn't have to be alone to handle so many orders. read more

Super clean, chose to go in vs drive thru (but how cool they've got a drive thru in this rainy weather!). Gratefully, they knew how to still make the epic BMT! Overall wasn't super impressed with the cleanliness. It looked like half the building was under construction. They were extremely slow at making our sandwiches and didn't have very good communication and we kept repeating ourselves. The cheese looked moldy and the lady looked like she was inspecting it as she laid it on our sandwiches. I mentioned a food allergy and just requested a clean knife to be used with my sand which. The guy dipped the used knife (with ingredient from previous sandwich he made that had my allergy food on it) into a liquid container and didn't get a new knife or even both to wipe off the very used dirty water solution and got the middle of my sandwich wet with the mystery liquid. Overall I was pretty disgusted with the cleanliness in this shop. The food made me sick unfortunately and I don't see us returning here. read more

The food was great. The service was going okay until they gave us the wrong size drinks and I asked for the size I ordered. I was told I was wrong by the window attendant, then told I was correct in that I had ordered the medium drink. I asked for a credit, they took the drinks back, gave me new ones, refunded my money, charged me the new lower price. All along I sat patiently in the drive through and never said anything. The attendant did not apologize. She was busy with paper work and after two minutes I had to ask for my redone drinks which were sitting by the windowsill. She said she'd get them in a minute. Then she gave a loud sigh, grabbed the drinks, gave them to me, told me to never come back again, and shut the window. Wow. First time ever been told that. I really like subway food but they really need to do something about the staff. I completely understand there's a staff shortage and I'm not speaking about that. The last free times we've been there the person who appears to be in charge has yelled at the staff, belittled the staff all in front of customers. I've been in no rush and waited and I've always felt like it's ok not rush because they've been being yelled at by the lady in charge. Today I went in and waited 15 minutes to even be acknowledged as a gentleman came in after me and also was not even greeted. So I finally said something since they clearly knew we were standing there and they were discussing who was doing orders. I told them it would be nice to have at least been greeted and acknowledged that we were here and you would be with us. Instead of acting like nobody was even in the store. Frustrating read more

The 1st review of this subway which shows up on yelp is 10 years old, even though there are more recent reviews. Somebody please fix that. This subway location was decent. I liked that they had jalapeño bread. We got couple of veg patty footlongs and a tuna footlong. Service was prompt and fast. read more

I always laugh at how other people feel the need to point out in Yelp reviews that this is a national chain. Well yes this is indeed a national chain. A national chain that considers the suppliers of its spinach a proprietary secret. But we all know that. This Subway gave me the sandwich I wanted when I decided to go to Subway. I don't write reviews for fast food often because I rarely get good service. But I have to for this subway. I've never had such awesome customer service at a subway before. The girl who helped me was smiling and sparked up conversation and just seemed to want to be a good employee. Maybe she even enjoyed her job? That's awesome. I think her name was Brianna. We waited 25 minutes for our sandwiches to be made which is totally fine. We got to the window and they gave us someone else's order. We went back and they did the same exact thing. Went back for the THIRD time and finally got our order. They didn't apologize and I wasn't rude. Totally unacceptable. Five stars for a Subway. Great service, fast, very clean. Food was great for a quick pit stop.

A year later and, despite other comments to the contrary, I still give THIS Subway high marks. As I said before, it's not about the sandwich (though I have no complaints as far as quality and value) - it's about the customer service relative to other Subways and fast food chains I've frequented. This one is head and shoulders above the rest - and that warrants a high rating. I'm there at lunchtime at least 2-3 times a week (don't judge) and the service is consistently efficient and courteous. Is there occasionally a glitch if, say, a new person is training? Of course. But for what I imagine these folks are paid per hour, they get kudos from me for their hard work. read more

This is a fast food restaurant, so it depends on the employees to sell the product...3 of the employees got flustered when the orders got mixed up. The line got longer and longer...some in the line started looking around and wondering what was happening. After about 10 minutes, things got straightened out but people were not happy.
