I had a credit to this McDonalds multiple times because they would forget something when I would ask someone to get me food because I did not have a vehicle at the time or felt under the weather. The last time that I had a credit was in 2019 and ordered 3 saimin's and only received the noodles and hot water not the seasoning for the broth. Called the store to inform them of the infraction and the male supervisor on duty told me I could come back or receive a credit. I informed him that I could not come back so I'll take the credit he obtained my name and phone number. Because I don't go to McDonald's that often I asked him if there was a time frame that I have to claim it and he said no that my name and phone number will be in the book they have for credits until I redeem it. I said ok and so today I went to McDonalds and asked to redeem my credit the manager on duty named Khianey said there was no credit for my name and she didn't even ask for my phone number to correlate. I did argue with her for about a minute because I expressed that I paid for it then so basically I just gave you my money for nothing in return. She then took my card and shoved it in the machine to charge my debit card and I saw this and told her that I didn't appreciate what she just did on shoving my card in the machine she then gives me a sore eye with a snobbing of her head didn't say anything in return and I grabbed my card and receipt from her asking her for her name and she walked away. I then went to the next window to pick up my food and asked for her name she came to that window and I told her that I didn't ask for her just her name she snobbed me and said FINE! and turned away and walked off. I then continued to ask another employee for her name and the spelling which they provided. The fries were cold and because the line was already to begin with when I first approached the drive thru lane I didn't want to wait any longer for something that is suppose to have been hot in the first place. I am NEVER coming to this McDonald's again because this isn't the first time I was suppose to have a credit because they failed to fulfill my order to what I have ordered. The other McDonalds in Ewa Beach is always fast, nice and precise to when completing an order that I have placed. read more

NEVER EVER have my orders right!!! At first i thought.. oh theyre just new... but brahhh!! How do u order a large sprite, and get given a large blue gaterade and they cant tell the difference??!! Saimin, no water? In the drive thru wait area... they forgot me for 20 mins until i called the restaurant then they came and gave me my food.. they think a free small fries gna fix everything.. i could go on and on... but why? Not the best experience from a McDonalds. On November 02 visited and my fish sandwich was not a fish sandwich. No apology, looked at me as, "do you want me to do my job" I have had bad experiences elsewhere and when I did survey the manager called, offered me a special on next visit, and most of the times I never get to use the offer because I visiting or passing through, those McDonalds bet my 5 star because it looks like they care. This is a new McDonalds but it is not good. Once I got coffee and there were plastic pieces from the lid in the coffee. First time ever from McDonalds for me. Other times I go for a late night snack and they are closed. I got a egg white mc muffin once that was good. One time I had to wait a long time and my order was wrong. These are some examples but bàsically I blame the management for not maintaining the standards expected. MCDONALDS IN EWA BEACH BY LONGS The cashier at the drive thru window working on 5/19/2017 was VERY RUDE..i went around 2:45 and i ordered (2) medium fries (1) 6pc chicken nuggets and (1) plain mcdouble...my youngest changed her mind and wanted a burger instead so when i got to the cashier i asked her to change one of the medium fries to a mcdouble...and idk what happend but she ended up ADDING ON a mcdouble so as she repeated my order i said oh no i wanted just 2 mcdoubles and she says yeah and repeats the same order over and i tell her no just 2 mcdoubles and shes already cutting me off and repeating the same order AGAIN..as i tell her no i was (1) 6pc chicken nuggets, (1) medium fries and (2) mcdoubles one of them plain and she tells me "thats the same thing"...i said no i just want 2 mcdoubles instead of three..and she goes back to the cashier SHAKING HER HEAD AND WHISPERING UNDER HER BREATH...that was the worst service i ever got at anywhere...whoever that person was working she shouldnt be working a customer service job if she cant give good customer service. I was surprised at my total purchase because I ordered 2 items off the Mcpick 2 menu, thinking they were 2 for $2 as advertised and it was changed to 2 for $5. Despite having terrible service at this McDonald's location - I keep going back for the convenience but that all ends now. I refuse to go to this McDonald's for multiple reasons. First of all, the drive thru sucks big time!!! They never get your order right, even if you have them repeat it like three times. To top it off, they take forever! Secondly, the customer service is terrible. They don't apologize for screwing up your order, especially when it's their fault for not listening. When you're ordering in the drive thru they constantly tell you to hold on and then come back to finish up your order but end up putting you on hold on again. I mean you work in an industry where you need to have customer service skills and if you as a worker are not happy with your job then maybe it isn't for you. Lastly, the food and how they make it is not consistent with the other McDonald's in the surrounding areas. If I order a hot fudge sundae, I'd like to at least have enough hot fudge to go with the ice cream. They don't do substitutions at this location- don't waste your time trying! Oh, and make sure they have cookies before you order and pay for Oatmeal and then at the window they say sorry we only have chocolate chip. Being a new mcd, has made the older mcd faster since everyone wanna come to the new one. Came here a week ago. They were pretty fast. Was disappointed that they didn't know how to add extra pickles to my filet fish sandwich. Other than that they were pretty fast. Still kinda need to train the employees more because my husband came here one time to order and he said the lines were long and they took long. They also forgot to give him straws for our drink. When an employee asked my husband if he needed a cup holder for the drinks, she totally forgot to give him a cup holder for the drinks when she got distracted to do something else. I wish I was there so I coulda told her. I'll give them another shot but next time I order from here again, they better be better trained and get their services right. read more

After him looking at me ur billboard I said it's ok and ordered what I wanted. I hope I read his name tag right "Cai" if not his KS# on receipt is 3 on order 326. I didn't realize he was training as noted on his name tag. As I waited for my food. I watched the store services they were all smiles and cheerful! I also saw Long Time Manager Richard there watching the crew. I've known Richard from the McDonalds on Fort Weaver Road. I'm not sure if he has transferred here or just observing. If I could give no stars I could. Decided to order inside today since the drive through line was pretty long and I actually had time to sit down and eat. I ordered a mighty kids meal for my daughter who was right next to me and a quarter pounder meal and I specifically said number 3 (which means meal) the girl repeated my order stating I had ordered the meal. Somehow when my food came she only charged me for the sandwich!!!!! How do you get I want just the sandwich out of Number 3???? So the manager had to come and re-ring for the actual meal. I was super nice about it, but the girl who took the order wrong acted like she had an attitude. Next time I'll just ask for my money back. Lastly, they gave my daughter a boy toy which happened to be some random leftover toy they had in the back and we couldn't figure out what it actually was.
