I live nearby this McD's and haven't had much issues till now. I did the mobile order for curbside pick up- there were no curbside stalls available so I went into Spot#4- drive-thru. I waited over 10 minutes and decided to go to the drive thru to pick it up because when I called- the telephone number was no longer valid. To top that off my order was incorrect. I asked for a strawberry refresher and paid xtra for foam. That didn't happen. I also got no apologies whatsoever from the 3 employees I spoke with. Beware of McDelivery via the app I placed a McDelivery order through the McDonald's app for a Chicken Nugget Meal with a free Happy Meal promotion. The Happy Meal wasn't included, and my nuggets didn't even include the sauce. I don't have a car to pick it up myself, and neither the store, corporate, nor DoorDash would resolve the issue. The store suggested placing another order to get the missing Happy Meal, but I shouldn't have to pay for another delivery fees, service fees, driver tip for a mistake that wasn't my fault. DoorDash refused to provide compensation or redelivery, and McDonald's corporate keeps sending me back to DoorDash. Honestly, it's not worth using the app for delivery -- even for reward points -- because if something goes wrong, neither McDonald's nor DoorDash will help fix it. They promptly brought my order to my window in the curbside pick up. It's way faster to order through the app than do drive thru. I got the $5 meal deal which is such a great deal for all this food! Grimace shake!!!! I thought it was supposed to be ube flavor, but I didn't taste ube. Although the shake was very creamy! There are three McDonald's in my neighborhood and according to the app, none of them had the Grimace shake. I drove to the neighboring town! This is one of the worst mcdonald's I've been to. Since I was in the area, my friend and I decided to buy the mcteri meal while it lasts. With this McDonald's: 1) only 1 cashier, poor guy must have been new because he got our order wrong, and had to call the manager to correct our order. 2) wifi sucks, so couldn't open my app fast enough while he was ringing up our order, and didn't even ask about our app, so we lost out on rewards 3) Correcting the order took long. All other McD's mcteri medium sized meal is $8.99. This McD's charge a dollar more, at $9.99 (wt heck) 4) floor isn't as clean, but ok. You need to ask the employee to let you in the bathroom because they have problems with the homeless vandalizing it. 5) They did great slathering on the teri sauce with the McTeri, but the fries were stale. 6) no soda machine, and the iced tea I ordered at the counter was watered down. Did not taste the same as all other mcd's. I don't think I'll eat here again. There's better service and fresher fries at other McD's. Parking - it's at the ewa mall, so lots of parking. read more

Hubby, daughter and I came here for lunch. What a busy place for lunch. The drive thru was super long. People coming in and out of here. We walked in and there was no line but right after I ordered, a lot of people came inside to get food. I had a 4 for $4.00. Not bad. It comes with a small drink, small fries, 4 piece chicken nuggets and your choice of chicken sandwich, double double and something else. I chose the double double. I think the drink was a medium because the soda machine was blocked off so no refills unless you ask up front. The door to the women's restroom was locked and had to ask the guy to unlock it. What a pain. Fix your locked door so customers can use it. I didn't bother using the restroom but my daughter did. Food kind of took a little long but my number was called. The other day at around 4pm I ordered a sandwich and used my reward points and earned to get my free sandwich. I also, ordered another meal on the side. So I asked the worker to make sure that all my order was in the bag, and she said yes. So as we left I told my son I have to go work so leave my sandwich. And he said, it's not here. This location in particular has messed up my order in the past. The workers need to check the order before handed it to the customer instead of assuming the order is complete. Tonight I went to tell them they forgot my order, and they had miscommunication with the workers last night and the supervisor said there is noting noted about my incident! The incompetence at this store is baffling. Most of the teens working here have more efficient brains then the adults running this circus. Here's the update: Never did go back in to get a refund or for the supposed "free" burgers. They meant the ones I already paid for so it's not free What a waste of time!!! Here I am, school is done for the day and I'd like my child to have a treat and play after school. Something quick and inexpensive plus this time there was hardly anyone in-store as you'll see from the photos. We got here at 3:42 and ordered table service. It's 3:53pm currently and still have yet to be served. I seen 3 middle school aged children sit down and get table service right away so I know their machine isn't down. 4:03pm Got up to correct the situation, turns out the boy who served that table. It was his family. So of course my food was sitting at the pick up area cold. He went to go fix it. In it wasn't his fault being that i had seen him just walking in and I seen a woman handling that order. Franchise isn't going to discipline anyone at this store. So this review is pointless but the community should be aware when they come here to triple check their order. This McDonald location has a play area Unfortunately the play area is closed due to the pandemic. They have a parking area for mobile order and 2 drive thru lanes. Service can be a hit or miss. Some days, they completely butcher your order and you get the wrong items. There are other days where service is fast. Prices are the same as all other McDonalds. We love to get the Big Mac, Happy Meals and Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese. Overall, this location is conveniently located in Ewa Beach. read more

Came here early Saturday morning. Only a few people in line.. When it was my time to order, it was really quick. I pulled up to the next window and paid. As i drove up my food was ready for pick up. I looked into the bag briefly to see if there were 4 containers of pancakes with sausage. I seen 4 containers. I drove all the way home and noticed they forgot the sausage. (Mind you i live pretty far from the McDonald's). I called the manager and she said she could give make me the containers i purchased. I told her I'll come tomorrow. I went there again the next day, Sunday. Informed the manager what happened and she questioned me like i was lying. This location is conveniently located in the "Safeway plaza". We came specifically for the haupia pie however it was unavailable. The waitress stated that it was a seasonal item and will not be back for another year. The Apple pie is the pie that they serve regularly and that was available. On a good note, their mcflurry machine works and we were able to get a mcflurry instead. For now, I'll habe to wait another year to try the haupia pie. read more

I would like to make a complain about the service I received during a visit to your McDonalds Ewa Beach location last night. Specifically the store with the address 91-1051 Keaunui Dr, Ewa Beach, HI 96706. I went through the drive thru and was given the wrong order, so I went to park and returned into the store and told them they gave me the wrong order, and even though I had the food with me, they said they would not replace my order and give me the correct items I ordered because I did not have a receipt. I was not given a receipt at the drive thru, but had the still hot food with me and they would still not take the food I was given back and give me the food I actually purchased. The worker kept asking me the same question, did I order in the drive-thru, which I told her yes over 5 times. Horrendous service and I wasted my time and money and got nothing out of it. read more

Mom likes to come to this location to visit Ron. He sits outside the door 24/7 hoping someone will keep him company if only for a little bit. She helps him like that. This particular location has lots of parking but it still gets busy. Sometimes I have to park a little far away. The drive thru can get horrendous too. I do like the service here. They really try to control elements here that might get disturbing for other customers. The after school crowd is an example. I try to avoid that time period if I can but sometimes I forget what time it is. It does have the playground area. It's a nice option for parents to bring their young ones to let them play while they relax, or try to anyway. The kids can burn off all that energy before taking a nap. Been there, done that. What I like best about it is it is practically sound proof. If you can appreciate that then shake my hand. They do have some nice specials. Currently running is their 2 for 5 special. Choose any two for $5. New to this selection is the triple cheese burger. Sounds excitingly good. Let me say don't bother. It's small. I would rather order 3 double cheese burgers than that. Also included in the selection is quarter pounder with cheese, large french fries, 10pc chicken mcnugget and filet fish. And, the one I like best, is ice cream cone for 59 cents. Sometimes we go there for that. Then, there's Big Mac Mondays. Purchase the Big Mac extra value meal and get a big mac sandwich thrown in. For a limited time, try the pumpkin latte. I actually like it. It's conveniently located in a nice center too that affords several options to do other things, mainly eat. read more

Just went through the drive-thru and I have to say that customer service SUCKS! The person taking the order wasn't listening to us! We had to repeat it twice and all we ordered was 2 items: a Frappuccino and an oreo McCurry! Then we drove up to the payment window and we couldn't hear the employee! First he had a mask on so it was difficult to understand him then when he was talking to us he wasn't facing us so we couldn't hear him! We asked him twice what he was saying and both times he had his head turned away from us! They have got to train their people on customer service! But what annoys me the most is that no matter how many times I've seen customers complain about how bad the drive through system is. No action is ever being taken. The format of the driveway is just terrible. If a parked car wants to exit, the drive through lane is blocking. And that's mainly because customers know there's 2 windows to order. And since it's only right for cars to go to that second lane, the cars who have been considerate to make ONE line and then split in the front have no choice to wait longer. read more

So even though you're trying to avoid walking in because its packed, mind you, they should've had people wait outside that's how packed. Social distancing proclamation went out the window. Anyways I walk in, & apparently this lady who was standing near my car waiting for her "curbside" order too from my same stall is asking the Manager what's going on with her order. The Manager asks her is your name Reinna (that's me), she says no. I say that's mine, he goes, oh it's been waiting.
