This McDonald's SUCK!!! You order "Curbside" On the app. You wait 20 minutes in your car waiting for them to come out, these fools don't even come out. So even though you're trying to avoid walking in because its packed, mind you, they should've had people wait outside that's how packed. Social distancing proclamation went out the window. Anyways I walk in, & apparently this lady who was standing near my car waiting for her "curbside" order too from my same stall is asking the Manager what's going on with her order. The Manager asks her is your name Reinna (that's me), she says no. I say that's mine, he goes, oh it's been waiting. I was wondering why this location had such a low rating, after this visit I know why. My gf stopped in to order takeout. Quarter pounder meal for me and a Crispy Buttermilk Chicken sandwich for her. Times are changing. McD is rolling with the times. They started using kiosk machines to take orders along with regular cashiers. Of course, it's to cut down on cost expense and to make things quicker. There are still two cash registers if you want the personal touch. I would use the kiosk more often but sometimes I have those free offer coupons from filling out those surveys on the back of my receipts that I have to visit the cash registers. You are doing those surveys right? It's only free food and I've only told you about a gillizon times. Anyway the kiosk displays are brightly lit and icons easy to see. The kiosk are tall and might be difficult for height challenged people. Trying to be politically correct yelpers before ACLU complains. So if you have a credit card and able to reach your favor icons, use the kiosk. Just make sure to enter your number placement before paying. Take your receipt, find a table, and put down your table placement number. The food is delivered right too you. You just have to get your own ketchup. If using cash or coupon, the cashier is there for you. And so you know, if you use the kiosk, there are some combo meals not offered. So if you don't see it, you'll have to order each item separately. Overall three stars. convenience of using the kiosk is great unless you're short. I have to admit, when I see self-help technology in stores and restaurants, I have the urge to try it. But then I think, why not self help myself at home? McDonald's has implemented the self-help big screen at the check-out line and of course I have to try it. It took us longer to order our own food than it normally would, however, it was a little on the fun side for the most part. Fighting off my 3 year old granddaughter to let me do it wasn't so much a blast as I thought it would be, especially since she doesn't read yet. That's pretty much the only review I have today. It's McDonald's, it's clean, it's crowded and it's the reliable hamburger with not much Flair. And if you want to make points with the grandchild, this is an inexpensive way of doing it. read more

Dear McDonald's, Why can't I enjoy a McRib 365 days of the year? Why must it come when I'm on track with my diet? How could you be so cruel? There is a slide, tunnel, and you child can climb to another floor. There is also this pogo stick looking thingy. It's made for one person. I like that there is an employee there to monitor the children. FOOD They serve everything that the other McDonald's serve on the island. INSIDE There is not much seating and on the wall it gives you a time limit. SERVICE I came here several times with my family. Usually on the weekend and it's busy. There is usually someone on the floor making sure they clean the tables for the next guest. I suggest if you don't have kids go to the other McDonald's down the street. read more

I like taking my kids to this McDonald's specifically for their indoor playground. It is awesome, but if course nothing beats the playground I grew up with at the McDonald's in Waipahu back in the 80's and 90's. Nonetheless, this location has an awesome facility. It's one of the fewer McDonald's that I've been to that was clean. This McDonald's is located in the Lau'Lani Village Shopping Center, right next to Safeway gas n go. Tons of parking available here, but of course it can get pretty busy during peak hours. *just a tip.. when planning in dining in, make sure to park in the City mill and pet Co parking lot because if you park in the parking lot on the McDonald's property, Good Luck in trying to back out, because when the drive thru line get busy, there is no way you'll be able to reverse your car our and leave. This is the only McDonald's that is how I remember it as a kid...activity books, pop-outs to make, playland and just about the nicest workers you could imagine... You will need socks for the playland, but don't worry if you forget them because they sell them for $1.24 (tax included) in a variety of sizes. The are separated like they came from a pack but rest assured they are indeed new. My kids got to choose their favorites. One of the nicest guys, Darryl, searched high and low for the minions card deck for my son and when his shift manager Elaine saw him, she immediately started helping. While I can't believe that I ended up at McDonald's on our adventure today, I must say, this place reminded me why I thought it was so great as a kid. Mahalo. read more

1. The reason I came here, the playground. My daughter lives to play. I personally like this playground because they seem to do their best to keep it clean. In Ewa Beach, another plus is that they have a strong A/C...and wifi. I've been there many times and there is always someone nearby and tidying it up and the bathroom is accessible in the same area. If you go, don't forget socks. They do sell them and will absolutely stop your child from going on anything otherwise. 2. It's McDonalds so there's no surprises on the menu, but they seem to have a heavy turnover. Every time I go, there are a bunch of trainees behind the registers. They're lovin' it! Well...the kids are. The small but clean play place is great for kids of all ages. I say all ages because there's supposed to be a height limit, but there are some bigger kids getting in on the fun. I don't mind...as long as the6 don't crush the younger ones. It seems that most McDonald's seems like a "wait for your food" rather than a "fast food" restaurant...but it could be that we're so used to getting instant results from the Internet that we expect life to be that way too. However, they seem to make errors on the orders...so check your food before leaving. Besides this being a new McDonald's with a Play Place, the other upgrade that I thought was worth mentioning is that they have a restroom accessible from the Play Place! No longer do parents have to haul a kid a rush through a dining room just to get to the restroom before an accident occurs! Hopefully everyone can keep this place clean so that kids can enjoy it for a couple of years. I wouldn't want it to be like Aiea, Waipahu and all of the other locations that had to remove their Play Places. read more

So i ordered an ice cream cone and mcchicken online and when i got to the drive thru i wanted to ADDDDD a blue frozen with ice cream in it and a haupia pie. The first window was good they were fast but the second window is just beyond me. they handed me my order and i didn't get my ice cream cone and when i asked about it they just started raising their voice at me saying that it was in my frozen( i guess the guy misunderstood) and that was fine but when we were driving away she called me a bitch. Ordered out food (20 piece, wife got a cone ice cream, and daughter got hot fudge sundae) Drove around and the price the guy told me at the window said 9.54 but lady on speaker 8.54, So we asked him to check and he said its 9.54, not a problem and we have him a 10 dollar bill. This McDonald's is a hit or miss when it comes to service, but it's been mostly misses... there was even a time that they made me wait in the waiting parking spot while they still needed to make my smoothie... it took over ten mins and I had to go inside to see what was going on, and saw that my smoothie was sitting on the counter for awhile and non of the workers even realized it needed to handed over to me when waiting in my car. There were other occurrences like mixing up my order or not realizing they didn't give everything in my order. So I often wonder if I'll get a good or bad experience upon entering the restaurant or drive thru. This review is for the PlayPlace: Short and sweet, this is the only indoor, air conditioned play area for kids near the leeward coast. My kids love it because they have a place to play out of the heat, but I hate it because it's filthy. Yes, my kids would get dirty if they played outside, but that's understandable. But for supposedly being cleaned from 2 - 3 pm daily, my kids shouldn't have black socks after half an hour of play. read more

Worse service in the world. I tried to order 2 mcgriddle sandwichs and ice coffee. I got the bread portion of one sandwich, no meat or egg.
