I pulled into the drive thru and ordered food during my hour lunch break. There is a corner parking spot to the right of the second window next to the Reserved Parking 1 and Reserved Parking 2 for people who have to wait for their drive thru orders. I parked in the unmarked parking spot to eat my food. An employee comes to my car and yells at me to leave because I am not waiting for an order. The spot I parked in is unmarked. I ordered food from this franchise and eating in me car. Why do I have to leave? The attitudes of the employees here is very disheartening. They're rude and have no courtesy for their customers. And please if that spot I parked in is reserved for drive thru customers who are waiting for their orders, please put a sign on the unmarked spot and learn some customer service etiquette. read more

!! BE AWARE OF ORDERING MOBILE HERE !! Today I mobile ordered and when I went to the drive thru there was one person ahead of me, she was waiting a while before anyone had answered and I heard her say she had a mobile order and that they couldn't find it so they pull up a mobile order (my mobile order keep in mind) on the screen and ask if it's hers and I'm assuming she said yes it's hers because as soon as I pull up to the intercom my mobile order magically disappeared off my app and just showed as a receipt like I had already received the food. So I go to the window and they tell me they can't find it and I'm explaining to her I have the receipt and just had the code on my app but when I pulled up it disappeared. The poor girl tried her best to help me but as soon as her manager came she resolved nothing and was incredibly dismissive and rude to me saying that the lady had my code and that was her food when Im absolutely dumbfounded how someone else could have my code. I knew it was bullshit and she just didn't want to correct her error of giving out the wrong food. Tried to order a breakfast sandwich this morning: folded egg, english muffin, and cheese. Luis, the manager, tried to charge me $4.79 for it. This price is inconsistent with other prices I was told at this location and other ones. It's not fair. So, I ended up just getting a coffee and not getting the sandwich. When I got the coffee, none of the cream and sugar was placed on a tray... in fact, at first there was no tray. I had to ask for one. I told the manager normally they actually put the sugar and cream on a tray. He didn't really care although he seemed nice. I need this location to do better. I've gotta say, this is one of the cleanest McDonald's I've ever seen outside of south O.C.! The decor and styling is cute and a little different from the usual Micky D's. The staff is crazy polite and friendly! Miguel at the front register was very polite and totally on his "A" game. Isn't that crazy, I'm so used to seeing miserable people at work that it's really pleasant to see a friendly face. This nicely maintained McDonald's either says that the owner takes pride in his shop, or the store patrons are classy enough that they don't tag toilet seats. They accidentally charged me someone else's order, didn't get MY order right and then they offered to refund me the incorrect order's amount back to me with cash. I thought they would give me the receipt with the cash refund. My dumb ass should have double checked, but didn't, trusting the drive through chick, who was dressed as a manager. OK. It's a McDonald's, so you know what the food is like. This one gets four stars for being open 24 hours, and it's not just the drive-thru ... you can sit inside! It's been remodeled to look like a cool (if very brightly lit) coffeehouse. They have a big seating area and a smaller one. The smaller one has comfy individual chairs; more people use computers back there. There is one of those fairly annoying in-house TV "shows" going on a loop, like the kind they have at Denny's. The Mickey D's show seems to last about a half hour, but it's fairly up-to-date with news that's maybe a day old. IMPORTANT: When they say "open 24 hours," they really mean "Open almost 24 hours." They close around 2:30 to do some sort of system reset, and they kick everyone out and even the drive-thru is closed for 30-60 minutes, so their sign should say "open 23 hours or so." read more

We got to the window and a lady name Maria said only one per customer, there were 3 of us in the car(3 separate transactions) So she said no she can't do it we have to come inside to get them. This is consistently, hands down, the worst McDonald's that I have ever been to. It's bad 7 out of every 10x that I go. Why do I keep going there, you may ask? Well, it is only a few blocks from my house. What makes it bad? For starters, they never seem to get any special order correct. Ask for something prepared without a particular item, and rest assured, it will still come with that item, which is especially great if one is allergic to something. The quality of the food is sub-par for a McDonald's. I have a pretty good inclination that they don't change their oil in their fryers nearly as often as they are supposed to. You have about a 50/50 shot of getting good fries. Quite often they are soggy, not hot, tiny pieces, and/or just not fresh. I have never experienced this before at a McDonald's. Another issue is that they are frequently out of items or just can't prepare them. For example, their ice cream/shake machine is often not working. Last, but not least, their drive-thru line can sometimes take forever. Sure, everyone has a bad day every now and then, but these guys continually continue to disappoint. read more
