Order was a 100% accurate and the employees were nice. Food was hot and fresh. Can't ever go wrong with their tacos! Stopped here for a quick lunch during a busy day. Parking is ample since they have their own lot. I got here at 2 o'clock and the drive-through was consistently full. It was national greasy food day so I got a jumbo Jack for free by ordering a large drink. The drink machine is "pick your own" and mixers automatically. Very clean and efficient. This place must be under new management because some of the reviews are old and very poor. My food was hot, well cooked, fast, And the service was friendly, quick, and with a smile. Used the restroom which was very clean as well as the entire restaurant. This place is now an above-par Jack-in-the-Box. So if you're in for craving a fast food the space will do the trick. Don't visit this location. Went for lunch, hour later my stomach was twisting and turning. Coming out both ends nonstop. Had the worst case of food poisoning. Just visit another location. Had the worst experience ever today by Ana she is the worst in taking orders on drive thru and when I pulled to the window no personality very rude when giving me my amount and when I asked for my receipt she gave me a ugly stare when she gave me my receipt she was so rude with her ugly attitude. I ordered 2 order of tacos, stuffed jalapeno and some chicken tenders, all my food wasn't fully cooked it was still frozen/cold on the inside and felt like it was just microwaved. There's just always an issue when I order from here either I don't get napkins, condiments, or just the wrong sandwich. I totally get with covid sometimes people just don't show up to work but one time I sat there in the driveway for 5 minutes before somebody came out and said "oh yeah we don't have anybody to do the drive-through so you know bye." Or the other time they had me pull to the side and forgot to bring my order out. I had to go through the driveway again. Today I ordered a Coke because that is what I wanted and instead of telling me that they're out of Coke she gave me cherry coke thinking I'm not gonna notice. Well I did. I literally drove back to the Jack in the Box and said Hey you gave me cherry Coke. She helped me after ignoring me for a good 2-3 minutes. I had honk my horn and actually tried to look surprise after had made eye contact not 1 minute before. she starts pushing the buttons on the dispenser and then said "oh we are out of regular coke".
