This review is very on-par, since I come here about once a week. It's always a bit slow here in terms of the drive-thru, but today was especially bad. I used the app to order a Quarter Pounder with cheese, and a soda. I ordered ahead of time so I wouldn't have to wait. Shame on me. Horrible experience. Night time "Manager" accused Me of not making an order and then canceling my order. I showed them the receipt and my bank account. She told me she wasn't going to give me anything free because she couldn't find my order. She told me to wait on the side and they'll prepped my order. I hate how they always send me to park at a number no matter what I order or how small the order is. Then for them to forget something and make them go back inside and out just for them to bring the wrong thing and have to go inside myself which at this point isn't any point of drive thru. This location always has fresh, hot fries! No matter when I go...time of day, if many months have passed since my last visit...the fries are surprisingly always hot, fresh fries. The only other thing that I like at McDonald's are the chicken nuggets. Its hit or miss whether they are hot or not, but not going to completely fault then for that. I placed an order on the app for in store pick up. The app has a lot of great offers. I ordered a large premium coffee (regular $2.39 but $0.99 on app), a chicken McGriddle sandwich and a hash brown. It took less than 5 minutes. The two ladies working were awesome - taking drive thru orders, walk in and filling app orders. Restaurant is somewhat clean (they need to wipe down the plastic barriers at the counter). I like how they have separated trashcan containers for recycle, landfill and trash.
