I think this little itty bitty, Wendy's, is way underrated. I am probably one of the pickiest people when it comes to placing an order for a burger and fries. I have a tendency to ask for a lot of alterations to the order, and they have always been very accommodating. Anytime there's been an issue, or maybe a slight mix up with my order requests they are more than ready to provide me with a replacement. The only drawback is, if you order any drinks, ask them for light ice, because they tend to fill the cups to the brim and it doesn't seem like you're getting a lot to drink. read more

Hey, it's a Wendy's and it has all the Wendy's food items. If you are going there for the first time, the neighborhood seems a bit off. But, the restaurant is nice. It's clean inside but the bathrooms are locked (opened for customers upon request). In California, at least, this is very common to keep non-customers from wondering it and messing them up. If you have it, use the Wendy's app before ordering. Almost always has a deal and, if you're lucky, it's one that you want to use. For me, on this visit, they had a buy one chicken sandwich, get another for $1. I was going to get a burger but I also like their breaded chicken sandwiches. So, I got two, one for there, one to go. Order was made correctly (I always custom order as I don't like tomatoes or onions) and the chicken patty was juicy. For my drink, they have one of those 100 in 1 fountain drink machines so that makes it easy. What surprised me was my to-go sandwich. Really never tried taking one to eat later. The next day, I added a slice of Swiss cheese, popped it in the microwave and...it was still very good! Anytime they have a buy one, get another for a dollar deal, and I'm close to home, I'm getting it! I thought it would be soggy and not so good but, for me, this time, it was very good. This is a really clean and hospitable Wendy's. The staff is super nice and patient. You can order from the kiosks or at the counter. I really appreciate that they have freshly brewed iced tea, and not just the "tea" from the soda fountain. Ketchup, napkins, and utensils are plentiful at the bar. Speedy and friendly service at this Wendy's. After a long historic day of hiking my girlfriend and I decided to dine in at this Wendy's since we were the only customers at the moment. Overall the restaurant was kept very clean and had a l out of good indoor seating available. Our order came out within a few minutes of ordering. I liked how fresh the fries were as they came out crisp, hot, and salted to perfection. I think the double meat burger is a hefty load of meat that destroyed any hunger I had built up during the day. They offer the salad by itself or in a combo. Prices: this salad will run you under $8 if you order just the salad. Parking: plenty of parking since there's a dedicated lot surrounding the building. People: fun for all. Perks: you can enter from Ventura Blvd. or a small, side street. If you're going through the drive thru, you're going to have to exit on Ventura heading west. Breakfast menu currently ends at 10:30 am. Friendly, courteous staff. I think the Wendy's chain has good quality control. Plenty of salad choices. The small soft ice cream 'shakes' or whatever they are make a nice treat, and you can tell yourself it was only a little one. :) Large, clean facility with ample parking - an unusual blessing on Ventura Boulevard in Woodland Hills. Just up the boulevard from Kaiser Permanente Medical Center on De Soto (for the cautious who want a bite to eat). A good alternative to the busy Denny's off Topanga Canyon. read more

Ranch dressing, extra ketchup, wrong size drink, no cheese, missing spoon, missing napkins, etc. etc. They do not pay attention to detail so ALWAYS check your order. Very bad service here. The person who owns this franchise should have everyone re-trained. Throw in some manners too! On a positive note this location is big, clean and bright. Plenty of free parking. Food was up to par but let me say, the service was beyond lacking. At 11:50Pm, I embarked on a journey to my local Wendy's. After playing Call of Duty for 5 hours straight, this was the necessary nourishment I needed. To be honest, this was my first and potentially last time going. After I got my food, I realized they had got my order completely wrong. I immediately rotated my vehicle in a u-turn fashion to resolve this pressing issue. Upon getting to the window, I waited for what felt like 4 days. Then they proceeded to not give me the shake I ordered but never got. I demanded my shake and I think they spit in it, as it tasted salty (perhaps due to their salty demeanor). Can't go wrong with Wendy's when it comes to Lunch or Dinner. Every location including this particular one has all the necessities when it comes to parking spaces available, amount of seats available, service offered, and quality of food presented. Seating here was clean and maintained, which makes you feel comfortable eating and not disgusted. They prepare you food right in front of you and seeing how it is prepared gives you peace knowing what you are consuming is prepared right and clean. Didnt get a chance to exam the bathroom at this location, but I am assuming based on everything I observed that the bathroom is average compared to other Wendy's locations. No difference here when it comes to pricing, and no difference when it comes to taste. Which is not a bad thing cause I have yet been to 1 Wendy's location that wasn't up to par. I definitely like coming to Wendy's when it comes to other fast food chains due to prices, service, and taste. And when it comes to preparing your food, they are fast. Never have I spent more than 3 minutes in the drive thru, talk about efficiency. Wendy's definitely fall into top 5 Fast Food chains. read more

It was the only healthy choice on the menu, other than your salads, which are mediocre at best. Several times I have gone here they either give me the wrong drinks (which I may add they use that horrible coke machine that mixes flavors so good luck with that) or they forget to give me food that I ordered. They are pushy, and only care about their speed numbers. Double check everything! Oh another thing. I ordered extra salsa for my salad (which cost .50 cents on the receipt. Well worth it) they didn't give it to me and I ask "Hey, where is my extra salsa?" she said it's an extra 1.29. I'm like "WTF". Check the receipt, I paid for it. She's like "oh". How is it that the avocado chicken sandwich doesn't actually have avocado on it? Guacamole is not avocado. The sandwich is called the avocado chicken somethingerother but it only has guac'. Guac' isn't the same as avocado, just as salsa isn't the same as tomato. The food here is pretty good but this is just false advertising. I can't pay with monopoly money and say it's real US legal tender, so why can they say they're selling me avocado and deliver guac'? I think we all know there is now fake guacamole made from squash. I'm not saying this is fake, but maybe it is. I know I wouldn't be happy if I bought an avocado at the market and when I open it it was full of guacamole. If you're going to claim something has avocado, I expect it to actually have avocado not some slurry of some avocado like substance. Am I right?
