You can customize it online by adding toppings, I added all the toppings it comes with (except cheese) in addition to banana peppers, jalapeños, hot pepper relish, mustard, spicy brown mustard, and mayo. I recently came here to pick up my lunch order. The line was to the back wall at their deli counter. I quietly waited my turn to ask for my order as the line was busy and the staff had to take on multiple orders because it looked like everyone in line had one. They moved that line so well and so efficiently and all while smiling and being kind and courteous to each person in line was a very impressive and amazing thing to see, when I had a chance the gentleman up at the cash register quickly stepped aside to retrieve my order and got back into the line seamlessly. The location is so clean, well kept, well stocked... everyone is so efficient, accurately filling orders with a smile & a kind word... their fantastic service & delicious sandwiches is why we downloaded the app! This place is a ripoff joint. A 12 inch veggie sandwich here is a whopping $17.85. At Subway right now it is $8.69 and they have many more vegetables and cheese types to choose from that Jersey Mikes does not even offer. If you don't believe me, go to one of the Subway stores in this neighborhood and compare for yourself. Literally, the prices at Jersey Mike's are double those of Subway and the food is about the same quality when all is said and done. Subway also has significant discounts in their app, and paper coupons. The points they give you on the Jersey Mikes app after purchasing are small. For a 6 inch sandwich, you get 6 points, and you have to get up to about 48 before your first reward is issued. They do have some random days where they do double points or whatever but it's not like you're gonna necessarily be in the market for a sandwich or near one of their locations that day. Stuuupidddd. Needless to say, my Jersey Mike's days, what few there ever were over about 7-8 years, are at an end. Oh, and the guy behind the counter who made the sandwich today was totally apathetic. He put salt and oil on the sandwich which I did not want and he was like "well I already put them." Whatever. Other locations have done soooo much better. Too bad cuz I do love Jersey Mike's so this review is on this location only. Looking for something different to grab and go than the usual. So as we were driving by, decided to get Jersey Mike's. I am not a jersey mike person because the first time I went they didn't have mortadella. So as my daughter is ordering her turkey cheese sandwich she loves I noticed there's cheese steak sandwich. So asked the girl behind counter about it and she recommended it over the turkey cheese. OMG so glad I listened. Got the chipotle version so it was gooey and full of flavor. She called me back to tell me she made the sub and they dint use avocado slices but an avocado "spread". They don't answer the phone they said they are too busy to take phone orders in this middle of COVID-19 epidemic. Whenever I go into quick food places this this one, I carry him so people don't get uncomfortable while their eating. I walked in here to order food to take to go and I believe the manager ? He was older and possibly Hispanic looking.. I'm not sure. He asked me if my dog was a service animal and I said yes. He asked me to prove it which I don't have to do.
