- Completely Unprofessional & Disrespectful Service This is why we love yelp. Here we go with this post and this will come with a complaint to corporate customers relations. Advice to the female who was rude to me. Next time be careful how you treat others. It's all recorded on my dash cam how you behaved and I have a witness who was present. Your manager will be contacted and headquarters. I visited the Jack in the Box in Reseda on 2/18/26 expecting a quick and simple drive-thru experience. Instead, I was met with extremely unprofessional behavior. When I arrived at the window, both female employees were rude and dismissive. The employee who took my order spoke in an annoyed tone and appeared bothered from the start. I was polite and clear with my order, yet she acted confused and irritated. What was most concerning was that both employees were laughing, gossiping, and making mocking facial gestures while I was at the window. It was obvious they were talking about me and my order. I did absolutely nothing except order food respectfully. No customer should feel uncomfortable or ridiculed for simply purchasing a meal. Food safety and professionalism matter. Watching employees handle food while behaving in a mocking and careless manner is not reassuring. Customers are paying more than ever for fast food, and basic courtesy and respect should be standard. I will be contacting Jack in the Box Customer Relations directly regarding this experience. I have also enclosed a photo of the employee who took my order. I have stop by this Jack in the box about 5-10 times over the last year. My issue is that about 80% of the time they make me wait at least 1 car space before getting to the window. Today 10/21 the guy behind me was honking at me to pull up and the lady told me not to pull up! I had to argue with the guy behind him telling him I was instructed to wait about 5+ minutes to get my order. Unfortunately there is no other restaurant near us to visit as an alternate. read more

I would have put zero stars if it were an option. I ordered a jumbo jack with no pickles, no onion and no lettuce. I specifically said I wanted tomato and was charged accordingly. Don't get me wrong, I love JnB, but this location needs improving. It's a customer service related issue and mostly coming from drive-thru attendants and managers. Why do I always have to ask for a receipt for my paid purchase? I'm never given a receipt when I receive my food and I always have to ask for it and they always give me a crass attitude when I ask them. On top of that, they have a knack of throwing the receipt at you all crumbled up. Napkins are thrown in the bag all crumbled up. Food items in the bag in disarray. Zero professional tact whatsoever. Dear Owner, customers don't like being completely ignored. I walked in today, stood at your register for nearly 10 minutes. Your employees pretended like I was invisible & just kept hiding in the back. I waited patiently for A WHILE, I even tried waving at the staff & asking if someone could help me. If I could leave a negative star review it would be for this "establishment". Rarely if ever do I call for termination for an employee but SAMANTHA NEEDS TO BE FIRED. She was incredible rude, unprofessional, unpleasant, aggressive and should not work anywhere with customer service. She used profanity and on the verge of escalating a physical altercation. I arrived to this location and quickly noticed while she was taking my order that she was frustrated. I repeatedly gave my order and noticed she was behaving this way not just towards me but multiple people. Upon arriving to the window she could be over heard speaking ill about the previous customer saying "f***ing stupid b**** " in Spanish and her and her co workers laughing. She proceed to ask again for the order and when I gave it again she asked wait what was the order. At that point I asked if she was ready and then she became angry. I was appalled by her nasty attitude. She was quick to become impatient. She is causing this location many unpleased customers and a loss of revenue. This is the closest Jack in the Box to us so if we need any late night food, this is one of the few choices we have. I swear that every single time, without fail, there is ALWAYS something either missing or wrong with the order. Even last night's simplest order was messed up. I ordered a combo with curly fries, and two tacos. Simple, right? Not!!!!! I got regular instead of curly fries and didn't get the tacos I was charged for. Went to Jack in the box today around 7pm at drive-through and my family and I were so disappointed... First, they made us stop like 5 feet before the window, we waited there about 15 minutes before deciding to continue to the window (because they were taking for ever and we didn't ask for that many things) when we got to the window, they were talking and laughing around. When the lady finally open the window to gave us our order, she got mad when a co-worker told her that she needed to make another milkshake (because we order 4 and she only made 3) she said "what the heck! They order 4 milkshake" slapping the window in our faces. Second, my cousin's order was wrong because we order curly fries and instead she got French fries, my cousin didn't care and she ate some fries (4 fries max) when I told the lady about it, she was like "well, we charge you for regular fries but if you want to pay the difference I can give you the curly fries. But those fries are already half way" and like I said, my cousin ate 4 max! But anyway, what got us so mad was her attitude. I don't understand how people like her can be working as costumer's service with that attitude. At the end she even told us to go somewhere else if we didn't like her attitude. My car was vandalized by an employee. An employee placed a sticker in the center on my windshield. This sticker is completely impossible to come off without the use of chemicals. When I asked the employees why they did so, "Their answer was you shouldn't have parked there. Would you like to pay for the tow next time." No where in those 4 parking spots does it say I can not park there. They have signs on all the other parking but not on those 4 spots. When I asked for the corporate number or the owners email the store manager and the drive thru lady told me to fuck off and find it myself. 1 That's poor customer service and 2 they should have chosen better words. Now this is a $110,000 car that they vandalized. This needs to be corrected. read more

Me and my mom went through the drive through and had possibly the worst fast food experience one could have. We were ordering and the drive through worker misheard my mom when she said 15 and said 6 so she corrected her and said 15. It seemed like the speaker wasn't working since she kept yelling and even laughing? We were in disbelief. When we pulled up to the window we asked if she was able to hear us because it was really difficult to get our order in, she didn't look at us and kept repeating do you want ketchup, mustard, etc while laughing we asked for a manager and she said that there isn't one there that she was the lead there all while laughing. And I asked for her name and she just kept laughing. Well image our shock when the manager (who wasn't there) pulls her aside and says "I'll talk to her" and I let him know since we ordered she was acting this way and was being extremely rude. He apologized and said that he wasn't present when this happened but he "would talk to her". Truly a shocking experience. I wouldn't recommend this location at all. read more

This is one of THEE WORST Jack in the Box locations ever in the San Fernando Valley! DO NOT pass by the RESEDA, Ca Jack in the Box Drive Thru starting at 9pm and on. No matter what you order they are bound to get it wrong, it takes about 15 minutes to place an order and probably another 15 to receive your order. They constantly get your order wrong, forget to put a straw in the bag, forget to add extra napkins, you get frowned upon when you ask for extra condiments. Maybe Jack in the Box in Reseda should REALLY take a 2nd look into the people they hire! read more
