Egg shell found in breakfast burrito

Just ordered a breakfast burrito and started feeling a crunch with each bite. Looks like they just cracked the egg with shell and mixed it all in. Not appetizing at all.

Authentic Mexican food...to go & cash only last time I went. Very delicious & spicy...I've been going there for years. Small business great service.

Menudo

I honestly like this place for most foods. Hole in the wall type of place. I was craving menudo decided to try theirs. It was eh not that great sadly. Also they provide your menudo in a paper plate just so you know. Not that it's a huge deal just didn't expect that. Over all I won't order that again. But other stuff is good.

Machaca flautas

We try the carne asada fries, they are so good. My friend try the flautas, she really like them too. This place serves good food. Everything looks fresh and the counter is fully covered with the plastic shield to protect the foods from being exposed to covid from outside customers. Their aguas frescas are good too. It paired well with our meals. We been eating here for years and always great mexican food.

Asada quesadilla

This is normally one of my favorite taco places in the valley. I ordered a Asada quesadilla today and just received a cheese one. Was annoyed because it was threw DoorDash so I didn't know till I opened my food, it wasn't even completely melted. Very disappointing also I order some albondigas soup and asked for utensils I never got and the soup had one meatball for like 12$ that was not cool.

They didn't even warm this food up

A hole in the wall Mexican joint that has my favorite carne asada burrito, tacos, chicken flautas,…read moretortas, and ceviche. I've also never experienced any other place that has their tortilla chips like this place!! I love how's it's complimentary with every food order. When I'm craving Mexican food, this is my go to spot. Unfortunately I'm a no sabo kid, so English is my default, which isn't a problem for this business when ordering. Although, I do wish they had a website for online orders. They're kind, helpful, and know they're serving special food locally. It's a small space, maybe 5-6 tables at most, but I normally order pick up anyway. It's welcoming and feels like you're walking into abuelito's/abuelita's house to be fed, even though you told them you're not hungry and they insisted on feeding you (you were hoping for that).

This was a middle-aged lady (on the older side) We used to go there a while ago, and it was really good.

To my surprise, it's definitely worth going in. As you walk in, they have a smoothie/fresh drinks area. On the left side, they have the ordering window. Since being my first time there, I ordered several items. We ended up ordering menudo which was tasty and not fatty. It came with a side plate of spices (oregano, chile de arbol), sliced lemons, chopped onions, and cilantro. The chicken taquitos dorados (a la carte) were flavorful, tasty, and moist. There were also a bit larger than other locations. They were served on a bed of lettuce, half guacamole and half sour cream, and some cheese. Ordered Chilaquiles (verdes - choice of green or red). It came with rice, beans topped with shredded cheese, and 2 eggs (choice of over easy). It's a small place that feels like home away from home cooked meals. Overall, definitely coming back.

One meal can easily be split between multiple people. My favorites are the green enchiladas and the spicy chipotle burrito, and the rice and beans are just as flavorful and delicious as the main entrees. Upon being seated, you are served a spicy and cheesy bean dip with fresh chips, and there is a salsa bar inside where you can fill up on your choice of salsas. I sat in the outside patio area in my most recent visit, and while the quality of the food didn't change, the service was not the greatest; my table and a couple of other tables had a difficult time flagging anyone down for refills, to go containers, or the bill. There's also a pretty big price difference between paying with card and paying with cash; multiple menu items were at least 3-4 dollars more if you plan to pay with card. Still, the food is good and if you're craving some hearty and comforting Mexican food, S&B is a good option.

No table service, but able to order at the counter towards the back of the restaurant. Once the food was served, great customer service. The young lady kept checking in on us if we needed anything else. We ordered Menudo which was a little more oily than normal, a bit bland. The meat was fatty, no hominy, and about half of the bowl had meat. Served corn tortillas and with side of cilantro, onions, chile de arbol, lime, and oregano. Also ordered a combo of Chile Colorado with rice and beans. The beef was tender, tasty rice, but the beans tasted like from a can (not homemade), and 4 corn tortillas. 2 large drinks (size of cup were the almost the size of napkin holder - A+). Overall, it was ok.
