I went for the heavily advertised mac n' cheese. It was terrible and completely flavorless. However, the service was spectacular. Not just good for a fast food place. The manager was very friendly and answered a lot of questions and was able to make the customers feel seen and heard. I can only say it was wonderful to see. He helped his employees as well as the customers. Different customers asking numerous questions. He helped every single person. The strawberry lemonade was very delicious and welcomed on the hot day I went in. The restaurant was clean. None of the tables were messy. Trash cans and the areas around were also clean. Saw the chicken salad sandwich for the first time. the photo looked delicious and the sandwich was delicious as well.Perfectly well made, great wheat bread and yum. Bought a cheesesteak formyhusband, he loved it as well. we will probably alternate between Arbys and Chik Fil-A on last minute (i.e. no one wants to cook) meals. Just passing through the area. Stopped here because there are no more Arby's in my area. I was extremely impressed with that all women crew. Thursday- June 4th around lunch time. Restroom was very clean. I did not have problems with my order but I watched how they handled a drive-through customer's error/complaint with patience and courtesy. As soon as business slowed down, they were wiping up tables and all others spills near the drink and sauce dispensers- even window sills. That place was spotless! read more

Manager was not very nice on Saturday Evening, June 21. Had an attitude from the start and was kinda of spastic, hence maybe that's why he didn't listen properly and got my order wrong. I told him twice about the sauces and he still got it wrong! Then he tried making excuses on why he didn't get the order right. My son and I couldn't believe it. Whenever I crave Arby's I'm only able to order from Simi Valley! I'm in Reseda near this Arby's! It appears this location is not active on GrubHub for some reason. Food was very good. I got the jalapeño roast beef slider and a 1/2 pound roast beef. The slider was not too hot but I got the jalapeño flavor which was delicious. IMO the horsey sauce is hotter. The 1/2 lb roast beef has so much meat that you can make 3 sandwiches out of it. I decided to do that and pick up some onion brioche buns. This Arby's location will not sell you buns separately. The guy that gave me my mobile order was not the best example of customer service. His attitude was short and impatient. Also, not friendly. I just wanted sauce that I forgot to get in my mobile order. I did notice that the lobby was closing soon, but really? Because of that guy the mood of the place went downhill; ambiance rating is "Bleah". Not a way to show Arby love to the clientele. Worst customer service experience today! The Shift Mgr Nnanda Yustain got my order incorrect and charged me for two extra sandwiches. He told that the order was what I ordered and that next time he would repeat my order 3 times so I could confirm!! WTH!! Never took responsibility for error and than was rude. LOVE their Roast Beef Sandwiches with extra, extra Horsey Sauce! The drive thru lady was SUPER friendly and the restaurant appeared very well kept. I wish there were more Arbys around. This is the closest one to me and unfortunately it's a bit of a jaunt to get here. But every once in a while the craving gets too much and I make the journey and I'm always glad I did once I'm there. They often seem to have a new menu item for me to try and there original stand-bys are always available. Sometimes I wish my stomach was bigger, Arbys is one of those times. :-) I'm glad Arbys is available, I just wish they were closer to my location. Sigh. read more

Update: I went back the next day and told the manager and I was able to refund the 3 items that I had to throw away. So gonna bump this to 2 stars for service. I've had a few good meals here, but tonight was really bad. First off, I ordered 2 medium curly fries. The top of the fries were fresh and hot. Each one had maybe 3-4 great ones. Then the rest were old, stale, and cold. Absolutely inedible. Next, I used to be a fan of their chicken nuggets. I remember they used to come packed with white meat. The ones I just ordered were also inedible. Barely a scrap of meat. Lots of breading. And so tough that I couldn't even chew into it. The only savior of this meal was the marinara sticks, mac n cheese bites, and roast beef sandwich. Save yourself and skip this place at all costs. read more

I visited Arby's Store #398 in Reseda, CA tonight (May 2, 2025, 8:00PM Pacific time) so that my son could order dinner using the $15 gift card he received as a birthday gift, He ordered the #1 Double Beef and Cheddar combo with a regular size Orange shake and the total due was $17.77, I gave the cashier the $15.00 gift card and $3.00 cash. All I received back was the gift card. I asked where my change was and the manager (a small Filipino man) told me that the 23 cents change was left on the gift card. I told him that it should have been returned in cash as I paid the additional due in cash and he said no. That when I use a gift card that I get no cash back. I told him that he was incorrect, that if the full value of the gift card is used and the difference is paid in cash that the customer receives the overpayment in cash, not gift card credit. He still refused and said that they cannot give cash back. I explained that it was against the law to do what he did and that even if I hadn't used all the funds on the gift card, that California law requires that any balance under $10 on a gift card must be returned to the customer in cash upon request. He still refused, and when I told him that what he was doing was against the law, he started mocking me and repeating in a sing song voice "law, law, law". He was very rude and unprofessional, gave me the 23 cents back, kept the receipt and was taunting me through the drive through window, I have never received service like this in my life, especially from a store manager. In addition, all this transpired right in front of mu autistic son who just wanted to go to Arby's for his birthday. It was a horrible experience, and I cannot believe that a well established fast food restaurant would promote an individual to a managerial position who performs the duties of his job unprofessionally, illegally and taunts and berates paying customers in front of his staff and other customers. I will never go to this Arby's location ever again, and will really have to think before giving my business and money to any Arby's going forward. This man should be fired and investigated, as he also altered the receipt to reflect that the order total was $14.77 and not $17.77, left 23 cents on the gift card which would likely never be used, and who knows what he did with the $3.00 in cash. read more

I ordered two 1/2 pound arbys sandwiches with lettuce and tomato which I paid extra for and red ranch dressing which had no charge. When I picked up the sandwiches I asked for a little extra red ranch dressing and the gentleman told me I would have to pay 55 cents extra for it. I told him no thanks and I would never order there again. The arbys on Sepulveda is happy to give me all the red ranch I need without trying to squeeze a few pennies from me. The money was unimportant, but the principal was, so I will never go there again and I would recommend going to another arbys if anyone is considering this one. This Arby's rips-off customers and is a liar. Recently went to this location. Got 10 regular sandwiches. When home, weighed the meat on scientific scale for exact portion size (do this for all food). Shocked seeing 1.7-2.1 ounces on each one. Supposed to be min 3 ounces! Called Headquarters, told what happened. They said they'll re-imburse, never did though. We were told to hurry up and order and "are you done" also we're told that the promo item , boneless buffalo wings , were out of stock and they were expecting shipment. I'm not really a big fast food guy. If I had to pick one place I'd say I'm most loyal to the Clown and his Golden Arches. Big Macs and Sausage McMuffins, yes I've had a few. Micky D's is always our go to on the road. Arby's has stepped it up of recent. They have a big menu of several good looking sandwiches now. Of course the pictures they put on their website can be a little misleading. All the food looks like Gordon Ramsey, Thomas Keller, and Emeril Lagasse prepared everything for the photo shoot. But I will say this, everything I brought home tonight was tasty. Yes, nothing looked even close to the advertising but at least it all was good! My beef n cheddar sandwich was spit into-I saw the spit in the sandwich when I opened it up. I opened it because it tasted strange and it was wet. Also the manager got very angry and slammed the window shut through the drive through when I asked for more soda because the soda that I had ordered was only filled up half way. They took forever to come to the window-I was sitting there for about 5 minutes. I have never had such a slow drive through before where the people don't even come to the window for such a long time. He is friendly in front of you and than he goes in the back where the cook is and talks bad about you as a customer. The food is not made with love at all. You get not enough sauce on your sandwiches and the fries are soggy mozzarella sticks it poppers are not fully cooked before they are given out.
