I'm not really a big fast food guy. If I had to pick one place I'd say I'm most loyal to the Clown and his Golden Arches. Big Macs and Sausage McMuffins, yes I've had a few. Micky D's is always our go to on the road. Arby's has stepped it up of recent. They have a big menu of several good looking sandwiches now. Of course the pictures they put on their website can be a little misleading. All the food looks like Gordon Ramsey, Thomas Keller, and Emeril Lagasse prepared everything for the photo shoot. But I will say this, everything I brought home tonight was tasty. Yes, nothing looked even close to the advertising but at least it all was good! And I don't think their food is really that bad for you either. Fun fact- H. Jon Benjamin is the voice of Archer! My beef n cheddar sandwich was spit into-I saw the spit in the sandwich when I opened it up. I opened it because it tasted strange and it was wet. Also the manager got very angry and slammed the window shut through the drive through when I asked for more soda because the soda that I had ordered was only filled up half way. They took forever to come to the window-I was sitting there for about 5 minutes. I have never had such a slow drive through before where the people don't even come to the window for such a long time. Your roast beef was old and overheated multiple times. If your medium is the size of a small then get rid of a size. It's false advertising. Ordered a double roast beef and it was the size of the regular, just because you wrap it with the wrapper that says double it doesn't make it a double. He is friendly in front of you and than he goes in the back where the cook is and talks bad about you as a customer. The food is not made with love at all. You get not enough sauce on your sandwiches and the fries are soggy mozzarella sticks it poppers are not fully cooked before they are given out. Nanda is a bright beam of positive energy. I pick up meals for my husband and we will only visit this location because of the great service we receive whenever he is there. I hadn't been back in over a year (since my husband usually picks up now) and when I approached the drive thru, I was pleasantly surprised to see him still there with the same big smile and warmth. Fast food industry can be tough and I can tell he hustles. The order is always right. I tried to do the survey on the receipt but the website powered by Qualtrics isn't allowing me to search for store 0398 and it's not present in the drop down. I've been eating at Arbys for 40years. Eaten at them around the country. I LOVE Arbys. I was actually in the neighborhood of one and drove over. At THIS one, I asked for NO COLE SLAW on my Reuben, as I am allergic to it. He repeated back to me, "No cole slaw on the Reuben". I get the sandwich and drive 20 miles back to my home and find tons of cole slaw and a tiny bit of corned beef. I had to scrape the cole slaw off, wash off the meat, and eat slowly so it seemed like full sandwich. The phone number on the receipt has a "mailbox that is full and there is no room to leave a message". The phone number on Yelp and 411 are disconnected. This is the second day this week I've come to this location on Reseda and they are closed early. Online they say their hours are till 11 but they pick and choose when to close early without notice. A couple of days ago they said they closed early because they "were slow," but that was right around 11 PM. Understandable. Now today, it's 10:09pm and they're once again closed early. Just update your daily hours Arby's to close at nine or 10 PM. It's so rude to your customers to say that you're open when you're obviously not. read more

This location was my first job ever ah I was just a baby in high school! It's family run and they are so sweet and legitimately care about having supreme customer service and handling/preparing their food to the utmost perfection. When I was there I remember how stern they were on us- our goal always to make sure everyone left with a smile. I went the the other night though and the girl on the window (ahh where I was) had a very hard time understanding our order and failed in giving us our sauces and correct drinks- but as soon as we informed her- she did fix everything- no one I knew was working though so you probably get the best service when they are fully staffed. The food- regardless of when you go- is cooked perfectly, so delicious and flavorful, the bacon crispy, the sauce smered evenly, the meat all cooked just right. There has never been a time I did not enjoy my meal at Arby's. I can't say the same for ANY other fast food place! Always quick too. Thus- Arby's is clearly THE BEST. read more

I have seen the commercials for the teriyaki chick on a king roll. Well that is all I could think about. It was hard to find a location. Reseda Blvd is the closest. They have very yummy onion rings. So I ordered two sliders and onion rings. They were perfectly delicious. I could had placed another order they were so good. The employees there were so polite smiley and just down right nice My only real criticism...they do not look like picture. The chicken should pop out on all sides. I usually just get the roast beef and smother it with Arby sauce. I love that stuff. It pairs so well. I recently tried their flatbread turkey and roast beef. i personally think the roast beef tastes better. I hate their curly fries. They're way too greasy. I stick to the regular. I always come here for the french dip sandwich. It's just right size that you can finish your sides without feeling too full. Gyros are good as well, and the cheddar cheese sandwich has so much meat! It's great if you just want ALL the meat that day. These places are few and far between out here, so take them if you see one! read more

Not sure I will ever go to Arbys again. "Not good" is an understatement Can I give no stars? Using the word "good" at all in the description should not appear anywhere. The new cheeseburger sucks. The bun is too small and the flavor is average, at best. It's sloppy, messy, all over the place and no fun to eat. Finally, I had use a knife and fork. Really? For a cheeseburger? The fries are nothing to write home about either and frankly, were as crappy as the rest of the meal. The beverage was undrinkable after a few sips. The metallic taste was so strong I didn't even recognize what flavor it was supposed to be. This leads me to think the dispensing machine itself is broken, faulty, damaged or the ingredients themselves are inferior. It was the MOST disgusting excuse for a beverage I have ever had.
