I thought long and hard before selecting a star rating for this review simply because I do not want to be an unfair person and just select one-star because of the experience that I had. In fact, I actually hate to be the type of person that's only leaving review only because I had a bad experience, especially since too often people do that. However, going into any restaurant, I do truly believe that 50% of it for the experience, or otherwise you would just take out. But I get it, Arby's is fast food so maybe 20% experience, 80% food, LOL. Anyway I digress... It is currently raining here in LA, which unfortunately is starting to be a not so rare occurrence, but I pulled up, parked, and ran into this Arby's trying not to get soaked, had been driving for a while and desperately had to use the restroom. It took me a while to park just because their parking lot is not easy to get into. But once I finally did find a spot and I ran in and towards the bathrooms, they were locked, which is not as uncommon in LA strangely enough. But I went to the front counter and asked could I use the bathroom and I was told "no, it's for customers only". I informed them that I really had to go to the bathroom, like emergency status, and I was going to order right afterwards but needed to use the restroom first, and I was still told no, and that I needed to order first. So I literally quickly glanced at the menu while I literally bounced around trying not to pee my pants and decided on what exactly I wanted to get, even though I couldn't concentrate on it because of how bad I had to go to the bathroom. During this time, the guy that had interjected into the first associates and I conversation about not being able to use the restroom start taking my order, stops in the middle of it said that he was responsible for doing something else. He did this after I already started talking about my order with him. All while I really had to go to the bathroom. Then when I finally made it into this Fort Knox guarded restroom, it was extremely nasty. Paper towels all over the floor, urine in and around the toilet that hadn't been flushed. And apparently the paper towels were only on the floor because there was none in the dispenser. You would think such a highly guarded bathroom with at least be clean. The food came out on time and my order was correct and the first associate was very apologetic about not being able to let me into the bathroom. The other guy who she said was in charge did not seem to care to the same degree. If I wasn't so hungry for the taste of Arby's, and if there was more than what seem like only 5 in LA, lol, I would have for sure went somewhere else. read more
