I placed an order for pick up on Tuesday and I go to pick it up and get in my car. Something told me to check it and I did. I was missing my chicken tenders. I go back with my order and tell them and the cook person in the back says that I'm not missing anything. I show my phone order plus the receipt taped on bag and she's like no, it was a 3 piece chicken I tell her and cashier employee that I'm missing the tenders from bundle and it's as if the cook is bothered and upset. Why don't cooks read the receipt correctly and why don't employees packing up check to make sure everything is in the bag!! It's not that hard to double check what you're packing and read the receipt correctly so you get order correct. Imagine if I would have left the Popeyes and this happened, I would be 10Xs more upset because gas is so expensive to go back!! If I could give zero stars then I absolutely would give it to this Popeyes. Ordered the 10 piece family meal that comes with two large sides and 5 biscuits. The whole box of chicken was UNDERCOOKED, all the chicken was PINK. The Mac and Cheese was SOGGY and RUNNY and with UNDERCOOKED pasta. The consistency of the cheese was similar to the mashed potatoes which was also fucked up. Even the biscuits weren't cooked thoroughly. We waited so long for this order, first entering and waiting at the register for someone to take our order. Then waiting for lort knows how long for the food that still came out undercooked. Came here on Saturday afternoon. One of the few times I've been here that they did not have a long line (probably a contributing factor to my 5 star review) Carlo took my order. He was awesome. I wanted to take advantage of their deals on the Popeyes app but didn't want all the sides. Carlo took the time to combine various deals for me so that I could get just chicken for the best value possible. I placed a separate order for another one of their deals that included sides. I got 5 piece chicken + 2 small sides + 2 biscuits for $9.99. Make sure you download their app before ordering. The deals are much better than what you get in person. Disclaimer, it is a much better experience if you speak Spanish. If not, please be patient. However, they are never prepared. No matter when you place the order on any app, they always discover that they did not receive the order when you arrive. It never fails. The app even notifies you when it should be ready. I arrived 5 minutes later just to be told this. And, I even scheduled the order further in advance to give them more time. Once again, they had no idea that the order was placed. Then they will say 5 minutes, even though it is impossible to finish in that time. If they were not nice people, it would be a 1-star rating. I do not know what is going on here, but I have only had one order right and on time out of the last 6 orders. It is infuriating.
