So first of all, my father who is handicap went to go get lunch for us and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 chicken legs with Mac and cheese. As he was ordering the chicken and Mac the lady aggressively and rudely told him can you wait a second! First of all if you can't remember chicken legs and Mac then thats a problem as well. But then when my father drove home which was far away from the store I realized they didn't give him one of the sandwiches and the fries were stale. Now since he was telling me how she treated him I thought maybe she didn't ring him up for the sandwich but no she did. However my chicken was cold and it only took me 5 minute to get home... I have only gone to this place three times in my life. The first time the customer service was horrible and we had to wait 40 minutes for one chicken sandwiches. The second time I went I thought I'll give them another chance. Customer service again was horrible; attitudes from all staff, and again had to wait a long time for food. Mind you, Popeyes food is premade food... what takes so long??? Today the third time I went reluctantly because I didn't want to have to drive 15 minutes to the next Popeyes across the Valley. Again received horrible customer service and this time didn't get half of my order. Had to go back to ask for the rest of my order and then had to prove to them that they didn't give me all of the order. After they agreed that they forgot my food and I then asked for a total refund because the cashier touched all my food with her hands... then all of a sudden the cashier couldn't speak English and didn't understand me. Needless to say I will never be going to this Popeyes again. The owner should change management completely or just sell the place to a better owner. Ordered through Toast for pickup (even tipped). Simple order of 10 piece bucket and a slice of pecan pie. Chicken order was correct, but was incorrectly given a slice of apple pie. Was not advised of substitution at pick up. Got home, called restaurant about substitution, requested refund for item. They confirmed they have no pecan so they gave apple instead without telling me first. (Because they are the same thing and food allergies do not exist?) Would not refund. Said I had to contact Toast. Contacted Toast and they told me to contact the restaurant. And endless circle of bucking the responsibility. If I order again I will not tip until pick up and after having checked order. I guess my mistake was their opportunity to pocket a few bucks. After a 40 plus minutes total experience. I get home and my chicken, fries and biscuits were cold. I had to microwave. The only thing that was hot and eatable was mashed potato and popcorn shrimp. Chicken was old and dry so I decided to take the chicken back for fresh chicken and I didn't want to make a scene and tell their line of patrons that I was unsatisfied and I said excuse me to the lady calling out the orders and distributing the food she started talking loud telling me to get in line I just got out of line from getting my purchase prior than all of these customers so she started talking in Spanish telling the cashier and cook make me wait 20 minutes for fresh chicken in Spanish, so the cook came up to me to tell me to wait 15 minutes for fresh chicken, sir you have fresh chicken right here and it's not my fault you over cooked the chicken! The service has always been nice but be warned that this is a busy location so the wait can be long depending on the time if the day. Their spicy chicken sandwich is the reason you'll find me here. The spicy sauce really does have a kick and the sandwich goes well with their Cajun fries. The ladies at the front are always nice and give me spicy mustard and ranch when I ask. I like Popeyes Chicken but this is, By Far, the worst one I've been to. Unfortunately, it's the closest one to where I live, so it's the one I frequent, more times than not. As often as I've gone to this location, there has never been a single time they've gotten my order right. Granted, I always place a big order because I order for a lot of people, but they can never get it right, and its always the exact same mistake. I order a 12 or 16 piece Tender box, and they always give me regular chicken. Since I never check my order, there, I never find out, until I get home. Rather than making the trip back, I just suck it up. And because the food is still pretty good, I always go back. I Call Hacks! I would like to start by saying that the service here was so terrible that I went out of my way to create an account to warn people of this location. I had ordered a fish sandwich, and upon leaving the location, noticed that it was missing. I went back in to ask about it and was told that the location does NOT make any fish sandwiches (please be advised that we ordered online, and if you did visit the store, there isn't any fish sandwiches on the menu). The lady who we spoke with dismissed it, telling us to get a refund online, and went on to another guest and ignored us when we inquire about it initially. Additionally, we advised them that there weren't any biscuits in our order as well, and they asked we open our boxes, which we did and showed them. To which the person begrudgingly went to get more. Very disappointing. The restaurant is dirty and the staff is rude, and appear to be miserable and hate their jobs. No smiles or customer service. I went the first time and waited in line for the chicken sandwich and it was good even though they had ran out of most sauces, pickles, and other things. They refused to give me any sauce until I found one of the workers to "break the rules" a little and give me one ketchup packet. What a joke. The second time, there were only a couple of customers there. The chicken sandwich was ok but had definitely been sitting around and it was over cooked. The little bit of Mayo looked like it had been on the sandwich for awhile and it was starting to make it soggy. I was starving so I didn't complain but when I asked for another pickle (they only gave one) and a tiny bit more mayo, I was told they don't give out mayo. Wth? You don't give condiments to your customers? Ridiculous. Second time around the place was still very dirty. The workers were standing around doing nothing most of the time we were there. Someone needs to manage this place and start thinking about customer service over saving a couple of pennies on a bit of mayo. I won't be back and my friend won't either. So the amount of money lost vs how much you saved on mayo, forcing me to eat a dry over cooked sandwich is crazy. I got here at 10:05 (they open at 10) because I was trying to grab food for the fam for football. But the doors were locked .. and the staff was standing in the dining area taking chairs off the table.. and they just stared at me and didn't acknowledge that I was there. However the service is god awful they have very few workers at a time there and it takes around 20-30 minutes to get your food. The fries weren't in there own container they were at the bottom of the bag under the sandwich cold like they pulled them out the freezer and threw them in the bag.
