I would have given a 5 star but once I got home a few things were missing and it was too far to go back. I ordered 8 different flavors of wings, two different types of French fries ( the voodoo fries and the Cajun fries), and the Cajun corn. I had never been before but I have heard many good things about Wingstop. One of my friends told me I had to try and that I would love it. When I try something new for the first time I like to try almost everything that sounds good and do a tasting. Also my dad has been craving wings so it was an early bday surprise dinner treat for him. We had a lot of fun trying all the flavors. They were all pretty good. I loved all the sauces especially the honey mustard. I noticed I was charged for the large Cajun fries but never received them. And then I also asked for the spicy Korean wings and never got them but they weren't on my bill. I was so disappointed because of course, that flavor was the one I really wanted to try. I did call in to let them know and also wanted a refund on the item I didnt get. I felt like they didn't want to deal with it right then. They said the would refund me. I asked for a copy of the receipt. They said that I would just see it back on my credit card. I was a little annoyed about that. I have to remember to check later. I wish it was handled better. I would go back and give them another chance but next time I will check everything before I leave. read more

This is the second time in a row that I have placed a delivery order through the Wingstop app and received an incorrect order. Yesterday, I hosted friends to watch the game and placed an order for 50 wings along with sides and sauces. However, only 30 wings were delivered, and none of the sides or sauces were included. I immediately contacted the Tarzana location. A female employee answered the phone, and I politely requested to speak with the manager. Her first response was, "What is this regarding?" I found this surprising, as I was simply attempting to resolve an issue with my order. After explaining the situation and offering my confirmation number, she declined to use it and instead searched for the order by my name. Over the next several minutes, I was repeatedly placed on hold while she "checked" the order. After approximately eight minutes, she finally acknowledged that the order had indeed been incorrect. She then stated that she was going to contact DoorDash and would "let me know." At that point, I again requested to speak with the manager, and she responded by saying, "I am the manager." I do not understand why this was not disclosed during my earlier requests. I then asked for her name, and she identified herself as "Amy." I explained that I simply wanted the my original order complete and missing delivered. She stated that they could not do that because they were "very busy right now." I found this response unacceptable, especially considering the issue was caused by Wing Stop. In an effort to resolve the situation, I offered to place the exact same order again while remaining on the phone with her, with the understanding that once she saw the new order come through, she would process it and issue a full refund for the original incorrect order. She agreed to this arrangement, so I proceeded accordingly. However, after confirming the second order, she informed me that she could not issue the refund and that "someone else" would handle it, though likely not for the full amount. She then abruptly hung up the phone. This entire experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Not only was my order incorrect for the second consecutive time, but the customer service I received from the manager was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely lacking accountability. read more

Great! What a busy morning for them. People were in and out. It is small but they have a few tables to dine in or wait for to go orders. There's a bench by the entrance that can accommodate like 3 people. Limited parking spots that is shared with other businesses. For my Chicken Tenders (pretty good sized pieces) I chose sweet chili glaze - what a regret though. It was too spicy for me. But I still enjoyed it with a lot of soda. I've recently moved and so this reseda location is I guess my "home" wingstop. They forgot my dips and one of my wing orders was wrong. Food is always fresh, the employees coordinate/communicate well with each other and customers, and the place has a nice drinking vending machine with tons of interesting options. I purchased food march 3rd which ended up finding a rock within a french fry which almost caused my tooth to crack. This was the craziest experience with food I have ever had. I ended up contacting support via email & twitter which only got a response from the location manager which offered me a refund and was given corporate direct support number. I ended up calling the next morning and was told I would receive a call back which I never did I ended up calling a few weeks later same response was I would have to wait.
