Regardless of the situation, there is absolutely no reason to speak to a customer that way, especially in front of young children. As a business owner, how you treat customers matter and yelling at someone in front of their children is simply unacceptable. We will not be returning.

I had the steak Diane sandwich, and at the very first bite, I could not put it down. I literally finished the sandwich in 5 mins!! The steak was made perfectly, pink, tender, moist and the most flavor!! The bread perfectly toasted, the cheese pristinely melted so every bite had that ooey gooey stretch to it! For the sides tried their Cole slaw which is probably the best I've ever eaten. It had edamame in it, the slaw was a nice flavor of sweet and savory and wasn't overpowered by the mayo. I could eat the slaw with everything! Also tried their tomato soup turkey chili---sooo good!! If I didn't know better, I wouldn't have known it was turkey because it was very flavorful. Only thing I would add to make that over the top special would be to add some extra raw onions. The fish and chips sandwich was delicious! So crispy, light and crunchy with the coleslaw to make it perfect! Of course, paired with their home made chips that I dipped in everything! Soooo perfect! Presently was beautiful, everything came out in less than 10 mins, the service quick and easy. Definitely recommend to everyone and will be a frequent flier here!

The side dish of the chili made it a great combination. As for the dessert, four Oreo cookies that were battered and deep fried with powdered sugar and Ghirardelli chocolate made this wholesome meal one of the best I had in awhile! I really enjoy this place and the variety that the menu offers!

I'm really big on customer service, and I honestly only continue going to places where I'm treated well, so that means a lot to me. I also really appreciate how clean they keep the restaurant. It's not the kind of spot you need to go out of your way to visit. It is certainly not the place you'll find modern day tastemakers or "influencers" spending their time. Good. It doesn't want to be that, and it doesn't try to be that. The atmosphere is casual, friendly. The service is warm, polite and efficient. The coffee is solid "diner coffee". The food is good, everything is done well. Again, nothing too extraordinary. However, for what it's worth: they make a damn fine pozole. If you're willing to take someone's advice, that's what I'd get here. The matzo ball soup is also a favorite, and you can't go wrong ordering breakfast. All the classic fishes as options and you get one scoop each. You get one scoop per topping included, if you want more than one scoop or one of their premium toppings (mango and avocado), there's an extra charge. They're not super generous with the portion size because of that but it's fair. You can also choose which sauces you want on top and they have a variety of different hot sauces, they call them "volcano sauces". It was good and tasty overall but it's not my favorite poke in town. It's also not a very big portion size. Usually I can barely finish a large or I can save some for leftovers, but I finished this one easily. Decent spot though if you're looking for one in town.
