Another employee eventually charged me the $1.25 difference, but the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. That employee Jeff needs a class on customer service Mistakes happen, especially when a business is busy. However, the customer should not be made to feel responsible for correcting the restaurant's mistake, particularly over such a small amount. A simple "I'm sorry, we made a mistake--we'll take care of it" would have made a big difference. (Shout out to Starbucks !) The food is good, which is why I continue to come back. My concern is that if regular customers are made to feel unwelcome or argued with over an order error, the business could lose loyal customers. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and focus on improving the customer-service experience. The owners are two couples one from Israel and the other from France so it is a small business.
