Dont go here. They're very unorganized. I ordered for a pick up, a simple order of two piece chicken. When I got there, there was a line. Theres no sign where to go for pick up. So your stuck in line with people who are there to order. Unless you're a hot female, picking up an order then people will let you through, And they dont call you when the pick up order is ready. I had to wait another 20mins outside since only 5 customers are allowed inside. HOWEVER, everything else aside, how can you not LOVE popeyes!?! the SKIN, its so crispy, the GRAVY with some ... i don't know what chunks are those. SO GOOD. I know most people eat this chicken with ketchup or something but i think everyone should try it with the gravy that comes with the mashed potatoes. I order from this popeyes at least a couple times a month, and all the times i ordered there's something always missing whether its something big like a side, to something small like a sauce or a drink. Sometimes the chicken is great and other times it's horrible to the point where i have to throw it away. I ordered delivery directly via Popeyes.com on 3/11/21, My order was simple: 12pc chocolate beignets and an 8pc spicy family meal (with large fries and 4 biscuits). The contents listed on the web delivery receipt stating "It's in the Bag" was correct; however, the contents of the bag were not: 15-16 pc of a blind assortment, large fries, 3 cinnamon apple pies, and not biscuits. When I pay $43+ for a meal to be delivered, I think it is reasonable to expect what I ordered. I called Door Dash to complain and I was told that the order was not through my Door Dash app account. I paid the restaurant directly. Nonetheless, Door Dash still tried to help me get the matter resolved even though the onus was on Popeyes to resolve the matter. I tried the phone # listed on Popeyes.com (818-774-9581...I called the # so many times that I am typing this from memory) at least 14 times, but # would just ring and then I would receive a message stating that "this mailbox is not accepting messages, because the mailbox has not been set up..." The same thing happened when Door Dash would try to call the restaurant. This matter still has not been resolved. I requested a full refund (the cinnamon apple pies and most of the chicken is still in my refrigerator...the large fries were cold by the time I finally got off the phone with Door Dash) via Contact Digital Support (Missing Items/Incorrect Order). I have not been contacted. Also, I still can't reach the store. This must be the most inept restaurant/store management I have ever encountered. It saddens me to say that a restaurant chain that originated in my home state of Louisiana will never receive my patronage again. I hope the $43+ for an incorrect order was worth it. I want to say that it's location is the worst Popeyes I've been to. No wonder this location has a 2 star rating, it should have a 0 in my opinion. Not only did they mess up the order. They did not believe they did and opened all the boxes and moved the items. They noticed they did mess up and said they would make the missing item in my case I was missing a whole tender order. They took forever to get me the missing item. Not only did they take long and my food was already cold. But they gave me the items all separate and not how they where supposed to come. The worst part is that at the time I get home to eat. The order they missed was rushed and not even cooked well. I ended up throwing away the tenders as they were all undercooked.
