I've been to this location many times really like the afternoon guy that's usually there. Tonight I walk in at 8pm to a location that closes at 10pm, the two women behind the counter already took everything off the counter and locked the exit door as if their closing, they were making their own food so didn't even like that I walked in. I asked to remove a layer of the meat on the cold cut and they said something to each other in their language. When I asked for a cookie instead of the chips which every location and every store including this one usually, she said she can't, just because. Amazing!! This store is small in size but mighty in flavor and guest service. They are super friendly and would go through thick and thin to make your sandwich to your liking. The place is always super clean and always stocked and ready for the pickings (chips and drinks). The owner is very quick to resolve any issues no matter how big or small! I got here at 7:08 AM and the door and the worker clearly states it opens at 7 AM and the worker just shook her head no and did not bother opening the door or at least letting us know that they were closed. Ate here several times going back to mid 2015. What I like about this Subway is the business hours. Formerly 24 hours, as of current, till 2am. I'm a nightly customer so this is great considering the limited choices of fast food in the area. The food and drink is typical standard. Haven't gotten sick yet. The room for customer's side is fairly narrow. If dining in there are 4 tables. 3 of them high with two chairs each, 1 is low with one chair. The noise level is not bad. The only significant noise is from the fountain drink machine. The two fans on the ceiling is kind of an issue. So weigh down your paper wrappers and napkins. This Subway, it's owner and her staff continue to be outstanding! I came in today and noticed that Subway was offering a turkey meatball sandwich with marinara. I don't eat meat and opt for the veggie patty. I remarked that I would love to be able to have marinara on my veggie patty sandwich. Update: came here specifically for the wraps. They're SO DELICIOUS!! I can't wait to try them all! Food: the wraps come with three different tortilla flavors. I've tried 2/3 and love both. Apparently they also have more meat than a chipotle burrito! The price is much cheaper so I'd consider it a great deal! The food was flavorful and my wrap was beautifully wrapped, not messy at all. The cookies were probably just out of the oven, and I saw that there was bread being baked too. Gotta love fresh food! Cleanliness: one worker was cleaning the whole store (sweeping, mopping, wiping counters, etc.) while the other was helping me. Very efficient. Very clean! Service: the service here is always fast! The employees are very friendly and eager to help customize your meal. It's also fun to ask them for recommendations. Overall I love this place! For the past three years, this Subway has generously donated food to a volunteer event at Reseda High School. We couldn't feed all of our volunteers without this incredibly generous donation! So I just moved here and have been going to this subway everyday. Price is like any other subway. Parking is always crowded but I walk there so doesn't affect me in anyway. Most of the employees don't understand how to be precise. I have found one person that DOES understand! Her name is Hani she is the one with a pretty smile. When you tell her a little mayo and very little oil she puts a little mayo and very little oil(unlike the rest of the crew) so she pays attention to what you say the most. The rest of the crew you would just have to say everything twice or three times and you will be fine.
