Just awful. Poorly managed location. One evening I went through the drive thru around 6 pm and was told they weren't taking orders at the time. No reason given. Another time I walked in around 10 am to pick up breakfast. The EIGHT people that ordered after me got their orders. When they finally brought mine out, the bag only had two items out of six. So many Manger that don't work together at all one is charging me more for there mistakes and the next one want to give me the item I ask for then the last one want to give me a refund and a free meal. I order mobile curbside to not have to get out the car and minimize wait time. I waited 5 minutes just to receive the wrong order and have to drive back to mccdonalds to give it back to them, and they think just cause they give you a large fries everything should be forgiving like gas isnt also expensive. The food is always pretty fresh and on point just what I expect from a McDonald's and the coworkers are always friendly and have the customer service but one thing I always noticed is that when they talk to people in the back they're always arguing with each other the cook is arguing with their cashier or they're arguing with the manager are there arguing with the drive-through person but other than that the food is good and the customer service I get is good so I'll easily give it 3 to 4 stars read more

This McDonald's had a fire sometime last year and was closed for a while. It's open now. I never went in pre-fire so I don't know how it was then. Went in for the first time 2 weeks ago. It's ok. It' a "ghetto" McDonald's IMO. Here's my indication of a ghetto McD: if they keep the napkins and condiments behind the counter, then it's a ghetto McDonald's. The only places I've seen do this are located in poorer areas where ppl steal stuff or punk kids take ketchup packets to make mischief. At least the food is okay. read more

This is probably the best Mickey D's in the area. It's always clean - including bathrooms - and service is alert & efficient. They're consistent on the menu items. Drive-thru moves pretty fast. The clientele is a funky mix of truck drivers & families with younger kids. Add in the uber modern decor & you got yourself quite the eclectic place ;) read more

How do you rate a McDonald's? It has all the food you shouldn't be eating, prepared exactly the same as every other McDonald's, and it has coffee whenever it's open. This one has the modern décor, so it looks pretty nice. I can say that given it's location on US1, I always worry about pulling out into traffic. However, there is a middle turn lane and I have never had a problem waiting for a break in traffic, even when making a left hand turn during rush hour. read more

The employees all function like they got high together. Every time I go they either get my order wrong or I witness someone who got served incorrectly. They mop the whole floor in front of the registers so you have to be careful you don't slip when walking up to place your order. Save yourself the headache and just go to the burger king read more

Walked into this Mcdonalds with food from a different restaurant (which I occasionally do) with the intent on getting food from their later on since I would have been sitting there most of the day. I was rudely asked by this guy (who didn't introduce himself) who I gathered was the owner of the store to leave, instead of being politely asked to leave if I wasn't going to eat their food. The only thing good about this McDonald's is that it's 3 minutes from my home other than that this is the worst McDonald's EVER! I've been here several times and a majority of times my order has been wrong and/or my fries were cold. All McDonald's should know people want HOT fries, well at least I do. The female store manager is so rude, she got upset with me for asking for hot fries, she gone touch the fries after I gave them to her and say "baby they warm enough" smh ridiculous..the last time was the ultimate straw where I state I will never return, I ordered chicken nuggets and they gave me all old nuggets, you know the ones that's all dried out and have been setting all day...I drove all the way home just to drive back because they ended up giving me another order (which was my first order remade) with old nuggets mixed with new ones. So I ended up driving up to the McDonald's three times, then third time I asked for a refund. The manager on duty ended up calling his boss because I wanted my money back which was $35+, can you believe it! I was standing in McDonald's talking to the store manager, she was asking me what my problem was, and that her "people" remade the food. I told her why is she talking to me on the phone and not here in the store??! All I could do was shake my head and repeat that I wanted my money back. After that I vowed to never go there and I haven't and I'm not. They never sold hot fries any way and every time I would ask for hot fries, I would get attitude from whoever was working there, especially the foreign lady manager. My son ordered a breakfast burrito and it had hair in it! We went back to get another one and it also had hair in it... We took the 2nd one back to get our money back and to complain. We were told there are no regulations that requires them to put their hair up or in a net. We decided were never going back until 2 months later when my friend wanted a hamburger. It's been awhile since we went to this location. It just so happens that Burger King is closed so we had no choice but to go here. Big mistake! Food was typical McD fare aside from two of our burgers missing it's pickles and onions. And the burgers seem to be way saltier than I remember (or am used to) but definitely not as salty as the latina manager there at that time. Dang! How can a person working in the food industry have non-existent costumer service. We made two separate orders to-go and every single time she called the orders she would glare at us when we picked it up from the counter. And it's not just us, she did the same exact thing to the other customers. If the order doesn't get picked up right away she would mutter under her breath and act in a very annoyed way. She forgot to give my daughter's sweet tea so when my daughter asked for it said manager gave her a cup and pointed to the self-serve beverage area. Thing is there's just soda there and no sweet tea cannisters. My daughter went back to ask for the sweet tea said manager just irritatingly pointed to the direction of the soda fountain again and quickly turned her back on my daughter. Wow, and to think she's the manager in this McDonald's. I wonder how her crew puts up with her and her attitude. The one star is for the crew who took notice of my daughter and gave her sweet tea from their dispenser beside their drive thru window. Worst service ever, went there on Friday 8/24 at 7:30pm and the young lady at the register (by the way mostly latino) entered my order wrong, which over charged me. When I asked her to fix it she called the manager over (all conversations in Spanish) who told her that I had to come back the next day to speak to the day time manager. When I insisted she fix it, she got very rude snatched the receipt out of my hand so it ripped, went to the register and gave me my money back. Then proceeded to snatch the food out of my mother-in-laws hands. I told her I wanted the food but needed her to fix the total. Again would not respond to me at all, just continued to speak in Spanish to the other workers and to what seemed like customers (also latino) gathering around me. Absolutely no customer service and the rudest staff I have ever encountered in any setting. Could not comprehend what I was explaining to her and also could not add the items even with her phone. Finally walked out very frustrated and without food. Will never go back there again and wouldn't recommend it to anybody. Our last visit we ordered 3 big breakfast w/ hot cakes & 2 coffees. They left out hot cakes, syrup, Condiments. We were unaware if you don't ask for condiments they don't give it to you or offer. At home we saw there were missing items. We were mad b/c our children wanted them & we had no time to drive back. I called the store, manager offered to give hot cakes if I came back. I said we waited awhile, we drove home, & now you want me to come back for my missing items? I don't have time. She said next time we can give it to you & took down my name. This time we went it took forever to explain & resolve it. It took 5 ppl to figure this out, ridiculous. I felt bad for the people behind me, but I had my kids with me and it was raining. They had me wait on the side. When I got my order I checked b/c I no longer trust them & I was RIGHT not to. They left out the hot cakes AGAIN. I told the guy, he went back they said there was none in the order. I was furious. I had to go back through drive thru again and wait again. They said they would do it, but I don't understand why they told the guy no & made me wait AGAIN. I was there for almost 40 MINUTES!!! Horrific service. And this time for my inconvenience I got no apology again & nothing else to compensate, 40 minutes of my time. If my kids didn't want it I would have left. I left so ANGRY. read more
