I was amazed when I came here last week for the first time at how nice this place was. Very modern decor with black lounge furniture and a big screen TV, tan and black booths on the sides and tables/chairs. It really looked like a playground for adults while the outside of it looked like a jungle gym for kids. The service was good and the food orders were perfect both times I've come here. This place has the worst customer service beyond the ridiculous factor! Ordered 2 egg sausage Mc muffins and came home to find out it only had sausage and cheese.. No egg!! Took them back bought to get them replace with the correct order and even bought 2 hash browns on the way to boost morale....... Came back home only to be dissapointed once more.. This time around they had egg and instead of sausage it had Canadian bacon on it.. So I call and to add insult to injury the manager was very rude and unprofessional.. This McDonalds is much like any other. Decent food, decent price. The staff isn't great as to be expected with teenagers working fast food. The upkeep of the place is certainly lacking in some respects in terms of actual cleanliness and machine maintenance. It seems like every time I come here a machine is out of order or something. I am usually an SBUX fan, but I like this McDs to study. Unlike SBUX, there's plenty of comfy seating and comuter stations with easy access to power. They also have two TVs running news and sports. It's like an extention of my livingroom. Plus they give free refills on coffee. read more

First their large coffee as weak as can be. It went from $1.00 to $2.00 in about three months and simple is a complete ripoff being weak as can be.Every single time you go here the last 6 months they keep raising and raising the prices and the service is horrid and I mean horrid. DONT GO HERE!!!!! Today in the morning I went to McDonald's to surprise my niece and nephew before school and they managed to mess up my order!! They didnt even give me the correct breakfast sandwhich and they forgot to give me my hashbrowns!! Tables are dirty, even though there are no customers right now. Someone came out and took the tray off of a customer's table when she was in the restroom, when she came out she couldn't find her keys and noticed the tray was gone. They wouldn't look in the trash for them, so the customer had to go through both trashcan to find them, which she did find in the trash-with food all over them. It was a HUGE bunch of keys!! No apology...And they never did clean the tables...They are too busy chatting behind the counter. read more

I'm extremely unhappy with my experience at this location tonight. I went through the drive thru only for one order of 20 piece chicken nuggets, and received my receipt showing 21:44 as the time. At the second window, I was told it would take 2 and a half minutes for my order and I had no problem with this. I was then directed to park in the drive thru reserved parking. I had sat there for about 10-15 minutes without receiving my order. Between the time I was at the window and the time I had parked, it had started raining. At 22:00, I decided that I would call the location. At first I got no answer but immediately received a call back, with whomever was on the line giving me an excuse about the unforeseen "storm". I was then told to go back into the drive thru (which also meant getting back in line) to go pick up my order from the second window. My husband refused to do this as it wasn't our fault that the weather inconvenienced the workers who had told us to park in the first place. He walked out in the rain to go inside to pick up the order instead. The manager on duty continued making excuses about the unforeseen weather condition and that he has a trainee working. There is no excuse for leaving a customer outside waiting 15 minutes for a simple order of chicken nuggets. He offered apple pies and fresh nuggets for the inconvenience (to which, our nuggets should've been fresh in the first place). I don't appreciate literally being left in the rain. read more

Worst McDonald's ever! Went there one time with my husband only to stand at the counter for 10 minutes with no one else in the there for the guy in charge to tell us to go through the drive through it will be faster. Not only did he say it in a rude manor he just passed us as he said it. I have little by little become less of a McDonald's fan for many reason but this was just beyond! After that I never again spent money at a single McDonald's until today. Big mistake, I walk in to the counter no greeting even though she saw me. She continues to do what she was doing with the other workers then walks to the counter and asks "can I help you?" This girl had no desire to be there and it showed! I order my sweet tea anyway and I swear she brings me back a cup of ice. Had I taken out the ice the tiny bottom portion of that cup would be all the tea in that cup. About a year ago I contacted the manager about the fact that her employees don't say "thank you" I realize how trivial it sounds until you realize you have said thank you 3 or 4 times throughout the process of getting your food and gotten nothing back. I have to pass two McDonald's locations that are closer to my house just to come here because not only is the service great, but you can count on your food being fresh and made correctly. Your orders are always there and they don't skip a beat. I have to give 100% credit to the store manager Andre because he makes it happen and he runs the store like no other fast food place I have ever been to. For someone that's worked in fast food before, I can personally say that Andre as a manager runs his store like a tight ship. Making sure everything is in order and every customer gets service they deserve. There has been three separate times that I have come to this location and Andre has always made sure his employees gave top notch service. And all the food was cooked fresh! If I could give this location 10 stars I would. It's definitely worth coming to this location and driving a little further. read more

So I have to say I have been to a lot of money Donald's in the last few years being a critic I always have to share my experience almost everywhere I go in San Diego lately the people hate there jobs but not the manager at this location... He was so friendly I had to double check and make sure I was looking at the right mc Donald's on the Yelp app. I ordered a breakfast burrito at mid night it was the best dollar and a half I spent in a mc Donald's in a long while. I was about to drive away when my buddy being ubnoxious mind u yells can I get a water I was kinda embarrassed but I waited this guy Adam his name was I believe said ya man it's a hot day what size my buddy being ubnoxious still says isn't there only one free water size? No he replied it is hot l, am and care about my customers if they say they were not going to be satisfied with a tiny little bit I have not a problem with u my customers to get a bigger water it's oh so hot if it was me I would hope that the cashier were I went to eat would treat me The same way I treat everyone of my guest. I am looking at the guy kinda shocked and said to him you no what I have the same work ethics as u as kids now adays should have been taught u treat everyone with respect and trust and the customer is always without question right even when you don't like it.
