This place seems to be incapable of correctly filling an order. Two weeks ago I placed an order on the app which my wife drove thru and picked up on her was home from work. The order was almost unrecognizable containing several items I had ordered and and omitting several I had. My wife had to go back to get the correct items. Yesterday I placed an order on the app drove thru picked it up I tried to check the order while still at the window but the items were crammed into the paper bag making it difficult to remove and replace as the bag was beginning to rip. They actually packed a big Mac sideways in the bag. Apparently giving 2,000 napkins is not an issue but spreading a large order over 2 bags would cut into profits. This store has a 3.6 rating let that sink in 3.6 The only reason to visit this particular location is convenience, but that convenience is quickly eliminated by the inconvenience of having to return to the restaurant after getting home and discovering they have yet again screwed up your order,eating cold food and writing rambling reviews. Enough is Enough Im done with this place. But if you feel the need to visit this location no need to order a side of Frustration they will most certainly provide it. read more

Very rude management... when i was ordering the lady taking my order had short patience for me and rushed me while i was trying to order, then when i pulled around i was yelled at out the window....my fries were half empty and i was treated rudely. When i called to get there corporate number the manager asked me "who are you? whats your name? why do you even need it?" then proceeded to argue with me and refuse to give me the number for 3 minutes. Im disappointed that a manager who is in charge of how staff are supposed to act is setting such a poor example... every time i have come to this McDonalds its been the same lady with the same attitude. This McDonald's is the absolute BEST McDonalds! Literally have never had a bad experience. Perfectly crispy nuggets. Hot fudge on the bottom AND the top. Super speedy. Mwah. read more

Sure, it's a McDonalds. No, it's not disgusting on the inside. I've never gotten the wrong food. The staff is friendly. Again, it's a McDonalds, not a 5-star restaurant. But I'd pick this one over the one in Two Rivers. read more

Cashier was barely awake. Food took 8 minutes (just two fries and a couple drinks). Not horrible but seemed long compared to other locations for such a small order. The kitchen seemed chaotic.. Heard yelling and there was clutter. Given wrong drink even though I repeated my order multiple times to the cashier. read more

This McDonalds is something of a mystery. I keep going back, probably because it is convenient and addicting...but I always regret my choice afterwards due to feeling like utter crap after eating it. Also they usually get orders wrong. read more

It was average had one of the new chicken sandwiches it was hot.

Got our food home and missing items, went back and had to wait another 10 minutes to get remaining order. No apology, when I got to the window they still had no idea why I was there as they tried to give me other people orders. Had to wait again. Got back home to a cold meal. 5-star rating on the McDonald's scale. The place was just renovated so it is very clean and you always get what you order.

This is a super busy location, but they get you in and out-inside or out. I was greeted by a super sweet, hard working teenage girl and she was the best! I saw her 2 times that day due to a bball tourney in the area. She was doing multiple jobs and did them well. I wish I got her name so I could brag her up personally but I did tell her she was an awesome worker :) read more

It just got upgraded, it looks nice now all it needs is a good floor cleaning. I had a big mac meal and it was good. The only complaint that i have was the temperature was cool in the restaurant. Nice new layout, plus TV. Sweet :) read more

I travel all over the state of Wisconsin every weekday for work. Every morning, I go to McDonald's to get my breakfast. This morning I visited this McDonald's through the drive-through and miss understood that I should go to the first window to pay. Many McDonald's nowadays tell you to go to the second window and I thought the lady said the second window. Upon making such a terrible mistake, I received a major chastising by the young lady at the window where she literally stated you're supposed to pay at the first window and next time you visit you must go to the first window. I apologize for making my mistake and she still went after me again with my clear instructions for future visits. While I still support McDonald's as an organization, I will absolutely never visit this McDonald's again. read more

Mediocre, even grading on the fast food curve. Brought a big group in, but there was no real rush, service was slow. On positive side, bathrooms were clean and degree of difficulty was high because of remodeling project going on right now. Food was decent (again, grade is based on other McDonalds, not upscale meals I've had at other places), but for the time I waited I could have gotten a sit down burger.
