During trip we got the Krohn brands Mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, regular cheese curds and cheese curds with garlic all fresh made on the premises. All the purchased cheeses were very flavorful and fresh where the mozzarella had a creamy texture with nice milk tones, some of the best I have had and the cheddar had a nice tangy earthy note. High marks for both. The cheese curds, while not my cup of tea, were well received by my Wisconsinite brother-in-law who thought they were quite good as well. Aside from the cheese products this business also carries a large assortment of fresh made ready to cook pizzas, a large assortment of home made dog treats (definitely dog lovers own this business), and other assorted small merchandize. The other thing to mention relative to Covid is that this business practices good safety protocols where everyone is wearing a mask, hand sanitizers are readily available for customer use and most importantly free masks, if needed, are available as you enter the store.
