The fact that you could watch the factory floor from the retail shop was a fun surprise, taking me back to my Mr Rogers show-me-how-the-crayons-are-made days. Service is personable and I could tell that the person working knew most of the regulars. I'm sure all the locals already know about Scray Cheese but if you're from out of town, definitely make a stop. You'll be happy you did.
