I was lucky enough to snag a reservation, and the 2 of us were seated promptly on time. The ample offerings included some of the best bacon I've ever had, smashed redskin potatoes that perfectly offset the tasty, crispy broasted chicken, plus ham, eggs, sausage, dressing, creamy Mac & cheese, biscuits & gravy and so much more! The staff were absolutely on the ball and very friendly. This is the kind of place you expect to see lots of people you know as the whole community celebrates this special occasion. The banquet hall and catering business go by Waterfront Catering, and they also own the Waterfront Bar, which actually is on the Kewaunee waterfront, while the banquet hall is not. A bit confusing, but we managed to work it out using our superpowered brains. Parking can be a bit tricky for larger events like today's, but we were able to sort that out, too. This is not a dive bar, but a great neighborhood spot to gather for great food (open for dinner nightly), a few cold ones, a game of pool and some smart talk.
